Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de tranchage de tranches d'aliment à partir d'un produit alimentaire (2), en particulier de la saucisse, du jambon et/ou du fromage, dans lequel une trace est prévue pour chaque produit alimentaire, le long de laquelle il est transporté dans la direction avec un moyen de transport (9) dans la direction d'un couteau mobile (11) qui tranche des tranches d'aliment (12) à partir de l'extrémité avant du produit alimentaire, un moyen de butée individuel (9) étant prévu pour chaque trace,
    caractérisé en ce que le moyen de butée est un moyen de transport (9) de forme variable.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de transport présente au moins un rouleau (18) dont la position par rapport à un autre rouleau peut être variée.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de transport (9) présente un moyen de butée.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de transport (9) et le moyen de butée présentent un centre de rotation commun (6).
