Claims (20)
- Verfahren zum Aufwickeln einer laufenden Bahn aus Papier (9), Karton, Folie oder dgl., auf einen Wickelkern (11), vorzugs-weise auf einen Tambour, bei welchem Verfahren ein mög-lichst großer Teil der entstehenden Wickelrolle (12) eine hohe Wickelhärte aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man zwischen der Wickelrolle (12) hoher Wickelhärte und dem Wickelkern (11) eine relativ weiche Zwischenschicht bildet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer kurzen Anfangsphase des Aufwickel-Vorganges in den innersten Lagen der Wickelrolle (12) für eine relativ geringe Wickelhärte gesorgt wird, wonach unmittelbar auf eine relativ hohe Wickelhärte übergegangen wird, die man während des weiteren Aufwickel-Vorganges im wesentlichen beibehält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, für eine Wickelmaschine, die mindestens eine Stützwalze oder "Tragtrommel" (10) und eine steuerbare Vorrichtung (7) zum Anpressen einer maschinen-breiten, auf einem Tambour (11) gebildeten Wikkelrolle (12) gegen die mindestens eine Stützwalze aufweist, so daß die Linienkraft variierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in den innersten Lagen der Wickelrolle gewünschte geringere Wickelhärte eingestellt wird durch eine nur anfängliche kurzzeitige relativ geringe Linienkraft, wonach die Linienkraft rasch erhöht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, für eine Wickelmaschine mit mindestens einem an einem Tambour (11) angreifenden Zentrums-antrieb M, der ein steuerbares Drehmoment in die maschinen-breite Wickelrolle (12) einleiten kann, so daß der Bahnzug variierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in den innersten Lagen der Wickelrolle (12) gewünschte geringere Wickelhärte eingestellt wird durch ein nur anfängliches kurzzeitiges geringes Drehmoment, wonach das Drehmoment und hierdurch der Bahnzug rasch erhöht wird.
- Verfahren nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die geringere Wickelhärte durch ein anfängliches kurzzeitiges Herabsetzen des Bahnzuges mittels Steuern des Antriebmoments der Stützwalze (10) einge-stellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die geringere Wickelhärte durch Anwenden einer beliebigen Kombination der Maßnahmen der Ansprüche 3 und 4, 3 und 5, 4 und 5 oder 3, 4 und 5 eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, für eine zu einer Rollenschneidmaschine gehörenden Wickelmaschine, bei der man die Bahn in einer Abrollstation abwickelt, in Teilbahnen längsschneidet und die letzteren - mit Unterstützung durch wenigstens eine Tragwalze - auf Hülsen aufwickelt, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß man die in den innersten Lagen jeder Wickelrolle (12') gewünschte geringere Wickelhärte einstellt durch kurzzeitiges Reduzieren des Bremsmomentes an der Abrollstation und/oder des Antriebsmomentes an der (den) Tragwalze(n) (1,2) und/oder durch kurzzeitiges Einleiten eines Bremsmoments unmittelbar in die Hülsen (11') und/oder durch kurzzeitiges Verringern der Anpreßkraft (38) einer Belastungswalze (37), wodurch man die Linienkraft zwischen Wickelrollen und Tragwalze(n) kurzzeitig reduziert. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, bei dem man in jedes Ende jeder Hülse einen Spannkopf einsetzt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß man eine kurzzeitige Entlastungskraft über die Spannköpfe in die Wickelrollen einleitet. - Vorrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 2, umfassend eine Wickelmaschine und eine Steuereinrichtung (6) zum Beeinflussen der Wickelhärte,
gekennzeichnet durch eine derartige Ausbildung der Steuereinrichtung (6), daß sie in einer kurzen Anfangsphase des Aufwickel-Vorganges in den innersten Lagen der Wikkelrolle das Entstehen einer relativ geringen Wickelhärte und unmittelbar danach das Entstehen einer relativ hohen Wickelhärte auslöst. - Vorrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 9, umfassend eine Wickelmaschine mit einem Wickelkern, vorzugsweise einem Tambour, auf den die Bahn aufwickelt wird, und eine Einrichtung zum Einstellen einer hohen Wickelhärte,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Tambour einen weichen Bezug aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der weiche Bezug (41) im wesentlichen mit der gesamten Mantelfläche des Tambours (11A) verbunden ist, und daß der Bezug (41) eine hohe Nachgiebigkeit aufweist, entsprechend einer Gummihärte von 50-200 P&J, vorzugsweise von 100-150 P&J.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bezug (42) nur in den Bereichen seiner beiden Enden mit der Mantelfläche des Tambours (11B) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zwischen der Mantelfläche des Tambours (11B) und dem Bezug (42) befindliche Zwischenraum (43) mit einem Druckmittel beauf-schlagbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druck des Druckmittels variierbar ist, z.B. in Abhängigkeit vom zunehmenden Gewicht der Wickelrolle steigerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bezug (42) aus einem metallischen Werkstoff gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der weiche Bezug (45) des Tambours (11C) von einem harten Mantel (46) umhüllt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der weiche Bezug (47) des Tambours (11D) durch einen spiralig aufgewickelten und mit Druck beaufschlagbaren Schlauch gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einrichtung zum Ausüben einer flächigen Entlastungskraft, z. B. mittels eines Bandes (14) oder eines Druckkissens (50), auf die Wickelrolle (12) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, gekennzeichnet durch eine Steuereinrichtung, welche das Variieren der Entlastungskraft in Abhängigkeit vom zunehmenden Gewicht der Wickelrolle auslöst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtung die Höhe der Entlastungskraft derart steuert, daß ein relatives Hin- und Hergleiten benachbarter Bahn-Lagen in der Wickelrolle, resultierend aus vertikalen Schubspannungen, die infolge des Eigengewichts der Wickelrolle überwiegend im Bereich der horizontalen Tambour-Mittelebene auftreten und deren Richtung sich bei jeder halben Tambour-Umdrehung umkehrt, zumindest weitgehend vermieden wird.
