Description
Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zur Bildung von Stapeln von in schneller Folge scheibenförmig aufgeschnittenen Produkten, insbesondere Lebensmittelprodukten wie Schinken, Wurst, Käse und dergleichen,
mit einem einer Schneideinrichtung (1), insbesondere einem Slicer zugeordneten Portionierband (2) und einem den jeweils fertigen Stapel (4) vom Portionierband (2) übernehmenden Transportband (5),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zwischen der Schneideinrichtung (1) und dem Portionierband (2) ein während der Bildung eines Teilstapels (3) absenkbarer und nach Übergabe des Teilstapels (3) auf das Portionierband (2) in eine schneidmessernahe Warteposition rückführbarer Stapelaufnehmer (6) vorgesehen ist,daß das Portionierband (2) entsprechend der weiteren Stapelbildung und zumindest zwischen der Teilstapel-Übernahmeposition und einer Fertigstapel-Übergabeposition absenkbar ist, unddaß der Stapelaufnehmer (6) zur Bildung des jeweils nächsten Teilstapels (3) aus der Warteposition in den von der Schneidvorrichtung (1) erzeugten Scheibenstrom einschießbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Portionierband (2) als Riemenband und der Stapelaufnehmer (6) als rechenartiges, bei der Teilstapelübergabe zwischen die Riemen des Riemenbandes eintauchendes Organ ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Portionierband (2) zur Vergrößerung der Einschußlücke für den Stapelaufnehmer (6) bei Erreichen der dem Fertigstapel (4) entsprechenden Position kurzzeitig beschleunigt absenkbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stapelaufnehmer (6) zum Zeitpunkt des Beginns der Bildung des Teilstapels (3) mit seinem messerseitigen Ende in unmittelbarer Nähe der tiefsten Position der Schneidkante des Messers (8) gelegen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis der Größe der Absenkhübe von Stapelaufnehmer (6) und Portionierband (2) einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Absenkhub des Stapelaufnehmers (6) fest und der Absenkhub des Portionierbands (2) in Abhängigkeit von der jeweils geforderten Stapelhöhe einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bildung aufeinanderfolgender Stapel leerschnittfrei erfolgt.
