Claims (10)

  1. Machine d'enroulement pour enrouler des bandes, divisées le cas échéant en longueur, de préférence de bandes de papier (PB), avec deux rouleaux de support (TW1 et TW2) portant les rouleaux à fabriquer (R ; R' ; R'' ; R''' ; ...) dans un lit d'enroulement,
    dont le cas échéant un ou les deux présentent des enveloppes (M1 et M2) déformables, de préférence déformables selon une force différente, où l'un des deux rouleaux de support (TW1) pendant l'enroulement est entouré partiellement par la bande (PB) passant à travers la fente d'espacement (G) entre les deux rouleaux de support (TW1 et TW2),
    avec un espace (DR) délimité par les deux rouleaux de support (TW1 et TW2) et le rouleau (R; ...) déjà réalisé en partie ;
    avec des moyens de réalisation d'étanchéité de cette espace (DR) à ses extrémités frontales (E) et depuis en dessous de la fente d'espacement (G) entre les deux rouleaux de support (TW1 et TW2) et
    avec des moyens pour produire une surpression dans l'espace mentionné (DR) pour le déchargement du poids propre du rouleau (R ; ...),

    en ce que l'un des moyens de réalisation d'étanchéité est prévu pour rester stationnaire entre les deux rouleaux de support en dessous de la fente d'espacement (G) et que ce moyen de réalisation d'étanchéité présente une paroi latérale pivotante (11), s'étendant sensiblement sur toute la largeur de bande maximale du rouleau à réaliser (R ; ...), dont l'axe de pivotement (11A) s'étend à peu près parallèlement aux axes de rouleaux de support, qui peut être amenée à pivoter d'une manière étanche contre le rouleau de support (TW1) entouré par la bande (PB), en laissant subsister une fente de passage de bande (GP) pour l'opération d'enroulement et qui, pour l'opération d'enfilage de la bande (PB), peut être éloignée du rouleau de support entouré (TW1) notamment par un pivotement au loin.
  2. Machine d'enroulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la fente de passage de bande (GP) formée par la paroi latérale pivotante (11) est prolongée par des faces de guidage (12) espacées radialement du rouleau de support entouré (TW1), en direction de la bande entrante (PB).
  3. Dispositif d'enroulement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que des buses de gaz comprimé (13) sont disposées dans les faces de guidage (12).

Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de réalisation d'étanchéité présentent des faces d'étanchéité connues (14), pivotant de préférence autour d'un axe de rouleau de support, pour l'application aux faces frontales (RE) du rouleau déjà réalisé (R ; ...) et que les faces d'étanchéité (14) présentent respectivement une face partielle (14A) pouvant être amenée à pivoter du rouleau (R ; ...) de la position d'étanchéité autour d'un axe de pivotement (15) s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement à l'axe d'enroulement, de telle sorte que le rayon de pivotement (SR) des faces d'étanchéité (14), lorsque la face partielle (14A) a été pivotée au loin du rouleau (R ; ...), est diminué, en comparaison avec la face partielle (14A) s'appliquant au rouleau (R ; ...).
  5.
