Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif d'empilage de produits débités en tranches à grande vitesse, en particulier de produits alimentaires tels que jambons, saucisses, fromages et produits similaires,
       comprenant une bande de portionnement (2) adjointe à un dispositif de découpe (1), en particulier une trancheuse, et une bande de transport (5) qui reçoit l'empilement préparé (4) à partir de la bande de portionnement (2),
       caractérisé
    en ce que, entre le dispositif de découpe (1) et la bande de portionnement (2), il est prévu un support d'empilement (6) qui peut être déplacé vers le bas pendant la formation d'un empilement partiel (3) et qui peut être ramené dans une position d'attente proche de la lame de découpe après le transfert de l'empilement partiel (3) sur la bande de portionnement (2) ;
    en ce que la bande de portionnement (2) peut être déplacée vers le bas en fonction de la suite de la formation de l'empilement et au moins entre la position de transfert de l'empilement partiel et une position de transfert de l'empilement complet ; et
    en ce que le support d'empilement (6) peut être inséré à partir de la position d'attente dans le débit de tranches produit par le dispositif de découpe (1) pour la formation de l'empilement partiel (3) suivant.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé    en ce que la bande de portionnement (2) est formée comme un tapis de courroies et le support d'empilement (6) comme un organe du type d'une grille qui plonge entre les courroies du tapis de courroies lors du transfert d'un empilement partiel.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
       caractérisé    en ce que la bande de portionnement (2) peut être déplacée vers le bas par une accélération de courte durée pour agrandir l'espace d'insertion destiné au support d'empilement (6) lorsque la position correspondant à un empilement complet (4) est atteinte.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé    en ce que le support d'empilement (6) est disposé au moment du début de la formation de l'empilement partiel (3) avec son extrémité du côté de la lame à proximité immédiate de la position la plus basse du côté tranchant de la lame (8).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé    en ce que le rapport entre les longueurs des courses de déplacement vers le bas du support d'empilement (6) et de la bande de portionnement (2) est réglable.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé    en ce que la course de déplacement vers le bas du support d'empilement (6) est fixe et la course de déplacement vers le bas de la bande de portionnement (2) est réglable en fonction de la hauteur d'empilement requise à tout moment.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé    en ce que la formation d'empilements successifs est réalisée sans coupe à vide.
