Claims (11)
- Form zur maschinellen Herstellung von Betonsteinen mit einem horizontalen Rahmen und einer relativ zu diesem vertikal beweglichen Auflast, wobei der Rahmen wenigstens eine von vertikalen Wänden umgrenzte, unten und oben offene Formkammer und die Auflast wenigstens einen Stempel aufweist, der bezüglich seines horizontalen Umrisses in die Formkammer paßt und der bei seiner Abwärtsbewegung nach Eintritt in die Formkammer den darin enthaltenen Beton verdichtet und die obere Betonfläche entsprechend seiner Druckfläche formt, wobei wenigstens ein Kantenabschnitt der die Druckfläche umrandenden Kante nach unten geneigt oder gewölbt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im oberen Einlaufbereich der Formkammer (2) eine nach oben offene Wandausnehmung (13,14) vorgesehen ist, die mit der Wandfläche (6) eine zu dem geneigten oder gewölbten Kantenabschnitt (19) des Stempels (7) parallele Ausnehmungskante (18) bildet, und daß als Teil der Oberfläche der Wandausnehmung eine durch Parallelverschiebung der Ausnehmungskante (18) erzeugte Leitfläche (17) vorgesehen ist, welche den geneigten oder gewölbten Kantenabschnitt (19) des Stempels (7) linienförmig berührt, wodurch der Stempel beim Einlauf horizontal zentriert wird.
- Form zur Herstellung von Beton-Bordsteinen nach Anspruch 1 mit einem als sogenanntes Profilschwert ausgebildeten Stempel (7), der eine nach unten geneigte Druckfläche aufweist, welche mit einer vertikalen Seitenfläche eine horizontale Schneide (10) und mit zwei Stirnflächen (5,6) steil nach unten geneigte Kantenabschnitte (19) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Ausnehmungen (13,14) vorgesehen sind, die sich zwischen je einer zu den geneigten Kantenabschnitten (19) des Stempels (7) parallelen Ausnehmungskante (18) an den Stirnwänden (5,6) und der entsprechenden Seitenwand (3) der Formkammer (2) erstrecken.
- Form nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in den Ausnehmungen (13,14) befindlichen Leitflächen (17) um die Ausnehmungskanten gekippte ebene Flächen sind.
- Form nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitflächen mehrere zueinander geneigte Streifenflächen (21) umfassen, die zu den Ausnehmungskanten (18) parallele Kanten bilden.
- Form nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitflächen gewölbt sind.
- Form nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen zu den Stirnwänden parallele Bodenflächen (23) aufweisen.
- Form nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Seitenwandfläche der Formkammer in die Aussparungen (13,14) hinein erstreckt.
- Form nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparungen Auskleidungen aus vom Werkstoff der Formwände abweichenden Werkstoffen enthalten.
- Form nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Oberseite des Stempels Reinigungselemente angeordnet sind, welche beim Hochfahren des Stempels aus der Formkammer die Aussparungen vom Beton reinigen.
- Form nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungselemente Bürsten oder unter Federdruck oder Schwerkraft stehende Klinken (34) oder horizontal bewegliche Schieber sind.
- Form nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen an der Ecken der Formkammer befindliche, zur Formkammer hin abfallende Einlaufrinnen sind, welche bei horizontalem Versatz mit geneigten Kantenabschnitten der Stempel-Druckflächen in Linienberührung treten.
