Claims (8)

  1.   5. Dispositif de tranchage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un palier libre est disposé entre le dispositif de préhension (9) et la courroie sans fin.
  6. Dispositif de tranchage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la courroie sans fin présente une surface à friction réduite.
  7. Procédé de tranchage d'un produit alimentaire (8) à l'aide d'un dispositif de tranchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le produit alimentaire repose sur un support (7) et est transporté en direction de la lame (3) et son extrémité arrière (8.1) est mise en contact avec un dispositif de préhension,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de préhension est disposé sur une courroie sans fin supérieure (6) et sa position par rapport à la courroie sans fin est modifiée perpendiculairement à une direction de transport de la courroie sans fin (6) avec une composante de mouvement en se rapprochant et en s'éloignant du support pendant le tranchage du produit alimentaire (8), la courroie sans fin (6) étant déplacée au moins par endroits en direction du support après que le dispositif de préhension a saisi l'extrémité arrière (8.1) du produit alimentaire.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'après le tranchage, la courroie sans fin est ramenée à sa position relevée.
