Definitions
- the invention relates to a bearing for at least one rotatable wing of a window, a door or the like. with a Frame bearing part and a wing bearing part, of which one with a bearing journal and the other with a bearing sleeve Has bearing bore, according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- US-A-4 490 884 is a braked pivot bearing known.
- This pivot bearing is mainly for use provided by entrance doors, the braking force should be adjustable and regardless of the number of opening cycles reached the set braking force should remain constant.
- EP-A-258 639 is a retrofittable braking device become known for such tilt and turn windows or doors, where the need only changes after installing the window or the door in the building.
- This Braking device is a separately assembled Retrofit part, it is complex and expensive and bothers Design of the window or door.
- EP-A-215 281 is a wing bearing with adjustable Braking device has become known with one undesired smooth running of the wing bearing eliminated can be.
- a clamping screw on the bearing provided, by means of which the bearing journal encompassing clamping sleeve to the desired braking force can be adjusted.
- the clamping sleeve has one Vertical slot, which is specially designed to implement the Adjustment option milled into the clamping sleeve or must be sawn.
- the clamping sleeve with a Threads for the clamping screw.
- GB 2 136 872 A discloses a bearing with a two-part bearing sleeve, in which a bearing sleeve part is adjustable. This camp is relatively cumbersome assemble, because the adjustable bearing sleeve part in Direction of the journal axis inserted into the recess must become.
- the invention is the Task based on a camp of the type mentioned above to further develop that on the one hand it is easy to manufacture, secondly, it can be assembled quickly and easily.
- the manufacture of the bearing according to the invention, in particular the bearing sleeve is much easier than in the known State of the art, since the edge-open recess is already in the mold can be considered as a pocket. It does not require slots for a clamping element.
- the most Bearing pin is applied by a braking element Brake ring formed in the open-edged recess is used.
- This brake ring is a separate one manufactured component from die-cast zinc or preferably made of plastic (e.g. polyamide or the like).
- the pressing process of the brake ring on the bearing journal is carried out via a Drive, which is also in the recess. In the camp according to the invention are therefore all for Braking the trunnion required components in the Recess arranged. So you do not disturb the design of the Still its function.
- the drive from can be actuated outside the bearing sleeve. In this way can be easily after the complete assembly of the wing Braking force can be set, or the braking force if necessary increased at a later date or be reduced. This can be done without dismantling the bearing and thus also carried out by non-specialized people become.
- the brake ring and the drive especially radial in that order insertable into the blind hole-like recess.
- the recess forms one on the inner surface the bearing sleeve provided circumferential groove, in which both the Brake ring and the drive can be inserted.
- the These components are held axially securely in the groove. It is the edge-side opening of the recess, in particular via a Cover plate or the like. lockable. This cover plate can screwed, riveted or in a corresponding manner on the Be attached to the outside of the bearing sleeve over the opening.
- the drive is a brake wedge.
- The causes Brake wedge when actuated a radial displacement or Deformation of the brake ring in the direction of the bearing journal.
- the adjustment of the brake wedge is preferably carried out in essentially in the tangential direction to the journal axis.
- the wedge surface shows in the radial direction, whereby the Brake ring actuated, i.e. is shifted or deformed, is pressed in particular on the bearing journal.
- the brake wedge is penetrated by a set screw, which is in the Support recess.
- the brake wedge is adjusted using the adjusting screw is preferably screwed into the brake wedge.
- the chock consists preferably of die-cast zinc and therefore offers a good hold for the screw. But he can also Plastic, e.g. Polyamide exist.
- the head of the Set screw through an opening whose cross section is smaller is accessible from the outside as the diameter of the head is.
- This construction allows the head to be supported the screw on the inner surface of the recess, but actuation of the screw is still possible from the outside.
- the other end of the screw is supported on the opposite side of the recess, which is important for the brake is released.
- the brake wedge can thus on the Run the thread of the screw.
- the brake ring preferably has a wedge surface of the Brake wedge congruent inclined surface. That way the brake ring optimally in every position of the brake wedge pressed the bearing journal.
- the frame bearing part (10) is formed in a conventional manner.
- the Wing bearing part 1 has a bearing sleeve 2
- in the Bearing bore 13 is a pivot bearing 3, the consists in particular of steel, engages from below.
- This journal 3 is pivotable on a tilt bearing 12 on Frame bearing part 10 attached. So that's not it illustrated wing of a window or a door or the like. in the Sense of the double arrow 4 about the geometric axis 5 of the Bearing pin 3 rotatable and in the direction of arrow 6 in a Tilt position can be transferred.
- the geometric pin axis 5 is at the same time also the geometric axis of the bearing bore 13 or the axis of rotation of the bearing sleeve 2.
- the bearing according to the invention is used in particular for storage a wing, a window or a door on one Frame.
- the camp is considered reinforced Version with support brackets 8 and 9 designed.
- the housing 7 forms a further support bracket 11 which is also attached to the casement. A is used for this Bore 14 at the upper end of the support bracket 11. Others Mounting holes are on the two support brackets 8 and 9 intended.
- the lower end of the housing 7 is angled or arcuate bearing projection 15 formed on which the two Support bracket 8 and 9 are particularly riveted.
- This bearing sleeve 2 has a recess 16 which is open to the edge.
- the opening 17 faces in the direction of Wing, i.e. to the left in FIG. 2.
- This recess 16 is already made when casting the bearing sleeve 2 and has the shape of a pocket. It is from one Inner circumferential groove 18 is formed, in which a brake ring 19 and a brake wedge 21 serving as drive 20 radially, i.e. of the Opening 17 forth, can be inserted. First the Brake ring 19 inserted, and the brake wedge 21 on the Brake ring 19 put on.
- the brake ring 19 has a bore 22, which is essentially the diameter of the journal 3 corresponds. In addition, the brake ring 19 with a Vertical slot 23 provided.
- the brake ring 19 On the brake wedge 21 facing side, the brake ring 19 has an inclined surface 24 on, via which he on the brake wedge 21 or on the latter Wedge surface 25 abuts. That of the wedge surface 25 opposite side of the brake wedge 21 is supported a cover plate 26, which with the bearing sleeve 2 is screwed or riveted.
- the brake wedge 21 is penetrated by an adjusting screw 27, which in a corresponding thread of die-cast zinc existing brake wedge 21 is screwed.
- the length of the Set screw 27 corresponds to the distance between each other facing inner surfaces of the vertical walls of the recess 16. In this way, the set screw 27 is in the direction whose axis 28 is kept essentially free of play, and it there is sufficient friction against automatic Adjust before.
- the Bearing sleeve 2 provided with a bore 29, the Bore diameter is less than the diameter of the Screw head 30. In this way, the set screw 27 from the outside e.g. be operated with a screwdriver, but it is kept captive.
- the brake wedge 21 becomes Direction of the axis 28 shifts and presses on the Wedge surface 25 on the inclined surface 24 of the brake ring 19 and presses this onto the circumferential surface of the bearing journal 3 in this way, the friction on the brake ring 19 Bearing journal 3 increases, which makes the Bearing pin 3 in the bearing bore 13 of the bearing sleeve 2 is deliberately reduced.
- FIG 2 is also a height adjustment mechanism for the Wing bearing part 1 on the journal 3 hinted shown.
- This mechanism has one Height adjustment screw 31 on a bearing bush 32 works.
- This bearing bush 32 sits on the free end of the Bearing 3 on.
- the bearing bush 32 Around the bearing bush 32 in the direction of rotation to lock the journal 3 in the bearing sleeve 2 has the bearing bush 32 has a radially projecting nose, which in a longitudinal groove engages in the bearing sleeve 2. In this way the relative movements of the journal 3 with respect the bearing sleeve 2 is not transferred to the bearing bush 32, so that the height adjustment screw 31 is not inadvertently adjusted becomes.
- FIG 4 is an adjusting device for Alignment of the journal 3 in the bearing sleeve 2 shown.
- This device has an adjusting screw 33 on over part of its length with a turn 34 is provided.
- the adjusting screw 33 is on hers Outside, especially in the area of the ends with a Provide thread and in a threaded hole in the Bearing sleeve 2 screwed in.
- the bearing sleeve 2 with an elongated hole 35 for receiving the bearing journal 3 Mistake. If the journal 3 in the bearing sleeve 2 inserted, then the bearing pin 3 is at the bottom of the Recess 33 and on the opposite surface of the Slot 35 on.
- the trunnion 3 carried by the recess 34 and in Elongated hole 35 moved in the direction of its large semi-axis. On in this way the pressure of the closed wing can be counteracted the frame can be adjusted.
