Description
Mit den gleichen Nachteilen sind auch all diejenigen Bauarten von Türfeststellern behaftet, bei denen ein mit dem einen Türanordnungsteil verbundenes Halteteil in ein am anderen Türanordnungsteil befestigtes Haltergehäuse eintaucht, da auch hier zumindest das Halteteil offenliegend angeordnet sein muß und daher naturgemäß den gleichen Beeinträchtigungen unterliegt wie die Funtionsteile der sog. Drehstabtürfeststeller. Außerdem sind die beiden vorgenannten Bauarten von Turfeststellern lediglich zur Anwendung bei Türen mit einem maximalen Öffnungswinkel von weniger als 90° geeignet. Eine dritte bekannte Bauart von insbesondere mit dem Türscharnier baulich veremigten Turfeststellern zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß die Halteteile in einer über das Türscharnier hinausragenden Verlangerung der Scharnierachse angeordnet sind. Bei Türfeststellern dieser Bauart besteht zwar grundsätzlich die Möglichkeit. die Funktionsteile des Türfeststellers durch ein zusätzliches Bauteil abzudekken und damit einen Teil der Nachteile der vorgenannten Bauarten von Türfeststellern zu beseitigen, was aber notwendigerweise zu einem erhöhten Herstellungs-und Montageaufwand führt. Zudem erfordern alle diese an ein Türscharnier angeschlossenen Ausgestaltungsformen von Türfeststellern einen erheblichen bedarf an Einbauraum, der in den meisten Anwendungsfällen nicht zur Verfügung steht.
Unabhängig davon ist allen bekannten Bauarten von Türfeststellern gemeinsam, daß ihre Haltekräfte konstruktiv und damit von vornherein unveränderlich festgelegt sind. so daß eine individuelle nachträgliche Einstellung der Funktion bzw. der Charakteristik des Türfeststellers ausgeschlossen ist.
Es kann aber auch vorgesehen sein, daß die Eingriffsteile bzw. das als durchgehende Leiste ausgebildete einzige Eingriffsteil lediglich mit einer vorspringenden Eingriffsnase versehen ist.
In einer weiteren Abwandlung kann ferner auch noch vorgesehen sein, daß die Eingriffsteile und insbesondere ein als durchgehende Leiste ausgebildetes einziges Eingriffsteil mit einer Anzahl von Wälzkörpern, insbesondere gehärteter Rollen als Eingriffsmittel ausgestattet ist.
Claims (20)
- Kraftwagentürscharnier, umfassendzwei vermittels eines Scharnierstifts (3) gelenkig untereinander verbundene, wechselweise an einem der beiden Türanordnungsteile Tür und Türsäule anschlagbare Scharnierhälften (1, 2), undeinen Türfeststeller der wenigstens ein gegen die eine Scharnierhälfte (2) abgestütztes oder abstützbares, federbelastetes Eingriffsteil (10) sowie wenigstens ein diesem (10) zugeordnetes, gegen die andere Scharnierhälfte (1) abgestütztes oder abstützbares Brems-oder Halteteil umfaßt,wobei der Türfeststeller insgesamt aus einem drehsicher mit einem der Türanordnungsteile verbindbarem Zylindergehäuse (6) und einem im Zylindergehäuse (6) aufgenommenen, drehsicher mit den anderen Türanordnungsteil verbindbarem Zylinderkern (7) sowie dem wenigstens einem im einen Teil, Zylindergehäuse (6) oder Zylinderkern (7), radial verstellbar angeordneten Eingriffsteil (10) besteht,wobei der Zylinderkern (7) mit wenigstens einer radial gerichteten, Brems- und Halteteile (8) bildenden Vertiefung versehen ist,
- Kraftwagentürscharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kopfrolle des die eine Scharnierhälfte (2) bildenden Formteiles (14) als Zylindergehäuse (6) und eine die Kopfrolle durchsetzende Verlängerung des Scharnierstifts (3) als Zylinderkern (7) ausgebildet sind, wobei das wenigstens eine Eingriffsteil (10) im Zylindergehäuse (6) aufgenommen und das wenigstens eine Brems- oder Halteteil (8) am Umfang des Zylinderkerns (7) ausgeformt ist.
- Kraftwagentürscharnier nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zylindergehäuse (6) mit wenigstens einer radial gerichteten Bohrungsausnehmung (12) zur Aufnahme einer das radial zum Zylinderkern (7) verstellbare Eingriffsteil (10) beaufschlagenden Federlast (11) versehen ist.
- Kraftwagentürscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangswandung des Zylindergehäuses (6) über wenigstens einen Umfangsbereich hin eine die Aufnahme des wenigstens einen Eingriffsteiles 10) sowie einer Belastungsfeder (11) ermöglichende Wandungsdicke aufweist und in diesem Bereich mit wenigstens einer radial gerichteten Bohrung (2) zur Aufnahme von Eingriffsteil (10) und Belastungsfeder (11) ausgestattet ist.
- Kraftwagentürscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zylindergehäuse (6) mit mehreren in axialer Richtung übereinanderliegend angeordneten, radial gerichteten Bohrungsausnehmungen (12) zur Aufnahme mehrerer übereinanderliegend angeordneter Eingriffsteile (10) samt zugehöriger Belastungsfeder (11) versehen ist.
- Kraftwagentürscharnier nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Zylindergehäuse (6) angeordneten und radial gerichteten Bohrungsausnehmungen (12) mittels Gewindestifte (13) verschließbar sind, wobei die Gewindestifte (13) gleichzeitig einstellbare Widerlager für die die Eingriffsteile (10) beaufschlagenden Druckfedern (11) bilden.
- Kraftwagentürscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zylindergehäuse (6) beidendig durch jeweils eine Schließplatte (15) verschlossen ist, wobei die beiden Schließplatten (15) Widerlager für die axiale Festlegung der einen Scharnierhälfte (2) auf dem Scharnierstift (3) bilden.
- Kraftwagentürscharnier nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der beiden Schließplatten (15) mittels außerhalb der Aufnahme für den Scharnierstift (3) angeordneter Schraubenbolzen (16) gegen den Körper des Zylindergehäuses (6) verschraubt sind.
- Kraftwagentürscharnier nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Scharnierstiftabschnitt und die das Zylindergehäuse (6) abschließenden Schließplatten (15) DU-Scheiben eingeschaltet sind.
- Kraftwagentürscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Zylinderkern (7) angeordneten, radial gerichteten und die Brems- und Halteteile (8) bildenden Vertiefungen als axial verlaufende Nutausnehmungen ausgebildet sind.
- Kraftwagentürscharnier nach Anspruch 3 oder Anspruch 3 und einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Öffnungsanschlag für die Türe durch einen in eine weitere radial gerichtete Bohrungsausnehmung (20) des Zylindergehäuses (6) eingesetzten Anschlagbolzen (21) und eine diesem zugeordnete teilkreisförmige radiale Ausnehmung (22) im Zylinderkern (7) gebildet ist, wobei der Anschlagbolzen als Federbolzen (21) ausgebildet und mittels eines Gewindestifts (23) in der zugehörigen Bohrungsausnehmung (20) befestigt ist.
- Kraftwagentürscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein durch eine Leiste gebildetes Eingriffsteil (10) radial zu der den Zylinderkern (7) bildenden Verlängerung des Scharnierstifts (3) verstellbar in einer radial gerichteten, axialen Nutausnehmung (9) des Zylindergehäuses (6) aufgenommen und durch eine Anzahl im gegenseitigen Abstand angeordneter Belastungsfedern (11) beaufschlagt ist.
- Kraftwagentürscharnier nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die das Eingriffsteil (10) bildende, durchgehende Leiste mit einer abgerundeten Eingriffskante (24) ausgestattet ist.
- Kraftwagentürscharnier nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die das Eingriffsteil (10) bildende, durchgehende Leiste mit einer vorspringenden Eingriffsnase (25) versehen ist.
- Kraftwagentürscharnier nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine durchgehende Leiste mit einer Anzahl von Wälzkörpern, insbesondere Rollen (26) als Eingriffsteile (10) ausgestattet ist.
- Kraftwagentürscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinderkern (7) mit wenigstens einer axial verlaufenden, radial gerichteten Schmiernut (17) versehen ist.
- Kraftwagentürscharnier Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Schmiernut (17) den die Brems- und Halteteile (8) bildenden Vertiefungen gegenüberliegend in der Umfangsfläche des Zylinderkems (7) angeordnet ist und mit einer Schmiermittelversorgungseinrichtung, insbesondere einem Schmiernippel (18), in Verbindung steht.
- Kraftwagentürscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Scharnierstift (3) in der anderen Scharnierhälfte (1) lösbar aufgenommen und vermittels einer formschlüssigen Verbindung (4) drehsicher festgelegt ist.
- Kraftwagentürscharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Türfeststeller als eigenständiges, neben dem Scharnier zu montierendes Teil ausgebildet ist.
- Kraftwagentürscharnier nach Anspruch 19, gekennzeichnet durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale eines der Ansprüche 3 bis 18.
