- Appareil de reprise de bouteilles vides selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la surface de pose (32) comporte, à l'intérieur de la chambre d'introduction (14), un dispositif de pesage (70) dont la sortie est reliée au dispositif de commande (82).
- Appareil de reprise de bouteilles vides selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de pesage comporte un plateau de pesage avec un détecteur de pression qui est réalisé de préférence sous la forme d'une résistance (72) sensible à la pression ou d'un condensateur.
- Appareil de reprise de bouteilles vides selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le détecteur de pression est inséré dans un circuit Rc (72, 76) d'un circuit d'intégration dont le signal de sortie peut être transformé par l'intermédiaire d'un commutateur de valeur seuil ou d'un comparateur (78), en une impulsion rectangulaire avec une durée d'impulsion qui dépend du poids de la bouteille.
- Appareil de reprise de bouteilles vides selon l'une des revendications 8 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau transversal (68) comprend une plate-forme (120) pour la réception de la bouteille vide (16) introduite dans la chambre d'introduction (14), qui peut être déplacée avec le coulisseau transversal sur le chemin de déplacement jusqu'à l'ouverture de passage (38) ou introduite, au travers de celle-ci, dans le magasin de bouteilles vides (22) et ramenée - éventuellement après le transfert de la bouteille vide (16) - à sa position de départ.
- Appareil de reprise de bouteilles vides selon la revendication 15, caractérisé par un racleur de bouteilles (124) motorisé disposé dans la région de l'ouverture de passage (38), pour la bouteille vide (16) placée sur la plate-forme (120) qui s'engage dans le magasin de bouteilles vides (22).
- Appareil de reprise de bouteilles vides selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le racleur de bouteilles (124) est conformé en même temps en porte de fermeture pour l'ouverture de passage (38).
- Appareil de reprise de bouteilles vices selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau transversal (68) comprend un racleur de bouteilles, de préférence motorisé, qui déplace la bouteille vide (16) de la plate-forme (120) dans le magasin de bouteilles vides (22).
- Appareil de reprise àe bouteilles vides selon l'une des revendications 16 à 18, caractérisé en ce que le racleur de bouteilles (124) comprend un moteur d'entraínement (126) qui peut être actionné par l'intermédiaire du dispositif de commande (82) en fonction d'un signal de sortie du dispositif d'identification de bouteilles.
- Appareil de reprise de bouteilles vides selon l'une des revendications 15 à 19, caractérisé en ce que la plate-forme (120) comporte, du côté opposé à l'ouverture de passage (38), une paroi latérale (122) verticale solidaire du coulisseau transversal et délimitant la chambre d'introduction.
- Appareil de reprise de bouteilles vides selon l'une des revendications 15 à 20, caractérisé par une cloison (128) qui délimite la chambre d'introduction (14) du côté de l'ouverture de passage (38) et des détecteurs (148) et qui peut être déplacée perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement du coulisseau transversal.
- Appareil de reprise de bouteilles vides selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que la cloison (128) est solidaire du racleur de bouteilles (124) et déplaçable conjointement avec celui-ci.
- Appareil de reprise de bouteilles vides selon l'une des revendications 1 à 22, caractérisé en ce que le magasin de bouteilles vides (22) est logé dans un chariot (20) pouvant être engagé dans une chambre de magasin (18).
- Appareil de reprise de bouteilles vides selon la revendication 23, caractérisé par des rouleaux de guidage ou d'appui (112) montés sur le chariot (20) et/ou sur le carter, au moins unilatéralement sur le côté de la chambre d'introduction (14), par l'intermédiaire desquels les roulettes (110) du chariot (20) peuvent être relevées du sol (108), lors de l'entrée dans la chambre de magasin (18), dans une position définie à l'intérieur du carter (10).
- Appareil de reprise de bouteilles vides selon l'une des revendications 23 et 24, caractérisé en ce que le carter comprend au moins deux chambres d'introduction (14) équipées chaune d'un coulisseau de détection (44) et/ou d'un coulisseau transversal (68), et que le chariot (20) comporte un nombre correspondant de magasins de bouteilles vides (22) superposés, les fonds (40) des magasins de bouteilles vides (22) étant alignés avec les surfaces de pose (32) des chambres d'introduction (14) associées lorsque le chariot (20) est inséré dans la chambre de magasin (18).
- Appareil de reprise de bouteilles vides selon l'une des revendications 1 à 25, caractérisé en ce que les fonds de magasin (40) présentent un rebord périphérique sensiblement rectangulaire formé de préférence par des parois verticales du chariot, et que dans la zone du rebord périphérique opposée à l'ouverture de passage (38) est disposé un élément de détection (120), de préférence solidaire du carter, qui répond à une bouteille vide (16) engagée.
- Appareil de reprise de bouteilles vides selon la revendication 26, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de détection (120) est réalisé sous la forme d'un levier pivotant de préférence autour d'un axe vertical, qui porte un réflecteur placé dans la marche des rayons d'un barrage photoélectrique à lumière réfléchie ou actionne un microrupteur.
- Appareil de reprise de bouteilles vides selon la revendication 26 ou 27, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de détection (120) est disposé dans la région d'un coin du rebord des fonds de magasin (40), et que l'ouverture de passage (38) est décentrée sur son bord périphérique associé en direction du coin du rebord périphérique diagonalement opposé.
