Description
Claims (10)
- Spannbündel, bestehend aus mehreren Spanngliedern, welche mit einer gemeinsamen Ummantelung versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bündel von Spanngliedern (4) von einem biegsamen aufgeschnittenen oder aufgeschlitzten Kunststoffrohr (3) oder - schlauch umschlossen ist, dessen Stoßflächen bzw. Schnitt oder Schlitz verschweißt sind bzw. ist.
- Spannbündel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (3) mindestens an zwei Längsstellen, vorzugsweise entlang der Erzeugenden zumindest endseitig aufgeschlitzt oder aufgeschnitten ist.
- Spannbündel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannglieder aus ummantelten Monolitzen bestehen.
- Spannbündel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kunststoffrohr (3) bzw. der Kunststoffschlauch die Spannglieder (4) unter Freilassung eines engen Zwischenraumes, z.B. im Bereich der Fertigungstoleranz umschließt.
- Spannbündel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Räume zwischen den Spanngliedern in der Ummantelung mit einem Füllmaterial, z.B. Zement, Kunststoff, einer fettartigen Masse, allenfalls in Form eines vorgefertigten Bandes, ausgefüllt sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung des Spannbündels nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein handelsüblicher Schlauch oder ein handelsübliches Kunststoffrohr der Länge nach aufgeschnitten und entlang der Schnittfläche aufgeweitet wird, in den so gebildeten offenen Schlitz die Spannglieder eingebracht werden, hierauf der Schlauch bzw. das Rohr vorzugsweise durch eigene Elastizität geschlossen wird, worauf die zusammenstoßenden Schnittenden zusammengeschweißt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Schweißvorgang in das noch offene Kunststoffrohr bzw. den noch offenen Kunststoffschlauch mindestens eine Lanze eingeführt wird, durch welche ein Füllmaterial in den durch das Kunststoffrohr bzw. den Kunststoffschlauch um die Spannglieder gebildeten gemeinsamen Mantel vor, in oder nach der bzw. die Schweißstelle eingebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit den Spanngliedern in den aufgeschnittenen Kunststoffschlauch bzw. in das aufgeschnittene Kunststoffrohr ein Füllmaterial zum Ausfüllen der Räume zwischen den Spanngliedem und zwischen diesen und dem Mantel in Form eines vorgefertigten Bandes eingebracht wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Längsrichtung aufeinanderfolgend Walzen (13) zur gemeinsamen Führung eines Schlauches, Kunststoffrohres od.dgl. und Spanngliedern, eine rotierende Messerscheibe od.dgl. zum Aufschneiden des Rohres bzw. des Schlauches in der Längsrichtung, eine Vorrichtung zum Einführen der Spannglieder in den aufgeschlitzten Schlauch bzw. das aufgeschlitzte bzw. aufgeschnittene Rohr und eine Einrichtung zum Zusammenschweißen des Schlitzes bzw. Einschnittes des Schlauches bzw. des Rohres vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mehrzahl aufeinanderfolgender, jeweils um eine lotrechte Achse drehbar gelagerter und die Spannglieder (4) einerseits sowie das Kunststoffrohr (3) bzw. den Kunststoffschlauch übereinanderführender Walzen (13) vorgesehen sind, von welchen zumindest die ausgangsseitige antrieben ist.
