Claims (15)
- Dispositif à débiter en tranches des produits alimentaires, notamment du jambon, du saucisson, du fromage et analogues, comprenant un couteau (7) entraíné en rotation dans un logement de tête porte-lame (1) et définissant une position de coupe (B), ainsi qu'un système d'alimentation de produits comprenant un support de produits (5) et un dispositif de transport de produits (3), dans lequel le système d'alimentation de produits comprend au moins deux unités d'alimentation de produits autonomes (10, 11), et les différentes unités d'alimentation de produits peuvent être mises d'une façon prédéterminée soit dans la position de coupe (B) soit dans une position de chargement ou d'attente (A, C) à l'aide de mouvements relatifs entre le couteau (7) définissant la position de coupe (B) et les unités d'alimentation de produits (10, 11), et dans laquelle chaque unité d'alimentation de produits (10, 11), en dehors de la position de coupe (B), peut être basculée depuis sa position inclinée correspondant à la position de coupe (B) dans une position horizontale pour être alignée, dans cette position horizontale, sur une unité de transport.

- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque unité d'alimentation de produits (10, 11) présente un dispositif de transport de produits (3) pouvant être commandé pour exécuter des mouvements vers l'avant ou vers l'arrière.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque dispositif de transport de produits (3) présente un support de produits (S) saisissant l'extrémité de produit respective.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couteau (7) présente un contour de coupe en forme de spirale.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couteau (7) est entraíné en rotation planétaire et autour de son propre axe.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les unités d'alimentation de produits (10, 11) peuvent être déplacées et/ou pivotées entre les différentes positions (A, B, C) à l'aide d'un entraínement rapide pneumatique ou hydraulique.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les mouvements des dispositifs de transport de produits (3) et des unités d'alimentation de produits (10, 11) sont commandés par un ordinateur, du moins en fonction de valeurs de consigne de coupe, de valeurs réelles de produit et de valeurs de position de produit.
- Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque unité d'alimentation de produits (10, 11) présente, côté fond, un dispositif de transport, notamment une bande de transport, pouvant être entraíné séparément du support de produits (5) et découplé du support de produits (5), et en ce que chaque unité d'alimentation de produits (10, 11) constituant une unité individuelle peut être alimentée, dans une position d'alimentation, par un nouveau produit, par l'intermédiaire d'une unité de transport située dans la prolongation de l'unité d'alimentation de produits (10, 11) respective, de telle manière que ce nouveau produit est pris en charge par le dispositif de transport de l'unité d'alimentation de produits (10, 11) et transféré dans une position de consigne prédéterminée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support de produits (5) est réalisé pour être déplacé selon l'alimentation inclinée et pour ne pas basculer, et en ce que l'articulation de basculement de l'unité d'alimentation de produits (10, 11) respective est configurée de telle manière que, lors du mouvement de basculement, l'unité d'alimentation de produits (10, 11) exécute un mouvement vers l'arrière.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que par le basculement de l'unité d'alimentation de produits (10, 11) une fente d'éjection des morceaux restants est formée entre l'extrémité avant de l'unité d'alimentation de produits (10, 11) et le couteau (7).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les unités d'alimentation de produits (10, 11) sont entraínées entre les différentes positions (A, B, C) à l'aide d'un entraínement à broche rapide selon une courbe de vitesse programmable.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux unités d'alimentation de produits (10, 11) sont pourvues de produits différents, et en ce que ces unités d'alimentation de produits sont transférées en alternance, de manière prédéterminée, dans la position de coupe (B) permettant d'obtenir continuellement des portions de deux produits.
