Slitter-rewinder for a material web (2), having a feed section, a discharge section and, between these, a cutting device (7, 8) having an edge trimming device (8) arranged in the region of at least one edge (5) for producing an edge strip (5), a pulling device (15, 16) formed as a pair of clamping rolls being assigned to the said edge trimming device (8), characterized in that the pulling device (15, 16) acts only on the edge strip (4) and the strip (3) of the material web (2) that is adjacent to the edge strip (4).
  2. Slitter-rewinder according to Claim 1, characterized in that one roll (15) of the pair of clamping rolls (15, 16) is designed as a guide roll for the cut material web (3).
  3. Slitter-rewinder according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that in the running direction (14) of the material web (2), an edge strip pick-up (11) is arranged downstream of the pulling device (15, 16).
  4. Slitter-rewinder according to Claim 3, characterized in that the edge strip pick-up (11) is constructed as a suction device.
  5. Slitter-rewinder according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that downstream of the pulling arrangement (15, 16) there is arranged a spreading device (9).
  6. Slitter-rewinder according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that downstream of the pulling device (15, 16) there is arranged a further treatment device (10) for the material web (2) without edge strips (4), means (19) being provided which coordinate the tensions of the further treatment device (10) and the pulling device (15, 16) with one another.
