Claims (10)
- Procédé de guidage en va-et-vient d'un produit à bobiner, en forme de fil ou de ruban, sur des machines à bobiner, pour la réalisation de bobines à enroulement croisé avec enroulement en vrac ou de précision, le produit à bobiner étant pose avec un tambour à fente (1) présentant une rainure de guidage (5) et étant enroulé en une bobine (18), caractérisé en ce que le produit à bobiner est posé avec un tambour à fente (1) constitué d'au moins trois parties (2, 3) formant la rainure de guidage (5) et au moins un point de croisement (6), et en ce que le produit à bobiner, pénétrant dans le tambour à fente, est guidé, lors du passage sur chaque point de croisement (6) de la rainure de guidage (5), au moyen d'un dispositif auxiliaire (10) imposant au produit à bobiner une composante de mouvement supplémentaire dans le sens de pose (8).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que toutes les parties (2, 3) du dispositif auxiliaire (10) sont entraínées exclusivement en rotation.
- Procédé selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif auxiliaire (10) est entraíné en fonction du tambour à fente (1) et dans une fraction paire, entière, de la vitesse de rotation du tambour à fente.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, avec un tambour à fente (1) entraíné, pourvu d'une rainure de guidage (5), et un dispositif de bobinage (16), caractérisé en ce que le tambour à fente (1) comporte au moins trois parties (2, 3, 2) formant la rainure de guidage (5) avec au moins un point de croisement (6), en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif auxiliaire (10) pour imposer une composante de mouvement supplémentaire au produit à bobiner, dans le sens de pose (6), lors du passage sur chaque point de croisement (6), en ce que le dispositif auxiliaire (10) comporte au moins deux éléments de pose (21, 22) par point de croisement (6), et en ce qu'il est prévu un entraínement pour le dispositif auxiliaire (10), qui entraíne le dispositif auxiliaire à une vitesse de rotation correspondant à la vitesse de rotation du tambour à fente (1), divisée par le nombre total d'éléments de pose (21, 22) par point de croisement (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif auxiliaire (10) comporte exclusivement des éléments entraínés en rotation.
- Dispositif sel on les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif auxiliaire (10) est prévu à l'extérieur du tambour à fente (1).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif auxiliaire (10) est prévu à l'intérieur du tambour à fente (1).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que le tambour à fente (1) comporte un arbre (4) continu, par lequel les parties (2, 3, 2) du tambour à fente (1) sont reliées entre elles solidairement en rotation.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un démultiplicateur entre le tambour à fente (1) et le dispositif auxiliaire (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif auxiliaire (10) comporte deux arbres (19, 28) entraínés en sens contraire, qui sont dotés d'éléments de pose (21, 22).
