Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a transverse force mandrel bearing, especially for stair landings, with one in the shear force mandrel bearing held transverse force mandrel sleeve.
  • Shear force mandrel sleeves are in different embodiments known. Purely, for example, EP-A-609'783, CH-A-629'272, US-A-4'353'666 or EP-A-059'171 referred.
  • the latter shear force sleeve is for Shear force mandrels with a rectangular cross section are suitable. Such Shear force mandrels are used especially when particularly high transmission forces occur. To do so prevent the selectively very high load from destroying the concrete slab leads in the area of the shear force sleeve these are provided with reinforcement plates that support the contact pressure distribute in the concrete slab.
  • EP-A-059'171 also discloses the use of foam inserts on the side of the Shear force mandrel in the shear force mandrel sleeve. These foam inserts at least during the installation Center the shear force mandrel in the shear force mandrel sleeve. A These foam inserts have a vibration-damping function Not.
  • EP-A-545'854 is a shear force mandrel bearing known in which a transverse force mandrel sleeve floating on all sides is stored.
  • the transverse force mandrel sleeve is in a housing held and surrounded on all sides by an elastic element.
  • the transverse force mandrel sleeve can thus be in the transverse force mandrel bearing move on all sides.
  • To limit the vibration amplitude is an outer ring is welded onto the bearing housing, which Opening of the transverse force mandrel bearing housing is reduced, and the Shear force mandrel sleeve has an outwardly projecting all around collar.
  • Such a shear force bearing is particularly suitable for the connection between two free ends of concrete slabs that are in relative to each other can swing in any direction.
  • a so-called support for the storage of a horizontal concrete slab between Such a bearing is not very suitable for vertical components.
  • Such a transverse force mandrel bearing is therefore suitable for example for supporting a stair landing Not.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to Shear force mandrel bearings to create shear force mandrels that are under a relatively high base load in the transverse force mandrel sleeves support or support vertically, although the Sound insulation should be guaranteed.
  • transverse force mandrel bearing 1 The entire transverse force mandrel bearing is designated 1 and the corresponding shear force mandrel stored in it carries the Reference number 2, as can be seen from Figure 2.
  • the transverse force mandrel bearing 1 is installed in a first component, for example here a stair landing platform P, while in the second component, here a wall W, a simple transverse force mandrel sleeve H installed is.
  • Shear force mandrel 2 is translationally movable both in Shear force mandrel bearing 1 as well as in the shear force mandrel sleeve H stored.
  • the transverse force mandrel 2 thus serves to accommodate the occurring stretching movements, which are indicated by the double arrow D are indicated.
  • the simple shear force mandrel sleeve H supports thus in the fixed component W, while the inventive Lateral force mandrel bearing 1 in the movable component, for example the stair landing P is embedded. On this the Vibrations S occur. So that these vibrations S not from Shear force bearing 1 over the shear force 2 in the fixed Component W must be transferred, the transverse force mandrel bearing be designed to absorb vibrations. This is thanks to a Structure that can be clearly seen from FIG. 1.
  • the transverse force mandrel bearing 1 comprises a bearing housing 10 which externally has the shape of a cuboid, one of which Face is open.
  • Shear force sleeve 3 which the inclusion of a Shear force mandrel 2 is used.
  • the choice of a cylindrical shear force sleeve 3 is based on the fact that this already on the market available shear force mandrels with standardized cross-section can be used.
  • the transverse force mandrel sleeve 3 lies on a pressure distribution plate 4.
  • the linear support of the transverse force mandrel sleeve on the Pressure distribution plate are two connecting weld seams 5 arranged. It is extremely important that the Shear force mandrel sleeve 3 centered on the pressure distribution plate 4 is attached so that the pressure distribution on the plate is absolutely balanced and not a possible overturning moment can occur. To prevent this, is as described the transverse force mandrel sleeve 3 is stable on the Pressure distribution plate 4 attached.
  • the first plastic plate 6 rests the pressure distribution plate 4 on the floor 11 of the bearing housing 10.
  • This first Plastic plate 6 consists of a vibration-damping or vibration absorbing plastic. As a suitable material for example, neoprene (trademark) has been confirmed.
  • a large Advantage is that neoprene in many different degrees of hardness is available.
  • the choice of correct plastic is of course dependent on the applied load and the expected vibrations.
  • the This is the size of this first plastic plate 6 designed to cover the entire area with the Pressure distribution plate 4 is. The thickness of the first Plastic plate 6 must after the static load be interpreted.
  • the width of the pressure distribution plate 4 is smaller than that Width of the bearing housing 10 of the transverse force mandrel bearing 1. This is absolutely necessary because the called first plastic plate 6 space for lateral Bulge must have. This can be seen from FIG. 3. This has to do with the fact that the ones under consideration here Plastics are only slightly compressible and thus become deform the spring deflection in an almost volume-stable manner.
  • the thus to the side of the pressure distribution plate 4 and the first Plastic plate 6 remaining column is with a second Plastic plate 20 filled.
  • the second plastic sheets 20 are along both side walls 12 on their inner surface as well as on the upper wall on the inner surface and preferably connected to these walls accordingly. At the The simplest way of doing this is by gluing.
  • the second plastic plates 20 consist essentially of one softer material that is also compressible. This Material does not have to absorb vibrations as much as rather have a stabilizing effect and as far as compressible be that the shape changes of the almost volume stable Material of the first plastic plate 6 easily in the form a bulge 8 in the material of the second Can deflect plastic plates 20. This situation shows the figure 3 clearly.
  • the remaining space above the pressure distribution plate 4, the one hand through the transverse force mandrel sleeve 3 and on the other hand limited by the second plastic plates 20 is filled with a filling material 20.
  • the Filling material 21 requires no special physical Characteristics. Preferably, however, one becomes relative dimensionally stable material selected.
  • the exact positioning of the transverse force mandrel sleeve 2 and thus the pressure distribution plate 4 in the bearing housing 10 is not of special meaning. However, it is important that the Pressure distribution plate 4 exactly on the first plastic plate 6, again to ensure that there is no overturning moment can occur. To ensure this, reasonably the first plastic plate 6 with the Pressure distribution plate 4 firmly connected. This can be done as in shown example by means of an adhesive layer 7. Depending on the choice of plastic, the connection can between the plastic plate 6 and the pressure distribution plate 4 also done by vulcanization. This also has the Advantage that easier correct assembly of the individual parts of the transverse force mandrel bearing is guaranteed.
  • the bearing housing 1 is only with the second Plastic plates 20 coated and then the unit consisting of shear force sleeve 3, pressure distribution plate 4, first plastic plate 6 and the dimensionally stable block Filling material 21 inserted as a coherent unit.
  • each laterally protruding mounting flange 14 integrally formed on the bearing housing 10, which has a closed rear wall 17th has, is on the side walls 12 each laterally protruding mounting flange 14 integrally formed.
  • the two Mounting flanges 14 have mounting holes 15 so that Entire shear force mandrel bearing 1 before casting the Fasten the concrete slab to the formwork.
  • Shear force mandrel bearing particularly suitable for use as Holding a stair landing This is in Figure 4 shown.
  • the stair landing P is located above the shear force arbors anchored in the walls W. Because the stair landing P is the same A single-armed lever is the force in the transverse force mandrel bearings are initiated near the stairs Area larger than in the area closer to the stairs. With that Vibrations the stair landing P not a tilting movement, but just a parallel up and down vibration must be ensured that the deflection as uniform as possible in the transverse force mandrel bearings he follows. This can be done in several ways.
