Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Schneiden von Lebensmittelprodukten mit einem rotierenden Schneidmesser (14), wobei die aufgeschnittenen Produktscheiben (16) auf einer Sammelfläche (18) zu einem Stapel gestapelt werden, die mit zunehmender Stapelhöhe (20) abgesenkt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Fallhöhe der Produktscheiben (16) während der Stapelbildung variiert wird, indem die Sammelfläche (18) asynchron zur momentanen Stapelhöhe abgesenkt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Fallweite der Produktscheiben (16) während der Stapelbildung variiert wird, indem die Sammelfläche (18) während der Stapelbildung in horizontaler Richtung bewegt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Sammelfläche (18) während der Stapelbildung von dem Schneidmesser (14) wegbewegt und/oder zu diesem hinbewegt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
als Sammelfläche (18) ein Zwischenträger oder ein Förderer (18) verwendet wird. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, mit einem rotierenden Schneidmesser (14) und einer Sammelfläche (18), die von einem Antrieb vertikal in der Höhe verstellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine Steuerung für den Antrieb (24) vorgesehen ist, mit der die Fallhöhe der Produktscheiben (16) zu jedem Zeitpunkt der Stapelbildung frei wählbar einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein weiterer Antrieb für die Sammelfläche (18) vorgesehen ist, mit dem die Fallweite der Produktscheiben (16) zu jedem Zeitpunkt der Stapelbildung frei wählbar einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 und 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Steuerung als Eingabeparameter die Fallhöhe und die Fallweite jeder einzelnen Produktscheibe (16) eines Stapels (20) vorseht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Steuerung eine produktabhängige Eingabe der Parameter ermöglicht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Sammelfläche ein Zwischenträger oder ein Förderer (18) ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Sammelfläche (18) zur Horizontalen etwas geneigt angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise in Richtung des Schneidmessers (14).
