Claims (13)
- Querkraftdornlager, insbesondere für Treppenpodeste, mit einer im Querkraftdornlager (1) gehaltenen Querkraftdornhülse (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querkraftdornhülse (3) lagestabil auf einer Mittenachse einer im Einbauzustand horizontalen Druckverteilungsplatte (4) aufgeschweisst (5) ist, die auf einer schwingungsabsorbierenden oder schwingungsdämmenden, mindestens im unbelasteten Zustand annähernd deckungsgleichen ersten Kunststoffplatte (6) lagert, wobei die Kunststoffplatte (6) auf einem Boden (11) eines Lagergehäuses (10) annähernd zentrisch aufliegt und die verbleibenden Seitenräume zwischen den Lagergehäusewänden (12) seitlich und oben (13) mit zweiten Kunststoffplatten (20) mit geringerer Shore-Härte ausgekleidet sind und der Freiraum um die Querkraftdornhülse (3) mit einem Füllmaterial (21) ausgefüllt ist.
- Querkraftdornlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querkraftdornhülse (3) zylindrisch ist und seitlich der linienförmigen Auflage mittels zwei Schweissnähten (5) mit der Druckverteilungsplatte (4) verschweisst ist.
- Querkraftdornlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Kunststoffplatte (6) mit der Druckverteilungsplatte (4) verbunden ist.
- Querkraftdornlager nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Kunststoffplatte (6) auf der Druckverteilungsplatte (4) aufvulkanisiert ist.
- Querkraftdornlager nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Kunststoffplatte (6) auf der Druckverteilungsplatte (4) aufgeklebt (7) ist.
- Querkraftdornlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Kunststoffplatten (20) mit geringerer Shore-Härte als die der ersten Kunststoffplatte (6) an den anliegenden Wänden (12,13) des Lagergehäuses (10) angeklebt sind.
- Querkraftdornlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Füllmaterial (21) aus einem formstabilen Material gefertigt ist.
- Querkraftdornlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Kunststoffplatten (20) aus elastisch verformbarem, komprimierbarem, geschlossenporigem Kunststoff gefertigt sind.
- Querkraftdornlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die offene Seite des Lagergehäuses (10) bis auf eine Durchführungsöffnung für den Querkraftdorn (3) vollständig durch eine Brandschutzplatte (22) abgedeckt ist.
- Verwendung von Querkraftdornlagern nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese zur Halterung eines Treppenpodestes (P) verwendet werden.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querkraftdornlager (1',1'') in den an das Treppenpodest (P) angrenzenden Wänden (W) eingelassen werden, wobei die den Treppen (T) näher liegenden Querkraftdornlager (1') so ausgelegt werden, dass sie trotz höherer Belastung als die den Treppen entfernteren Querkraftdornlager (1") mindestens annähernd dieselben Federwege haben.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Treppen (T) näheren Querkraftdornlager (1') grösser als die den Treppen (T) entfernteren Querkraftdornlager (1'') sind.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Querkraftdornlager (1',1") am selben Treppenpodest (P) gleich gross sind, dass jedoch die den Treppen (T) näheren Querkraftdornlager (1') mit härteren ersten Kunststoffplatten (6) versehen werden als die den Treppen (T) entfernteren Querkraftdornlager (1").
