Claims (14)
- Zange mit einem ersten Arbeitsbacken (1) und einem mit diesem fest verbundenen ersten Zangengriff (2); einem am ersten Arbeitsbacken (1) schwenkbar gelagerten zweiten Arbeitsbacken (3), einem zweiten Zangengriff (4), der an einem zum hinteren Zangenende weisenden Abschnitt (23) des zweiten Arbeitsbackens (3) angelenkt ist, einem Verbindungsglied (7a, 7b) zwischen erstem und zweitem Zangengriff (2, 4) zur Bildung eines Kniehebels, und einer am vorderen Ende des zweiten Zangengriffs (4) angeordneten Sperrklinke (48) zum Verhindern des Spreizens der Zangengriffe (2, 4), bevor diese ihre Schließstellung erreicht haben, wobei die Sperrklinke (48) zu diesem Zweck in eine Zahnreihe (47) greift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnreihe (47) am zweiten Arbeitsbacken (3) angebracht ist.
- Zange nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnreihe (47) koaxial zu dem den zweiten Arbeitsbacken (3) und den zweiten Zangengriff (4) verbindenden Gelenkpunkt (24) liegt.
- Zange nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Arbeitsbacken (3) zwei in der Zangenebene im Abstand voneinander und zum hinteren Zangenende weisende Schenkel (S1, S2) aufweist, von denen derjenige (S1) die Zahnreihe (47) trägt, der näher am ersten Arbeitsbacken (1) liegt.
- Zange nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnreihe (47) an derjenigen Seite dieses Schenkels (S1) liegt, die dem anderen Schenkel (S2) gegenüberliegt, und daß die Sperrklinke (48) zwischen diesen Schenkeln (S1, S2) gelagert ist.
- Zange nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Zugfeder (57) zum Vorspannen der Sperrklinke (48) zwischen dieser und dem Verbindungsglied (7a, 7b) liegt.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Öffnung (50) im zweiten Zangengriff (4) zum Entriegeln der Sperrklinke (48) vorhanden ist.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Schenkel (S1, S2) Teile eines U-förmig ausgebildeten zentralen Knotenelements (27) der Zange sind.
- Zange nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gelenkpunkt (24) zwischen zweitem Arbeitsbacken (3) und zweitem Zangengriff (4) am freien Ende desjenigen Schenkels (S2) angeordnet ist, der der Zahnreihe (47) gegenüberliegt.
- Zange nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zentrale Knotenelement (27) plattenförmig ausgebildet ist und sich die Zähne der Zahnreihe (47) über die gesamte Plattendicke erstrecken.
- Zange nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zentrale Knotenelement (27) aus mehreren Einzelplatten (42, 41, 43) zusammengefügt ist.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an beiden Selten des zentralen Knotenelements (27) zum vorderen Zangenende abstehende Platten (25, 26) zur Bildung eines Klemmbackens angebracht sind.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ihre Zangengriffe (2, 4) Teile einer Maschine (M) zum Antrieb der Zange sind.
- Zange nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zangengriffe (2, 4) mit den restlichen Zangenteilen kuppelbar sind.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zangengriffe (2, 4) so ausgebildet sind, daß sie mit einer Maschine (M) zum Antrieb der Zange verbindbar sind.
