Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Verpacken von Compakt-Disks (CD's) in CD-Boxen (1), bei dem eine CD-Box (1) mit einem Unterteil (1a) und einem daran schwenkbar gehaltenen Deckel (1b) geöffnet wird, ein Booklet (3) in den Deckel (1b) der Box (1) eingeführt wird und die Box (1) durch Zurückschwenken des Deckels (1b) geschlossen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Booklet (3) und der Deckel (1b) während des Zurückschwenkens des Deckels vorübergehend fest aneinandergedrückt werden, so daß beim Schließen ein Gleiten des Booklets (3) gegenüber dem Deckel (1b) verhindert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Booklet (3) auf mechanische Weise gegen den Deckel (1b) angedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Booklet (3) mittels eines Greifers (16) gegen den Deckel (1b) angedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mechanische Andrücken des Booklet (3) gegen den Deckel (1b) unter Magneteinfluß, vorzugsweise Elektromagneteinfluß, erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Booklet (3) und/oder der Deckel (1b) elektrostatisch aufgeladen wird, so daß die resultierende elektrostatische Anziehungskraft Boden und Deckel (1b) fest aneinanderdrückt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Booklet (3) und/oder der Deckel (1b) vor Einführen des Booklets (3) in den Deckel (1b) elektrostatisch aufgeladen wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken von Compakt-Disks (CD's) in CD-Boxen (1), zum Ausführen des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, mit einer Einrichtung zum Zuführen und Öffnen leerer CD-Boxen (1), die ein Unterteil (1a) und einen schwenkbar daran gehaltenen Deckel (1b) aufweisen, mit einer Einrichtung zum Einführen eines Booklets (3) in den Deckel (1b) und einer Einrichtung zum Schließen der Box (1) durch Zurückschwenken des Deckels (1b), gekennzeichnet durch ein Mittel zum vorübergehenden festen Aneinanderdrücken von Booklet (3) und Deckel (1b) während des Zurückschwenkens, so daß beim Schließen ein Gleiten des Booklets (3) gegenüber dem Deckel (1b) verhindert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, gekennzeichnet durch ein mechanisches Mittel zum Aneinanderdrücken von Booklet (3) und Deckel (1b).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß das mechanische Mittel ein Greifer (16) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, gekennzeichnet durch eine Magneteinrichtung, vorzugsweise Elektromagneteinrichtung, zum mechanischen Aneinanderdrücken von Booklet (3) und Deckel (1b).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Greifer (16) während des Schließens auf einer Kreisbahn um die Schwenkachse (1c) des Deckels (1b) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Greifer (16) an einem Tragarm (10) gehalten ist, der an zwei parallelen Schwenkarmen (8, 9) parallelogrammartig geführt ist, wobei sich der Greifer (16) auf der Kreisbahn bewegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, gekennzeichnet durch eine Kopplungseinrichtung zwischen einem Schwenkarm (8, 9) und dem Greifer (16) zum zwangsläufigen Koppeln der Schwenkstellung des Greifers (16) an die Stellung des Schwenkarms (8, 9).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, gekennzeichnet durch eine kammartige Elektrodenanordnung zum Aufladen des Booklets (3), über die das Booklet (3) beim Einführen in den Deckel (1b) zu bewegen ist.
