Claims (11)
- Biegemaschine (1), insbesondere Gesenk- oder Abkantpresse, mit einem Unterwerkzeug (2) und mit einem gegenüber diesem vertikal verstellbaren Oberwerkzeug (3), wobei eines der Werkzeuge (2) einen oder mehrere parallele Einschnitte oder Kerben (4) hat und durch die vertikale Bewegung des Oberwerkzeugs (3) ein Werkstück in einen derartigen Einschnitt oder in eine derartige Kerbe (4) gedrückt und dadurch gebogen wird, wobei das Unterwerkzeug (2) quer zu seiner Längserstreckung oder quer zur Biegelinie verstellbar ist, und wobei die Biegemaschine (1) wenigstens einen im Bereich der Ebene des Unterwerkzeugs (2) angeordneten und in seinem Abstand gegenüber diesem Unterwerkzeug (2) verstellbaren Anschlag (6) für das Werkstück hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterwerkzeug (2) direkt oder indirekt mit dem Verstellantrieb für den verstellbaren Anschlag (6) lösbar kuppelbar ist, mit welchem bei gelöster Kupplung der Abstand des Anschlages von dem Unterwerkzeug verstellbar ist.
- Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die direkte oder indirekte Kupplung zwischen dem Unterwerkzeug (2) und dem Antrieb (7) für den Anschlag (6) durch ein in Schubkontakt mit dem Anschlag bringbares Element herstellbar ist.
- Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine lösbare Kupplung vorgesehen ist, die in beide einander entgegengesetzte Verschieberichtungen des Unterwerkzeugs wirkend ausgebildet ist.
- Biegemaschinen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine formschlüssige oder kraftschlüssige Kupplung zum lösbaren Kuppeln des Unterwerkzeugs (2) oder seiner Halterung (5) mit dem Antrieb (7) für den Anschlag (6) vorgesehen ist.
- Biegemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die Anschlagfinger des verstellbaren Anschlags selbst als Kupplungsteile dienen und mittels Magnet, Stift, Vorsprung oder dergleichen an dem Unterwerkzeug oder an seiner Halterung oder an einer dort angeordneten Gegenöffnung lösbar angreifen.
- Biegemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterwerkzeug (2) mehrere parallele Einschnitte und/oder Kerben (4) aufweist.
- Biegemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Unterwerkzeug (2) oder seiner Halterung (5) quer zu deren Längserstreckung, insbesondere rechtwinklig zur Biegelinie und insbesondere etwa horizontal verlaufende Stangen (7a) oder Leisten befestigt, insbesondere fest verbunden sind, an denen der Antrieb (7) für den Anschlag (6) oder ein mit diesem Antrieb verbundenes Teil lösbar ankuppelbar, beispielsweise anklemmbar ist.
- Biegemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemme (9) zum Erfassen mit dem Unterwerkzeug (2) oder seiner Halterung (5) verbundenen Stange oder Leiste diese mit einer Führungsöffnung (10) oder zangenförmig auch in gelöster Position umgreift und in gelöster Position relativ zu der Stange (7a) oder Leiste verschiebbar ist.
- Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an dem Unterwerkzeug (2) oder seiner Halterung (5) angreifenden Stangen (7a) oder Leisten in eine zweite Klemmvorrichtung (11) eingreifen, zu der sie in Offenstellung dieser zweiten Klemmvorrichtung (11) relativ verstellbar sind, und die bei einer vorgewählten Position des Werkzeugs (2) geschlossen und beim Verstellen des Werkzeugs mit Hilfe der ersten Klemmvorrichtung (9) geöffnet ist/sind.
- Biegemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Verbindungsmittel zum lösbaren Kuppeln des Unterwerkzeugs (2) oder seiner Halterung (5) mit dem Antrieb (7) des Anschlags (6) an dem einen der beiden Teile ein Schwenkarm mit einem Vorsprung (15) oder mit einer Ausnehmung und an dem anderen Teil (16) eine Ausnehmung (17) oder ein Vorsprung zum lösbaren Verbinden mit dem Schwenkarm (14) vorgesehen sind.
- Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkarm (14) an dem Antrieb (7) für den Anschlag (6) in einer insbesondere vertikalen Ebene auf- und abschwenkbar vorgesehen ist und mit einem Zapfen (15) in eine Ausnehmung (17) an einer Gegenleiste oder Gegenplatte (16) einschwenkbar ist, die mit dem Unterwerkzeug oder seiner Halterung verbunden ist, oder dass der Schwenkarm eine Lochung hat, die in Gebrauchsstellung einen Vorsprung oder Zapfen an einem mit dem Unterwerkzeug oder seiner Halterung verbundenen Gegenstück lösbar übergreift.
