Claims (8)
- Wickelvorrichtung zum Aufwickeln einer Papierbahn1.1 mit einer Tragtrommel (1) an die die Papierbahn von einer Seite (Aufgabeseite) kommend herangeführt wird,1.2 mit einem Wickelkern (2),1.3 mit Gelenkhebeln, die Gabeln aufweisen und die den Wickelkern (2) mit angewickelter Papierbahn um die Tragtrommel (1) herum von einer Aufgabeposition in eine Abgabeposition verschwenken,1.4 mit einem im Bereich der Auflaufseite vorgesehenen, der Tragtrommel (1) vorgeschalteten Längsschneider (3) zum Zerlegen der Papierbahn in Papierstreifen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß1.5 eine auf der Ablaufseite der Tragtrommel (1) im Abgabebereich angeordnete Tragwalze (5) vorgesehen ist,1.6 ein Reiterwalzenpaar (4.1, 4.2) zum Aufbringen einer Anpresskraft auf die entstehenden Papierrollen (7) vorgesehenist,1.7 dem Reiterwalzenpaar (4.1, 4.2) eine Aufhänge- und Anpressvorrichtung (15) zugeordnetist,1.8 Reiterwalzenpaar (4.1, 4.2) und Aufhänge- und Anpressvorrichtung (15) - gemeinsam mit dem Wickelkern (2) um die Tragtrommel (1) herum über einen bestimmten Winkel verschwenkbar sind.
- Wickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Wickelkern (2) ein Antrieb zugeordnet ist.
- Wickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragwalze (5) ein Absenktisch (6) zugeordnet ist.
- Wickelvorrichtung zum Aufwickeln einer Papierbahn unmittelbar nach deren Herstellen4.1 mit einem Längsschneider zum Zerlegen der Papierbahn in Papierstreifen,4.2 mit zwei Wickelstationen,4.3 mit einer Überführeinheit zum Überführen der Papierstreifen zu den Wickelstationen, wobei zwei einander benachbarte Papierstreifen unterschiedlichen Stationen zugeführt werden,4.4 jede Wickelstation umfaßt:4.4.1 eine Tragtrommel (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede widrelstation weite4.4.2 ein Paar Spannköpfe, denen ein Antrieb zugeordnet ist,4.4.3 eine Führungseinrichtung zum Führen des Spannkopf-Paares mit den entstehenden Papierrollen (7) von einer Aufgabeposition um die Tragtrommel (1) herum in eine Abgabeposition sowie zum Zurückführen des leeren Spannkopf-Paares nach Abgabe der fertigen Papierrollen (7), umfaßt und4.5 ein Reiterwalzenpaar (4.1, 4.2) zum Aufbringen einer Anpresskraft auf die entstehenden Papierrollen (7) vorgesehen ist,4.6 dem Reiterwalzenpaar (4.1, 4.2) eine Aufhänge- und Anpressvorrichtung (15) zugeordnet ist,4.7 Reiterwalzenpaar (4.1, 4.2) und Aufhänge- und Anpressvorrichtung (15) - gemeinsam mit dem Wickelkern (2) um die Tragtrommel (1) herum über einen bestimmten Winkel verschwenkbar sind.
- Wickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Ablaufseite an der Tragtrommel (1) im Abgabebereich eine Tragwalze (5) vorgesehen ist.
- Wickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Ablaufseite der Tragtrommel (1) im Abgabebereich ein Ablaßtisch (6) vorgesehen ist.
- Wickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,7.1 mit einem Längsschneider (3) zum Zerlegen der Papierbahn in eineMehrzahl von Papierstreifen,7.2 mit zwei Wickelstationen,7.3 mit einer Überführeinheit zum Überführen der einzelnen Papierstreifen auf die Wickelstationen, wobei zwei einander benachbarte Papierstreifen unterscheidelichen Stationen zugeführt werden,7.4 jede Wickelstation umfaßt:7.4.1 zwei Tragwalzen (5.1, 5.2),7.5 es ist ein Reiterwalzenpaar (4.1, 4.2) zum Aufbringen einer Anpresskraft auf die entstehenden Papierrollen (7) vorgesehen,7.6 dem Reiterwalzenpaar (4.1, 4.2) ist eine Aufhänge- und Anpressvorrichtung (15) zugeordnet,7.7 Reiterwalzenpaar (4.1, 4.2) und Aufhänge- und Anpressvorrichtung (15) sind - gemeinsam mit dem Wickelkern (2) um die Tragtrommel (1) herum über einen bestimmten Winkel verschwenkbar.
- Wickelvorrichtung zum Aufwickeln einer Papierbahn unmittelbar nach deren Herstellen8.1 mit einer Wickelstation, welche die folgenden Elemente aufweist:8.1.1 eine ortsfeste oder horizontal bewegliche Tragtrommel (1), über welche die Papierbahn läuft,8.1.2 einen Wickelkern (2),8.2 der Wickelkern (2) ist in eine im wesentlichen neben der Tragtrommel (1) befindliche Anwickelposition einlegbar,8.3 zwischen der Tragtrommel (1) und der auf dem Wickelkern (2) entstehenden Papierrolle ist eine Linienkraft einstellbar,8.4 der nahezu volle Wickelkern (2) ist in eine Freiwickelposition überführbar, wobei vorzugsweise eine Abquetschwalze an die Papierrolle (7) anstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß8.5 es ein Reiterwalzenpaar (4.1, 4.2) vorgesehen ist,8.6 dem Reiterwalzenpaar (4.1, 4.2) eine Aufhänge- und Anpressvorrichtung (15) zugeordnet ist,8.7 Reiterwalzenpaar (4.1, 4.2) und Aufhänge- und Anpressvorrichtung (15) - gemeinsam mit dem Wickelkern (2) um die Tragtrommel (1) herum über einen bestimmten Winkel verschwenkbar sind,8.8 ein Längsschneider zum Zerlegen der Papierbahn in eine Mehrzahl von Papierstreifen vorgesehen ist.
