Claims (10)
- Wickelmaschine zum Aufwickeln von, gegebenenfalls längsgeteilten, Bahnen, vorzugsweise von Papierbahnen (PB),mit zwei den die herzustellenden Wickel (R; R'; R''; R'''; ...) in einem Wickelbett tragenden Tragwalzen (TW1 und TW2),von denen gegebenenfalls eine oder beide verformbare, vorzugsweise unterschiedlich stark verformbare Mäntel (M1 und M2) aufweisen,
wobei eine der beiden Tragwalzen (TW1) während des Wickelns von der durch den Abstandsspalt (G) zwischen den beiden Tragwalzen (TW1 und TW2) verlaufenden Bahn (PB) teilweise umschlungen ist,mit einem durch die beiden Tragwalzen (TW1 und TW2) und dem bereits zum Teil hergestellten Wickel (R; ...) begrenzten Raum (DR);mit Abdichtmitteln dieses Raumes (DR) an seinen Stirnenden (E) und von unterhalb des Abstandsspaltes (G) zwischen beiden Tragwalzen (TW1 und TW2) her sowiemit Mitteln zum Erzeugen eines Überdruckes in dem erwähnten Raum (DR) zwecks Entlastung des Eigengewichtes des Wickels (R;...),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eines der Abdichtmittel zum ortsfesten Verbleib zwischen den beiden Tragwalzen unterhalb des Abstandsspaltes (G) vorgesehen ist und dieses Abdichtmittel eine schwenkbare, im wesentlichen über die gesamte maximale Bahnbreite des herzustellenden Wickels (R; ...) sich erstreckende Seitenwand (11) aufweist, deren Schwenkachse (11A) sich etwa parallel zu den Tragwalzenachsen erstreckt, die an die von der Bahn (PB) umschlungene Tragwalze TW1 unter Freilassung eines Bahndurchtrittsspaltes (GP) für den Wickelvorgang dichtend heranschwenkbar ist und die für den Einfädelvorgang der Bahn (PB) von der umschlungenen Tragwalze (TW1) fortbewegbar, insbesondere fortschwenkbar, ist. - Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der von der schwenkbaren Seitenwand (11) gebildete Bahndurchtrittsspalt (GP) durch von der umschlungenen Tragwalze (TW1) radial beabstandete Leitflächen (12) in Richtung auf die einlaufende Bahn (PB) hin verlängert ist.
- Wickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Leitflächen (12) Druckgasdüsen (13) angeordnet sind.
- Wickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdichtmittel an sich bekannte, vorzugsweise um eine Tragwalzenachse, schwenkbare Dichtflächen (14) zur Anlage an die Stirnflächen (RE) des bereits hergestellten Wickels (R; ...) aufweisen unddie Dichtflächen (14) jeweils eine von dem Wickel (R; ...) aus der Dichtposition um eine im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Wickelachse sich erstreckende Schwenkachse (15) fortschwenkbare Teilfläche (14A) aufweisen, so daß der Schwenkradius (SR) der Dichtflächen (14) bei vom Wickel (R; ...) fortgeschwenkter Teilfläche (14A) im Vergleich zur an dem Wickel (R; ...) anliegenden Teilfläche (14A) verringert wird.
- Wickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abdichtmittel unterhalb des Abstandsspaltes (G) aus einem im übrigen bezüglich der Tragwalzen (TW1 und TW2) ortsunveränderlichen Windkasten (16) besteht.
- Wickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, insbesondere nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Windkasten (16) an den oberen Enden (17A) seiner Stirnwände (17) einen sich zwischen die Tragwalzen TW1 und TW2 hinein erstreckenden Abdichttisch (18) aufweisen, der einen axialen Abstand (GR) zum Stirnende (RE) eines Wickels maximaler Breite beläßt.
- Wickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, insbesondere nach den Ansprüchen 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtflächen (14) zur Anlage an die Stirnflächen (RE) des bereits teilweise hergestellten Wickels (R; ...) an ihren unteren Enden (14B) eine sich von den Stirnflächen (RE) des Wickels (R; ...) etwa axial gerichtet forterstreckende Abdichtplatte (19) aufweisen.
- Wickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ortsfeste Windkasten (16) sich bis deutlich oberhalb der Engstelle zwischen den beiden Tragwalzen nach oben erstreckt.
- Wickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch eine Kolben-/Zylinder-Einheit (29) zum Verschränken der Seitenwand (11).
- Wickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, gekennzeichnet durch den Windkasten (16) versteifende Diagonalstreben oder -platten (30) zwischen einer Bodenplatte (27) und einer ortsfesten Seitenwand (28).
