Claims (10)
- Zange mit einem ersten Arbeitsbacken (1) und einem mit diesem fest verbundenen ersten Zangengriff (2); einem mittels einer Schwenkachse (30) schwenkbar gelagerten zweiten Arbeitsbacken (3), der mit dem ersten Arbeitsbacken (1) ein Zangenmaul bildet; einem zweiten Zangengriff (4), der schwenkbar an einem zum hinteren Zangenende weisenden Abschnitt (23) des zweiten Arbeitsbackens (3) gelagert ist; und einem federnden Verbindungsglied (7), dessen eines Ende am zweiten Zangengriff(4) kurz hinter dem zweiten Arbeitsbacken (3) angebracht ist, und dessen anderes Ende am ersten Zangengriff (2) angebracht ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Schwenkachse (30) an einem der Arbeitsbacken (3) befestigt ist und sich im anderen Arbeitsbacken (1) ein Langloch (33) zur Aufnahme der Schwenkachse (30) befindet, dessen Längsrichtung in der Zangenebene und wenigstens annähernd senkrecht zur Zangenlängsrichtung verläuft;
und daßeine Zugfeder (5, 6) mit einem Ende an der Schwenkachse (30) und mit ihrem anderen Ende an dem das Langloch (33) aufweisenden Arbeitsbacken (1) befestigt ist. - Zange nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Erzeugung eines gewünschten Kraftverlaufs im Zangenmaul (16) die Zugfeder (5, 6) und das Verbindungsglied (7) so ausgebildet sind, daß über einen durch die Länge des Langlochs (33) begrenzten Schließweg der Arbeitsbacken (1, 3) die erforderliche Maulkraft durch die Zugfeder (5, 6) und das Verbindungsglied (7) aufgebracht wird, und über einen sich daran anschließenden Schließweg der Arbeitsbacken (1, 3) allein durch das Verbindungsglied (7) bereitgestellt wird.
- Zange nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federkennlinien von Zugfeder (5, 6) und Verbindungsglied (7) so aneinander angepaßt sind, daß bei Erreichen des durch die Länge des Langlochs (33) begrenzten Schließweges der Arbeitsbacken (1, 3) und weiterer Schließbewegung ein möglichst sprungfreier Kraftverlauf im Zangenmaul (16) erzielt wird.
- Zange nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsglied (7) so augebildet ist, daß es nach Überschreiten einer vorbestimmten Zangenmaul-Grenzkraft stark nachgibt.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (30) am zweiten Arbeitsbacken (3) befestigt ist und sich das Langloch (33) im ersten Arbeitsbacken (1) befindet.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugfeder (5, 6) als V-förmige, U-förmige oder Ω-förmige Blattfeder ausgebildet ist.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungglied (7) wenigstens ein flachplattenartiges Federblech (34, 35) aufweist.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ihre Zangengriffe (2, 4) Teile einer Maschine (M) zum Antrieb der Zange sind.
- Zange nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zangengriffe (2, 4) mit den restlichen Zangenteilen kuppelbar sind.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zangengriffe (2, 4) so ausgebildet sind, daß sie mit einer Maschine (M) zum Antrieb der Zange verbindbar sind.
