Definitions
- the invention relates to a winding device for winding of material webs on winding rolls with a Changing bed made up of at least two support rollers at least one of which is driven. Further The invention relates to a method for winding Material webs cut from a base web become winding rolls.
- the invention is based on a paper web described as an example of a material web. she is but not limited to this. The same problems also arise with other material webs, such as foils made of plastic or metal, or textile materials.
- a paper web In one of the last manufacturing steps, a paper web must be be wound up into a winding roll before she leaves the paper mill to go to the end consumer, for example a print shop. There the paper webs often with a larger width be produced when the consumer later needs them, they must be on the right one before packing Be cut wide. This creates then usually several webs of material, also to several Winding rolls must be wound up.
- a very simple principle for winding the winding rolls is the so-called "carrier roller principle".
- the winding roll to be wound lies in a winding bed, that is formed from at least two rolls of which is driven at least one.
- the powered Roller acts on the circumference of the winding roll, so that this is wound up.
- the necessary contact pressure can for example applied by a pressure roller, the winding roll at least at the beginning of the winding process pushes into the changing bed.
- the roller principle is sufficient for many applications.
- the carrier roller roller required for this has one relatively simple structure and can therefore be inexpensive to be provided.
- a device and a method of the aforementioned Art are known from EP 0 300 220 A2.
- the backup roller has a larger diameter than the support rollers.
- EP 0 791 549 A2 describes a method for winding a slit material web and a device to carry out the procedure, the two changing beds has, each between a larger middle roller and two smaller, outer ones Carrier rollers are formed. The winding rolls can are kept centered at the same time.
- the invention is based, to inexpensive task Way greater flexibility in wrapping to enable.
- This task is the beginning of a winding device mentioned type in that at least one Carrier roller as a pressure roller for a backup roller arrangement is formed, in addition to the support roller outside of the changing bed with a roller support a core receptacle is arranged in which a winding roll can be stored centrally.
- the carrier roller roller with its also constructive relatively simple design can after used to make a winding reel after Wrap roller principle.
- a winding device working on the support roller principle arranged by the roller support device is formed with core receptacle.
- the neighboring one Carrier roller can then also serve as a pressure roller serve for the backup roller arrangement. So you have to known roller roller only with a relatively simple add to be realized to a combination from roller and back-up roller, so one "Combi scooter".
- This combi scooter is a combination of one based on the carrier roller principle working first winding device that a winding board has that of at least two support rollers is formed, one of which is driven, and one second winding device working on the support roller principle outside the changing bed, which is a roll support with a core receptacle, in which a winding roll can be stored centrally, one Carrier roller both as a carrier roller of the first winding device as well as the pressure roller of the second winding device serves.
- a broad base Material webs are cut that are different Have widths. For the narrower webs of material it would be sufficient to use the carrier roller principle. The expensive back-up roller roller would be superfluous here.
- the winding device can also be used for rewinding.
- the backup roller device for example to a defined course of the winding hardness achieve.
- a winding station after the Support roller principle because the roll width already fixed.
- the core receptacle has a center drive. It will be like this is known from conventional backup roller rollers, even better control of the winding hardness possible as if you just run the winding roll over the driven one Carrier roller drives.
- the distance between the core receptacle and the neighboring carrier roller changeable. You can use that Distance between the axis of the winding roll and the circumference the idler roller to change at a changing Diameter of the winding roll always the desired one To achieve contact pressure.
- the core receptacle is preferably essentially horizontal movable. Then you do not have to lift the winding roll, which requires additional work would be to brake a lowering, which is also additional Energys required.
- the axes of the core receptacle and neighboring are advantageously located Carrier roller in a horizontal plane.
- the support roller can be used regardless of the weight of the winding roller use as a pressure roller. The weight must not be compensated, as it is for example the The case would be if the corresponding support roller was something below the winding roll.
- the roller support device advantageously has a relief device on that from the bottom to the scope the winding roll can be put on. So you can like this sag is known in the case of back-up roll rollers or avoid bending the winding roll, which otherwise too impermissible and above all over the axial length lead to uneven web tension on the winding roll could.
- the relief device is preferably a roller carpet educated.
- the winding roll lies on a variety of rollers or wheels that overlap a predetermined angular range in the circumferential direction extend.
- the angular range can be changed his. With a larger reel diameter, it dips Take the winding roll deeper into the roll carpet so that there are several support points here, on which the roll weight better distributed. This allows the Contact pressures caused by the relief device are relatively well controlled and in low limits are kept.
- the roller support device advantageously has at least a pair of pedestals on, parallel to the support rollers are slidably arranged. You can do different Adjust the width of the winding rolls. The axial displacement of the pillow blocks is easy realize.
- the core receptacle on the trestles is essentially advantageous movable perpendicular to the support rollers. you decouples the setting option in the axial direction from tracking the position of the core receptacle, that due to the changing diameter the winding roll is necessary.
- the material web is preferably under the support rollers passed and encloses that of the roller support device facing roller from the outside.
- the course of the material web for winding after the support roller principle and winding according to the support roller principle largely kept the same. Only after the material web is guided around the corresponding support roller the course changes for both Wrap principles. This is particularly beneficial if at least one winding roll after the Carrier roller principle and at least one winding reel the backup roller principle is wound.
- a pneumatically acting relief device arranged is.
- the pneumatically acting relief device creates an air cushion that is used to support the post serves the winding roller wound winding roller principle. There the air cushion only on the outside of the winding roll the air is not included in the roll wrapped, which would be the case if the web of material inserted into the winding bed between the support rollers would be. You can also get papers that have little or don't let air escape because either through an upstream satin finish or by a coating the pores of the paper were closed, an air support provide, in which the compressed air only on the Outside surface of the role acts.
- the task is in a method of the aforementioned Art solved in that at the same time at least a winding roller according to the roller principle, in which the winding roll in one formed by two support rollers There is a changing bed and at least one other winding roll is wound according to the backup roller principle, where the winding roll is held centrally and on a backup roller, which is supported by one of the support rollers is formed.
- material webs with cut at least two different widths become. One can then depending on the width of the the appropriate winding principle for each material web choose.
- the widest winding roll is preferred wound on the backup roller principle.
- the narrowest The winding roll is wound on the carrier roller principle. Depending on the respective roll weights can one then influences the desired course of the winding hardness to take.
- a winding device 1 is used for winding material webs 2 on winding rolls 3, 4.
- the material webs 2 are cut from a base sheet 5, which is handled by a jumbo or mother roll 6 becomes.
- a cutting device 7 is used for cutting, which intersects the base track 5 in the longitudinal direction.
- the Jumbo roll 6 is from a support device 8 supported, which consists of a plurality of roles 9, that act on the jumbo roll 6 from below.
- the winding device now has two different winding options in which the winding rolls 3, 4 at the same time, but according to different principles can be wrapped.
- a winding bed 10 by two support rollers 11, 12 formed.
- the winding roll lies in the winding bed 10 3, the two support rollers 11, 12 are driven. They act on the circumference of the winding roll 3 and drive them as well.
- the corresponding directions of rotation the winding roll 3 and the support rollers 11, 12 are indicated by arrows.
- blow box 13 as a pneumatically acting relief device arranged in the winding bed 10 between the two support rollers 11, 12 .
- the blow box 13 generates a compressed air cushion that is part of the weight takes up the winding roll.
- a roll support 14 arranged which is a driven Has core receptacle 15 in which the other winding roll 4 can be stored centrally.
- the Carrier roller 12 serves as a pressure roller.
- the Core receptacle 15 is in the direction of a double arrow 16 horizontally displaceable, the axis of which is driven Core receptacle 15 and the axis of the support roller 12 in lie on the same horizontal plane.
- Roller support device 14 may be arranged.
- winding device 1 can now on the one hand winding rollers based on the support roller principle wrap.
- you now designed the cutting plan accordingly then you can for example, wider and narrower webs of material cut from the same base, then the narrower material webs according to the support roller principle Winding rolls 3 are wound.
- the narrower webs of material are then between the wider material webs arranged so that there is enough space around also several winding rolls 4 according to the support roller principle to wrap. For this it is necessary that the Get the core receptacles to the end faces of the winding rolls 4 can.
- the design also has the advantage that the blow box 13 only on the outside of the winding roll 3 can work. So there is no danger that Air is blown in between individual winding layers, which is particularly problematic when the material web 2 only poorly or not at all air permeable is.
- FIGS. 2 and 3 show constructively more details. By comparing FIGS. 2 and 3, recognize that relatively few additional measures are necessary in order from a conventional carrier roller winder to the winding device according to the invention reach.
- Fig. 2 shows a winding device, the only works on the support roller principle.
- the winding roll 3 is almost completely wrapped and therefore already has reached a relatively large diameter.
- Fig. 3 shows the winding roll 4, which is next to the side the support roller 12 and arranged outside of the winding bed 10 is. It can be seen that the driven Core receptacle 15 is arranged on a trestle 19. The Bock 19 can be moved parallel to the support roller 12. Of course, both ends of the winding roll are 4 such jacks 19 are provided.
- the core receptacle 15 is on the bracket 19 in the direction of Double arrow 16 movable. So you can see the adjustment movement of the bracket 19 in the axial direction from the movement in the direction of the double arrow 16 during winding decouple.
- pressure rollers 20, 21 are between the trestles 19 of a pair provided. Since this is only too Start the wrapping process in action around the web 2 with the necessary pressure against the core 22 hold, these two pressure rollers 20, 21 are dashed shown and arranged "inside" the winding roll 4. You can use advanced wrapping be swung away. In this case, the course the winding hardness only through the interaction of the support roller 12, which acts here as a pressure roller, and the Core recording 15 determined.
- a lever 23 resilient by a cylinder 24 At the front end the lever 23 is a pressure roller 25, the at the beginning of the winding of the winding roll 3 this in the Wrapping bed 10 presses against the support rollers 11, 12.
- winding device 1 there are now several Operating modes possible. For one, it is for example possible when rewinding, only after to wrap the backup roller principle. With simply designed It is paper and other material webs possible, only according to the roller principle wrap (winding roll 3).
- winding rolls 3 according to the support roller principle and winding rollers 4 on the support roller principle can, because you then narrow winding rolls 3 between can arrange wide winding rolls 4, the narrow ones and thus light winding rolls 3 on the support roller principle be wrapped while the wide and thus heavy winding rolls 4 according to the backup roller principle be wrapped.
- Winding rolls 3 allow between the wide ones Winding rollers 4 can create an axial distance the required core images are inserted here.
