DEKORATIVER PAPPHOHLKÖRPER ZUM BEFULLEN
Die Erfindung betrifft einen dekorativen Papphohlkörper zum Füllen mit Präsenten, wie z.B. Ostereier, Herzen, Dosen, Fruchtnachbildungen u. ., der außen und/oder innen mit Bildelementen verziert ist und aus zwei Schalenhälften mit gekrümmten Flächen besteht. Selbstverständlich kann jeweils auch nur eine Schalenhälfte zur offenen. Präsentation, insbesondere zu Ausstellungszwecken, der verwendeten Präsente zum Einsatz kommen.
Solche dekorativen Papphohlkörper zum Füllen gibt es in vielen gestalterischen Variationen. Trotzdem reduzieren sie sich auf eine Grundform, die auch durch die Herstellungstechnologie bedingt ist. So bestehen die Papphohlkörper zum Füllen aus zwei gleich oder annähernd gleich dimensionierten Hälften, wobei die als Boden fungierende Hälfte mit einem Pappstreifen (Hals) auf der Innenseite zur Arretierung der oberen Hälfte (Deckel) versehen wird. Der Boden kann auch eine Abflachung zum besseren Stand erhalten. Auch der Deckel kann zusätzliche gestalterische Elemente gegenüber dem Boden aufweisen. Markant an den dekorativen Papphohlkörpern zum Füllen ist die jeweilige äußere Gestaltung. Diese wird außen durch Aufkaschieren von Drucken erreicht. Da die Kanten der Papphohlkörperhälften trotz nachträglichem Beschneiden nicht sauber abschließen, wird diese Kante mittels einer gleichzeitig als Verzierung wirkenden Papierborde verdeckt. Diese Papierborde verdeckt nunmehr die Kant an sich sowie jeweils einen ca. 1-2 cm breiten Bereich von der Kante weg auf der Innenseite und auf der Außenseite. Das Aufbringen dieser Papierborde ist zeit- und kostenaufwendige Handarbeit, die ca. 30-40% der gesamten für das Produkt benötigte Arbeitszeit (in Abhängigkeit von der Produktgröße) beansprucht.
Der im Hauptanspruch angegebenen Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine dekorativen Papphohlkörper zum Füllen zu schaffen, bei dem die Aufbringung einer Papierborde an der Schnittkante der Schale und damit die kosten- und zeitauf endige Handarbeit bei vollständigem Erhalt der Vielfalt der äußeren und inneren Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten entfällt.
Dieses Problem wird mit den Maßnahmen des Hauptanspruchs gelöst. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend an einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform, einem Pappei , beschrieben. Zum besseren Verständnis werden folgende Begriffe erläutert:

Ronde ausgestanzte Pappscheiben, bestehend aus Druckboge
Klebstoff, einseitig mit einem Innenmotiv bedruckt bzw. unbedruckter Karton
Schale mittels Druck und speziellen Werkzeugen verformte
Ronde, Schnittkante wird beim Umformvorgang nochma beschnitten Schale mit Beschichtungsrand
Schale, deren Schnittkanten zum Verputzen der unsauberen Stellen derselben und zum Verzieren des Pappeies in eine Beschichtungsmasse getaucht wurden.
Zunächst werden Druckbogen und Karton in verschiedenen Grammaturen zusammenkaschiert. Da dieser Karton später die Innenseite des dekorativen Pappeies bilden wird, kann er (muß aber nicht) einseitig mit den zukünfigen Innenmotiven bedruckt eingesetzt werden. Danach erfolgt in einem zweiten Verfahrensschritt das Ausstanzen der Ronden entsprechend den verwendeten Motiven auf dem Druckbogen. Im nächsten Verfahrensschritt werden diese Ronden nun mittels spezieller Werkzeuge in Pressen zu Schalen, den zukünftigen Pappeihälften, umgeformt. Diese entstandenen Schalen werden an ihrer Kante beschnitten. Bis zu diesem Punkt wird die Herstellungstechnologie unverändert angewendet. Statt der üblicherweise in Handarbeit nun erfolgenden Aufbringung einer die Schnittkantenunregelmäßigkeiten verdeckenden Papierkante wird ein Beschichtungsrand auf der Innen- und Außenseite aufgebracht. Dazu wird jede Pappeihälfte mindestens einmal so in eine vorzugsweise flüssige Beschichtungsmasse getaucht, daß ein ca. 1-12 mm breiter Beschichtungsrand auf der Innen- und Außenseite aufgebracht wird, der alle Beschnittunregelmäßigkeiten überdeckt. Gleichwirkend sind selbstverständlich andere Aufbringungstechnologien für den Beschichtungsrand, wie z.B. Aufspritzen. Dieser Beschichtungsrand kann in einem Arbeitsschritt in seiner endgültigen farblichen und dekorativen Form aufgebracht werden. Durch Wiederholung der ursprünglichen Aufbringungstechnologie oder Einsatz einer anderen bekannten Aufbringungstechnologie kann aber auch der vorzugsweise noch feuchte Beschichtungsrand dekorativ weiter bearbeitet werden. So können z.B. Beflockungen oder Farbeffekte zusätzlich aufgebracht werden. In die als Boden verwendeten Pappeihälften wird der Hals (Pappstreifen) eingebracht. Die eventuell zum Einsatz kommende dekorative Zweitbeschichtung erfolgt dann auf der Außenseite und/oder Innenseite des Beschichtungsrandes.

Claims

SCHUTZANSPRÜCHE
1. Dekorativer Papphohlkörper zum Füllen bestehend aus zwei zumeist gleichdimensionierten Hälften mit dekorativer Beschichtun zumindest der Außenseite mit einem ursprünglich ebenen Papierbild und Abdeckung der unsauberen Übergänge und Schnittkanten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein einen inneren und äußeren Randstreifen erzeugender Beschichtungsrand, der unsaubere Übergänge und Schnittkanten jeder Papphohlkörperhälfte verdeckt, angeordnet ist der durch Aufbringung einer nicht vorgeformten Beschichtungsmasse ausgebildet wird, und daß dieser Beschichtungsrand gleichzeitig den sauberen und dekorativen Abschluß bildet.
2. Dekorativer Papphohlkörper zum Füllen nach Anspruch 1., dadurc gekennzeichnet, daß der Beschichtungsrand mehrlagig ausgebildet ist.
