Description
Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden und zur Aufnahme von Querkräften von zwei durch eine Fuge getrennten Bauteilen, insbesondere aus Beton, die je einen Dorn, von welchem einer der beiden Endbereiche im ersten Bauteil eingelassen ist, und eine im zweiten Bauteil eingelassene Hülse umfasst, in welche der andere der beiden Endbereiche des Dornes eindringt, wobei jeweils am Dorn und an der Hülse im Bereich der Fuge je eine flanschartige Scheibe angeordnet ist, welche im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu Dorn und Hülse ausgerichtet sind und welche mindestens teilweise in die entsprechenden Bauteile eingelassen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede flanschartige Scheibe (8, 9) mit mindestens einer Platte (12 bzw. 13) ausgestattet ist, die in den jeweiligen Bauteil (1 bzw. 2) hineinragt und dass die flanschartige Scheibe (8; 9) im entsprechenden Bauteil (1; 2) so ausgerichtet ist, dass die daran angebrachte Platte (12; 13) jeweils auf der Seite des Dorns (5) bzw. der Hülse (6) liegt, die bei der Uebertragung der Reaktionskräfte (A; B) auf den entsprechenden Bauteil (1; 2) der druckbelasteten Seite (10 bzw. 11) des Dorns (5) bzw. der Hülse (6) gegenüberliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (12 bzw. 13) parallel zum Dorn (5) bzw. der Hülse (6) angeordnet ist und vom Dorn (5) bzw. der Hülse (6) beabstandet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flanschartige Scheibe (8; 9) und die Platte (12;13) aus einem einen Winkel bildenden Stück bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in den Bauteil (1; 2) hineinragende Endbereich der Platte (12; 13) einen umgebogenen Teil (14) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der von der flanschförmigen Scheibe (8; 9) abgewandte Endbereich der Platte (12; 13) über einen Steg (16) mit dem jeweils in den entsprechenden Bauteil (1; 2) hineinragenden Bereich des Dorns (5) bzw. der Hülse (6) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (12; 13) mit zusätzlichen Verankerungselementen (17) ausgestattet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bezüglich des Dorns (5) oder der Hülse (6) zur Platte (12 bzw. 13) eine symmetrisch angeordnete zweite Platte (21 bzw. 22) an der flanschförmigen Scheibe (8 bzw. 9) angebracht ist, die im wesentlichen die gleichen Abmessungen aufweist, wie die Platte (12 bzw. 13).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (12; 13), die flanschförmige Scheibe (8; 9) und die zweite Platte (21; 22) aus einem Stück durch Abwinkelungen geformt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch weitere Abwinkelungen des ebenen Stückes die Stege (16; 23) angeformt sind, mittels welchen die Platte (12; 13) und die zweite Platte (21; 22) im dem der flanschförmigen Scheibe (8; 9) abgewandten Endbereich mit dem Dorn (5) bzw. mit der Hülse (6) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (12; 13) und die zweite Platte (21; 22) an den seitlichen Rändern mit je einer Ausnehmung (24) ausgestattet sind, die von der flanschförmigen Scheibe (8; 9) im wesentlichen einen gleich grossen Abstand aufweisen, in welche Ausnehmungen (24) jeweils einer von zwei senkrecht zu der Platte (12; 13) und der zweiten Platte (21; 22) verlaufenden Grundstege (25) eines Verankerungsbügels (26) einsetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (12; 13) und gegebenenfalls die zweite Platte (21; 22) mit mindestens einer Oeffnung (28) versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der flanschförmigen Scheibe (9), die an der Hülse (6) angebracht ist, eine Befestigungseinrichtung (27) in Form eines Flachprofils angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens das der flanschförmigen Scheibe (9) abgewandte Ende der Hülse (6) mit einer aufsteckbaren Abdeckung versehen ist.
