- Presszange zum Verformen eines Werkstücks, mit einem zwei Deckplatten (2, 3) aufweisenden Zangenkopf (1), an dem eine ortsfest gelagerte Pressbacke (20) und eine linear verschiebbar geführte Pressbacke (26) vorgesehen sind, wobei mindestens die geführte Pressbacke (26) auswechselbar angeordnet ist, mit einem Kniehebeltrieb (33) für die Bewegung der geführten Pressbacke (26), der einen beweglichen Handgriff (14) und eine an einem festen Handgriff (4) angelenkte Kniehebellasche (10) aufweist, mit einem Zwangsgesperre (36) aus einem Zahnsegment (40) und einer schwenkbar gelegerten Sperrklinke (37) für das reproduzierbare Erreichen einer Endlage, und mit einer Rückführfeder zum Erreichen der Offenstellung der Pressbacken (20, 26) und der Handgriffe (4, 14), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Realisierung der Auswechselbarkeit und zur Aufnahme der Presskräfte mindestens die geführte Pressbacke (26) eine Doppellagerung aus einem ersten Lager (24) mit ziehbarem Bolzen (28) und randgeschlossener Durchbrechung (22) in der Pressbacke (26) und aus einem zweiten Lager (25) mit festem Bolzen (29) und randoffener Durchbrechung (23) in der Pressbacke (26) vorgesehen ist, dass die Rückführfeder (43) im Zangenkopf (1) zwischen den Deckplatten (2, 3) angeordnet ist und an dem festen Handgriff (4) einerseits und an der Kniehebellasche (10) andererseits abgestützt ist, dass die geführte Pressbacke (26) mit ihrer randoffenen Durchbrechung (23) direkt auf dem vorderen Ende (17) des beweglichen Handgriffs (14) in dem festen Bolzen (29) abgestützt ist, und dass zwischen der geführten Pressbacke (26) und dem beweglichen Handgriff (14) eine Verbindungslasche (35) vorgesehen ist, die über den ziehbaren Bolzen (28) der geführten Pressbacke (26) lösbar ausgebildet ist.
- Presszange nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ziehbare Bolzen (28) und der feste Bolzen (29) in Langlochschlitzen (30) in den Deckplatten (2, 3) geführt sind.
- Presszange nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ziehbare Bolzen (28) der geführten Pressbacke (26) einen Positionieranschlag (45) aufweist.
- Presszange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auswechselbare Pressbacke (20, 26) in Plattenbauweise zusammengesetzt ist.
- Presszange nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feste Handgriff (4) an seinem freien Endbereich im Zangenkopf (1) eine Doppellagerung aus zwei Bolzen (7, 8) aufweist, von denen mindestens einer lösbar ausgebildet ist.
- Presszange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende (17) des beweglichen Handgriffs (14) das Zahnsegment (40) des Zwangsgesperres (36) aufweist.
- Presszange nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperrklinke (37) zwischen den Deckplatten (2, 3) schwenkbar gelagert und auch willkürlich entriegelbar ist, und dass das freie Ende des in den Zangenkopf (1) hineinreichenden festen Handgriffs (4) einerseits und die Kante der geführten Pressbacke (26) andererseits Anschläge (41, 42) für die Begrenzung der willkürlichen Verschwenkbarkeit der Sperrklinke (37) bilden.
- Presszange nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zangenkopf (1) als hohles Gehäuse aus den auf Abstand miteinander über Zapfen (9, 34) und Bolzen (7, 8, 18, 19, 28, 29) verbundenen Deckplatten ausgebildet ist, dass die Deckplatten (2, 3) C-förmige Gestalt aufweisen, und dass die auswechselbaren Pressbacken (20, 26) in zwei aufeinander senkrecht stehenden Richtungen in den Zwischenraum zwischen den Deckplatten (2, 3) einführbar sind.
