Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Griffsystem, insbesondere mit einem Schloß, und mit einem Griff und einem Gehäuse für die Außenseite einer Klappe oder Tür eines Kraftfahrzeuges, wobei der Griff in dem Gehäuse eingelassen, an diesem verschwenkbar angelenkt ist, von Hand hintergreifbar und in Außenrichtung durch eine Feder beaufschlagt ist, durch die der Griff von einer Innenstellung in eine außen vorstehende Außenstellung drückbar ist.
Es ist bekannt, die Heckklappe eines Kraftfahrzeugs durch einen Betätigungsknopf und/oder durch die Einführung und Verdrehen eines Schlüssels in einem Schloß zu öffnen. Darüberhinaus ist es aus der europäischen Patentschrift 0 300 528 bekannt, das Schloß einer Hecktür durch eine verschwenkbare Scheibe abzudecken, die verdreht werden muß, ehe das Betätigungsglied des Schlosses erreichbar ist. Dieses bekannte Schloß weist keinen von Hand hintergreifbaren Griff auf, so daß zum Anheben der Heckklappe umgegriffen werden muß.
Ein hintergreifbarer Griff, der verschwenkbar zwischen einer Innen- und einer Außenstellung an der Tür eines Automobils angeordnet ist, ist aus der US 2 232 758 bekannt. Dieser Griff ist jedoch in seiner Innenstellung nicht von einer Abdeckung überdeckt.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Griffvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art so zu verbessern, daß bei einfacher Konstruktion und geringen Außenabmessungen der Griff bei geschlossener Klappe oder Tür verdeckt ist und nach Verschwenken der Abdeckscheibe der Griff leicht faßbar ist, um die Klappe oder die Tür einfach öffnen zu können. Weiterhin ist es Aufgabe der Erfindung das Verschwenken des Griffes möglichst einfach zu gestalten.
Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß die Vorderfläche des Gehäuses vollständig oder teilweise von einer Abdeckscheibe außen überdeckt ist, die gegenüber dem Gehäuse derart verschwenkbar oder verschiebbar ist, daß in der Geschlossen-Stellung die Abdeckscheibe den Griff überdeckt und in seiner Innenstellung zurückhält.
Nach dem Verschwenken der Abdeckscheibe in die Offen-Stellung wird der Griff nicht nur sichtbar und freigegeben, sondern schwenkt von seiner Innenstellung in die Außenstellung, so daß er besonders leicht hintergreifbar ist. Wird die Abdeckscheibe wieder zurück in die Geschlossen-Stellung verschwenkt, so wird bevorzugt der Griff durch die Abdeckscheibe automatisch zurück in seine Innenstellung gedrückt. Hierdurch werden die Außenabmessungen besonders gering und die Konstruktion ist von einfachster und robuster Art.
Die Abdeckscheibe wird in der Geschlossen-Stellung sicher insbesondere einrastend gehalten, wenn die Innenseite der Abdeckscheibe eine Ausnehmung insbesondere in Form einer Tasche aufweist, in die der Griff in der Geschlossen-Stellung der Abdeckscheibe teilweise hineinragt.
Vorzugsweise wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Schwenkachse der Abdeckscheibe am Rand des Gehäuses liegt. Ein Schutz gegen ein Einklemmen eines Fingers wird dadurch erreicht, daß am freien Ende des Griffes an der Griffinnenseite ein Vorsprung angeformt ist, der zumindest in der Innenstellung des Griffes in eine Öffnung oder Ausnehmung der Gehäuserückseite hineinragt.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn das Gehäuse eine Mulde oder Tasche bildet, die nach vorne offen ist und die zumindest in einem Teilbereich hinter dem Griff liegt. Auch sollte der Griff die Form eines einarmigen länglichen Hebels haben.
Von Vorteil ist es, wenn das Gehäuse kreisrund ist und der Griff an der Gehäusevorderseite diametral angeordnet ist. Ferner wird vorgeschlagen, daß die kreisrunde Abdeckscheibe auf ihrer Vorderseite ein Emblem aufweist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigen

Die Griffvorrichtung weist ein Gehäuse 1 auf, das an seiner Vorderseite eine kreisrunde, ebene Vorderfläche 2 besitzt, in der ein länglicher einarmiger Griff 3 so eingelassen ist, daß die Vorderfläche des Griffes 3 in seiner Innenstellung mit der Vorderfläche 2 fluchtet.
In der Vorderfläche ist ferner ein Schließzylinder 4 eines Schlosses in der Weise eingelassen, daß die Vorderseite des Schließzylinders wiederum mit der Vorderfläche 2 fluchtet. Durch den Schließzylinder 4 ist eine Verriegelung der Tür oder der Heckklappe eines Kraftfahrzeugs betätigbar, in der die Griffvorrichtung eingelassen ist. Hierzu ist die Griffvorrichtung mit ihrer Vorderseite am Blech der Klappe oder der Tür parallel befestigt.
Der einarmige Griff 3 ist mit seinem oberen Ende an einer Achse 6 verschwenkbar angelenkt, wobei der längliche Griff 3 das Griffgehäuse diametral durchquert und zumindest im unteren Bereich des Griffes 3 an seiner Rückseite eine Mulde oder Tasche 7 angeordnet ist, in die von Hand eingegriffen werden kann. Um den Griff noch leichter hintergreifen zu können, wird der Griff 3 durch eine Schraubendrehfeder 8 von seiner Innenstellung in seine Außenstellung (in Figur 1 gestrichelt gezeichnet) gedrückt. An der Rückseite des Griffes 3 ist am unteren freien Ende ein Vorsprung 9 als Fingerschutz angeformt, der in der Innenstellung des Griffes in einer Öffnung 10 der Mulde 7 hineinreicht bzw. durch diese hindurchreicht. Diese Öffnung 10 kann auch als Führung des Griffes 3 wirken.
An der Vorderfläche 2 ist um eine Achse 11 verschwenkbar gelagert eine kreisförmige Abdeckscheibe 12 befestigt, die in ihrer Geschlossen-Stellung die Vorderfläche 2 vollständig überdeckt, da ihr Durchmesser dem Durchmesser der Vorderfläche 2 entspricht. In der Geschlossen-Stellung hält die Abdeckscheibe 12 den Griff 3 in seiner Innenstellung. Wird die Abdeckscheibe in die in Figur 2 dargestellte Offen-Stellung insbesondere auch darüberhinaus verschwenkt, so wird der Griff 3 durch die Feder 8 nach außen in die Außenstellung um die Achse 6 geschwenkt bzw. geklappt, so daß der Griff 3 von Hand leicht ergreifbar ist und mit dem Griff 3 die Tür oder die Klappe geöffnet werden kann, ohne umgreifen zu müssen. Wird nach der Betätigung die Abdeckscheibe 12 zurück in die Geschlossen-Stellung gedreht, so bewegt die Scheibe 12 den Griff 3 zurück in seine Innenstellung.
Auf der Innenseite der Abdeckscheibe 12 befindet sich eine diametrale Ausnehmung 13, die in Größe und Form der Vorderseite des Griffes 3 etwa entspricht. In der Geschlossen-Stellung der Abdeckscheibe 12 dringt der Griff 3 durch den Druck der Feder 8 etwas in diese Ausnehmung 13 hinein, so daß die Scheibe 12 in ihrer Geschlossen-Stellung durch den Griff 3 rastend gehalten ist. Zu Beginn der Bewegung der Abdeckscheibe 12 von der Geschlossen-Stellung in die Offen-Stellung wird der Griff 3 um wenige Millimeter aus der Ausnehmung 13 gegen den Widerstand der Feder 8 herausgedrückt.
Die Schwenkachse 11 der Abdeckscheibe 12 liegt vorzugsweise am Außenrand der Vorderfläche 2 bzw. des Gehäuses 1 und damit außerhalb der Mulde oder Tasche 7. Auf der Vorderseite kann die Abdeckscheibe 12 eine Verzierung insbesondere ein Emblem wie das einer Automarke aufweisen.

Claims (9)

  1. Griffsystem, insbesondere mit einem Schloß, mit einem Griff und einem Gehäuse für die Außenseite einer Klappe oder Tür eines Kraftfahrzeuges, wobei der Griff (3) in dem Gehäuse (1) eingelassen, an diesem verschwenkbar angelenkt ist, von Hand hintergreifbar und in Außenrichtung durch eine Feder (8) beaufschlagt ist, durch die der Griff (3) von einer Innenstellung in eine außen vorstehende Außenstellung drückbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorderfläche (2) des Gehäuses (1) vollständig oder teilweise von einer Abdeckscheibe (12) außen überdeckt ist, die gegenüber dem Gehäuse derart verschwenkbar oder verschiebbar ist, daß in der Geschlossen-Stellung die Abdeckscheibe den Griff (3) überdeckt und in seiner Innenstellung zurückhält und in der Offen-Stellung der Abdeckscheibe (12) die Abdeckscheibe den Griff (3) frei gibt, so daß er in die Außenstellung schwenkt.
  2. Griff nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch ein Verschwenken der Abdeckscheibe (12) in die Geschlossen-Stellung der Griff (3) durch die Abdeckscheibe in die Innenstellung bewegbar ist.
  3. Griff nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenseite der Abdeckscheibe (12) eine Ausnehmung (13) insbesondere in Form einer Tasche aufweist, in die der Griff (3) in der Geschlossen-Stellung der Abdeckscheibe teilweise hineinragt.
  4. Griff nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (11) der Abdeckscheibe (12) am Rand des Gehäuses (1) liegt.
  5. Griff nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am freien Ende des Griffes (3) an der Griffinnenseite ein Vorsprung (9) angeformt ist, der zumindest in der Innenstellung des Griffes in eine Öffnung (10) oder Ausnehmung der Gehäuserückseite hineinragt.
  6. Griff nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) eine Mulde (7) oder Tasche bildet, die nach vorne offen ist und die zumindest in einem Teilbereich hinter dem Griff (3) liegt.
  7. Griff nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Griff (3) die Form eines einarmigen länglichen Hebels hat.
  8. Griff nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäusevorderseite (2) kreisrund ist und der Griff (3) an der Gehäusevorderseite diametral angeordnet ist.
  9. Griff nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kreisrunde Abdeckscheibe (12) auf ihrer Vorderseite ein Emblem aufweist.
