Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines schwingfähigen Fußbodens aus plattenförmigen Elementen auf einem festen Unterbau, z. B. aus Beton oder Estrich, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zunächst nach oben offene und in ihrer Höhe veränderliche Stützen (14) auf dem Unterbau (12) befestigt werden, die Stützen (14) abschnittweise mit einem elastomeren, in fließfähigem Zustand adhäsiven Material (16) befüllt werden und vor dessen Aushärten Grundplatten (30) auf die befüllten Stützen (14) aufgelegt und horizontal sowie zueinander ausgerichtet werden, wobei die Grundplatten (30) beim Ausrichten einen Teil der darunterliegenden Stützen (14) infolge der Adhäsion des noch unausgehärteten Füllmaterials (16) mitnehmen und in ihrer Höhe verändern, und nach dem Aushärten des elastomeren Materials auf den Grundplatten (30) wenigstens eine weitere Bodenschicht (32) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatten (30) beim Ausrichten vorübergehend durch Gewindespindeln (42) oder Drahtwendeln auf dem Unterbau (12) abgestützt werden, die mit den Grundplatten (30) in Schraubeingriff stehen und die Gewindespindeln (42) bzw. Drahtwendeln nach dem Aushärten des Füllmaterials (16) entfernt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Erstellung der zweiten Bodenschicht Plattenelemente (32) in zu den Grundplatten (30) versetzter Lage mit diesen verschraubt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Löcher im Unterbau mit flüssigem elastomerem Material befüllt und zur Befestigung der Stützen (14) einen Teil derselben bildende Gewindestäbe in die Löcher eingesteckt werden.
- Stütze zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus elastomerem Material besteht und die Form eines zieharmonikaartigen Balges hat.
- Stütze nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Balg (14) mit einer Metallkappe (18) am Untergrund (12) befestigt ist, die vorzugsweise Öffnungen (40) aufweist, durch die beim Befüllen des Balges (14) mit fließfähigem elastomerem Material (16) dieses in die Metallkappe (18) einströmt.
- Stütze zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei axial ineinander geführte Hülsenteile (76, 80) mit einem Volumenausgleich besitzt, wobei sie über einen Hohlraum (82) verfügt, in welchen das elastomere Material (16) beim Ineinanderschieben der Hülsenteile (76, 80) fließt oder wenigstens ein Hülsenteil Löcher besitzt, durch die das flüssige elastomere Material verdrängbar ist.
- Stütze nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das der Grundplatte (30) zugewandte offene Hülsenteil (80) aus elastischem Material besteht.
- Stütze nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das untere Hülsenteil (76, 78) mit einem weiteren elastischen Dämpfungselement (50; 90) in Serie geschaltet ist, das am Untergrund festlegbar ist.
- Stütze nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das untere Hülsenteil (76, 78) mit dem Dämpfungselement (50; 90) über eine in ihre Länge verstellbare Gewindeverbindung (74; 110; 114) verbunden ist.
