Claims (8)

- Dispositif de tranchage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes ou selon le préambule de la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande sans fin présente une surface à faible frottement.
- Procédé de tranchage d'un produit alimentaire (8) avec un dispositif de tranchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le produit alimentaire repose sur un appui (7) et est transporté en direction d'un couteau (3) et son extrémité postérieure (8.1) est mise en contact avec un élément de préhension, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de préhension est disposé sur une bande sans fin supérieure (6) et on change sa position par rapport à la bande sans fin (6) avec une composante de mouvement en direction de l'appui pendant le tranchage du produit alimentaire (8), dans lequel on déplace la bande sans fin au moins localement en direction de l'appui après que l'élément de préhension ait saisi l'extrémité postérieure (8.1) du produit alimentaire.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7, caractérisé en ce que l'on ramène la bande sans fin dans sa position relevée après le tranchage.
