Claims (14)

  1. Anordnung (E) einer Verbindungsvorrichtung (DC) zwischen einem ersten Betonkörper (CB1) und einem zweiten Betonkörper (CB2), die durch eine Dehnungsfuge (J) voneinander getrennt sind und eine Verbindungsstange (1) von ausreichender Länge aufweisen, die einen ersten Endabschnitt (1A) aufweisen, der dazu ausgelegt ist, sich in dem ersten Betonkörper (CB1) zu erstrecken, einen zweiten Endabschnitt (1B) aufweisen, der dazu ausgelegt ist, sich in dem zweiten Betonkörper (CB2) zu erstrecken, und mit eine Zwischenabschnitt (1C) aufweisen, der dazu ausgelegt ist, durch die Dehnungsfuge (J) zu verlaufen;
    wobei die Anordnung (E) zumindest umfasst:
    - eine Schiebehülse (2), die dazu ausgelegt ist, den ersten Endabschnitt (1A) einer Verbindungsstange (1) aufzunehmen, wobei die Schiebehülse (2) ein Stützelement (2A) trägt;
    - eine erste Metallbewehrung (3), die in den Beton des ersten Körpers (CB1) eingebettet werden soll, wobei die erste Metallbewehrung (3) Metallstäbe (13A, 13B) enthält;
    - eine Halteplatte (5) für die Schiebehülse (2), um die Positionierung der Schiebehülse (2) in Bezug auf die erste Metallbewehrung (3) aufrechtzuerhalten, wobei die Halteplatte (5) eine erste flache Seite (5A), eine der ersten flachen Seite (5A) entgegengesetzte zweite Seite (5B) und eine Öffnung (5C) für den Durchtritt der Verbindungsstange (1) aufweist,
    wobei die Anordnung (E) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass den Metallstäben (13A, 13B) der ersten Metallbewehrung (3) zumindest ein Metallblech (3C) zugeordnet ist, das eine flache Seite (3C1) aufweist,
    dass das Metallblech (3C) der ersten Bewehrung (3) ein umgebogenes Metallblech mit einer Dicke zwischen 1,5 mm und 5 mm ist, das einen im Wesentlichen U-förmigen Abschnitt aufweist, dessen Steg (3D) die flache Seite (3C1) bildet, wobei die flache Seite (3C1) ein Haltefenster (3F) aufweist, das mit der Halteplatte (5) über ein Einrastsystem (6) zusammenwirkt, während die Halteplatte (5) mit dem Stützelement (2A) der Schiebehülse (2) über ein Einrastsystem (7) zusammenwirkt, und
    dass die Halteplatte (5) entlang ihrer ersten flachen Seite (5A) Öffnungen (D) aufweist, die für Befestigungsmittel (8) ausgelegt sind, welche die Halteplatte (5) an einer Schalungswand (C) des ersten Betonkörpers (CB1) befestigen.
  2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltefenster (3F) des Blechs (3C) der ersten Bewehrung (3) eine Form mit einer Kontur (3G) aufweist, die mit Einrastlaschen (6) der Halteplatte (5) zusammenwirkt, die sich entlang der zweiten Seite (5B) der Halteplatte (5) erstrecken, während die Halteplatte (5) entlang ihrer zweiten Seite (5B) einerseits Auflagebereiche (5B1) für das Stützelement (2A) der Schiebehülse (2) und andererseits Einrastlaschen (7) aufweist, die mit Kanten oder Teilen des Umfangs (2A1) des Stützelements (2A) der Schiebehülse (2) zusammenwirken.
  3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrastlaschen (6) der Halteplatte, die mit der Kontur (3G) des Haltefensters (3F) des Stegs (3D) des umgebogenen Metallblechs (3) zusammenwirken, die zweite Seite (5B) der Halteplatte (5) an der der Dehnungsfuge (J) zugewandten flachen Seite des Stegs (3D) des umgebogenen Metallblechs (3) halten.
  4. Anordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit der Kontur des Haltefensters (3F) des Stegs (3D) des umgebogenen Metallblechs (3) zusammenwirkenden Einrastlaschen (6) der Halteplatte (5) Laschen umfassen, die mit zwei parallelen gegenüberliegenden Kanten (3F1, 3F2) des Haltefensters (3F) zusammenwirken, und dass die Halteplatte (5) entlang ihrer zweiten Seite (5B) mindestens zwei Anschlaglaschen (5I, 5J) aufweist, die in einer Richtung parallel zu den beiden parallelen gegenüberliegenden Kanten (3F1, 3F2) des Haltefensters (3F) eine relative Verlagerung zwischen der Halteplatte (5) und dem Steg (3D) des umgebogenen Metallblechs (3) begrenzen.
  5. Anordnung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine bzw. mehrere Anschlaglaschen (5I, 5J) Laschen zum Verrasten des Stützelements (2A) der Schiebehülse (2) an der Halteplatte (5) ist bzw. sind.
  6. Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltefenster (3F) im Wesentlichen rechteckig ist und ein erstes Paar paralleler Kanten (3F1, 3F2) und ein zweites Paar paralleler Kanten (3F3, 3F4) definiert, und dass für jede Kante des ersten Paares paralleler Kanten (3F1, 3F2) und/oder des zweiten Paares paralleler Kanten (3F3, 3F4) die Halteplatte (5) zwei oder mehr als zwei Einrastlaschen (6) enthält, die mit jeder Kante des ersten Paares paralleler Kanten (3F1, 3F2) und/oder des zweiten Paares paralleler Kanten (3F3, 3F4) zusammenwirken.
  7. Anordnung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für jede der Kanten (3F1, 3F2, 3F3, 3F4) des ersten Paares paralleler Kanten und des zweiten Paares paralleler Kanten die Halteplatte zwei oder mehr als zwei mit jeder dieser Kanten zusammenwirkende Einrastlaschen aufweist.
  8. Anordnung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteplatte mindestens zwei Anschlaglaschen (7) aufweist, die sich entlang jeder Kante eines Paares paralleler Kanten (3F3, 3F4) erstrecken, wobei die Anschlaglaschen (7) als Einrastlaschen für das Stützelement (2A) der Schiebehülse (2) wirken.
  9. Anordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteplatte (5) ein Fenster (5C) aufweist, das dem Haltefenster (3F) des Stegs des umgebogenen Metallblechs (3D) zugewandt ist, wenn die Halteplatte (5) am Haltefenster (3F) eingerastet ist.
  10. Anordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Einrastlasche (6, 7) ein umgebogener Abschnitt der Halteplatte (5) ist, wobei sich jede Einrastlasche (6, 7) im Wesentlichen in einer zur Ebene der Halteplatte (5) senkrechten Ebene erstreckt, wobei jede Einrastlasche (6, 7) einen Ausschnitt (9) aufweist, um eine Klappe (9A) zu bilden, die sich in einer Ebene erstreckt, die in Bezug auf die Ebene der betreffenden Lasche geneigt ist.
  11. Anordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das U-förmig umgebogene Metallblech (3) Flansche (3M, 3N) umfasst, die jeweils mindestens ein Fenster (3M1, 3N1) für den Durchtritt von Beton und/oder Luft aufweisen.
  12. Anordnung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flansche (3M, 3N) einen Endabschnitt mit einer Breite (L3M, L3N) aufweisen, die geringer als die Breite (L3D) des Stegs (3D) ist.
  13. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flansche (3M, 3N) jeweils mindestens eine Umschlagklappe (3M2, 3N2) zur Befestigung des Flansches an einer Stange (13A, 13B) der ersten Bewehrung (3) aufweisen.
  14. Verbindungsvorrichtung (DC), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zumindest umfasst:
    - die Anordnung (E) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    - eine Verbindungsstange (1) von ausreichender Länge mit einem ersten Endabschnitt (1A), der sich in der Schiebehülse (2) erstreckt, und
    - einer zweiten Metallbewehrung (4), die fest mit der Verbindungsstange (1) verbunden oder dieser zugeordnet ist, wobei diese zweite Metallbewehrung (4) dazu bestimmt ist, in den Beton des zweiten Körpers (CB2) eingebettet zu werden.
