Definitions
- the invention relates to a face cutting machine, in particular for cutting leafy material, with a table for holding of the material to be cut and one in a vertical plane to the cutting device, which can move the table surface, some can be moved in a frame of the machine mounted knife bar and a knife attached to it has, with at least two adjustable devices in the Distance to each other are stored in the cutter bar for support of the knife in the area of the knife back on the knife bar, whereby the respective adjustable device via a pressure piece supported on the back of the knife.
- a cutting machine of the type mentioned is from the DE-B-10 93 327 known. With this the knife is by means of several fastening screws connected to the cutter bar.
- the screws are screwed into the threaded holes of the knife and penetrate elongated holes in the cutter bar, which are essentially extend vertically to the table surface. Consequently can the knife depending on its degree of wear and tear so that its regrinding in the desired position for Knife bars are positioned.
- the knife is opposite to that Cutter bar, in addition to the fastening screws supported at least two places. This is done by a screw mounted in the cutter bar, which is in a pressure piece is screwed in, which is supported on the back of the knife.
- a face cutting machine is known from DE-B-12 51 271, at who formed the adjustable device as a cam that is supported directly on the back of the knife.
- the invention contributes to this state of the art a cutting machine of the type mentioned that the Pressure piece at least in the contact area with the respective adjustable device is hard trained, the adjustable Device has a cam with a vertical to this arranged, supported in the cutter bar support shaft is connected and the pressure piece with a plate-shaped Guide element is connected between the cam and the cutter bar is arranged and the support shaft engages behind.
- the guide element is between the Cam and the cutter bar fixed, whose Rear grip causes it to swing in with the knife removed the support shaft is suspended.
- the guide element advantageously has an elongated hole, the support shaft of this elongated hole enforced. In this design of the guide element is thus the pressure piece between the cam disc and the cutter bar positioned captively, but still in the longitudinal direction of the elongated hole according to the feed movement of the cam disc movable.
- the hard pressure piece is a separate component, with what, um digging the adjustable device into the back of the knife to prevent it from being made of metal harden existing knives altogether. Rather, it is enough the pairing between the adjustable device and the To design the pressure piece with the corresponding hardness; between the pressure piece and the back of the knife is such a hardness Materials not required as the surface pressure between these parts is relatively small.
- the cam disk is made of hardened Metal exists and the pressure piece in the contact area with the Cam is hard, preferably also made of hardened Metal.
- the cam and that Pressure piece but made of any materials, provided they have the appropriate hardness and are suitable, a high To withstand surface pressure.
- the great hardness of the pressure piece allows the cutting knife to be made in two parts, namely consisting of one connected to the cutter bar Knife holder made of non-hardened metal and one with the Knife holder connected, the actual cut through the good leading knife plate, for example in a recess of the knife holder and is hard with this is soldered.
- the material pairing described above comes so hard material can only be used where high forces or Surface pressures are recorded. In the other areas it is sufficient to use less expensive, unhardened material use.
- the cam can be rotated relative to the cutter bar and requires more or less about their curve design strong change in position of the knife relative to the knife bar.
- the cam can, for example, in the essentially over a semicircle, in annex with have the peripheral surface section which can be brought back, the axis of the support shaft at a distance from the center of the circle is arranged.
- an eccentricity is brought about allowed when rotating the cam disc by about 180 ° to perform maximum infeed movement.
- the delivery movement of the Cam can also have a larger swivel angle take place, for example by means of a spiral design the cam, with a swivel angle of, for example 300 °. Basically, it is sufficient if the cam disc forces applied to them via the knife via the support shaft in the cutter bar.
- the cam can thus basically be pivotable relative to the support shaft, in which case it should be specified, for example by they in their set position, which lies against the back of the knife is connected to the cutter bar. That is advantageous Cam but non-rotatably connected to the support shaft, the in turn by means of a clamping element in the direction of rotation and is axially fixable. Alternatively, the cam can also by means of one arranged between this and the cutter bar Be able to determine the friction lining. This can be in addition to the clamping element be provided.
- the respective support shaft should drill a hole Enforce knife holder and thus from the operator side of the Cutting machine can be rotated and fixed.
- a special development of the invention provides that a spacer is arranged between the pressure piece and the knife is. This is used when the knife is ready is worn out that a maximum infeed movement of the adjustable Facilities are not sufficient, the knife back in the required distance to the cutter bar. A further infeed movement of the knife is accordingly the gained strength of the spacer possible.
- the spacer is conveniently connected to the knife, in particular with the Knife screwed.
- the pressure pieces and / or the spacers are only advantageous arranged in the area of the knife where the pressure forces are to be transferred.
- the pressure pieces and / or the spacers are advantageously cuboid.
- the cutter bar with several, in the adjustment direction of the Knife relative to the knife carrier extending elongated holes provided, with each slot at least one threaded hole in the Knife is assigned, as well as a fastening screw this Elongated hole and the threaded hole penetrated.
- the knife should be assigned several to each slot Have threaded holes related to the longitudinal extent of the slot are spaced from each other. It can be so the length of the respective elongated hole was kept relatively small , in order to achieve the long travel range, the respective Fixing screw in the slot assigned to each Threaded hole is screwed.
- the wedge cutting machine according to the invention is in the figures illustrated by two embodiments, without this to be limited.
- the face cutting machine 1 shown in FIG. 1 has one Stand 2 with table 3 and one each above the table extending portal frame 4.
- the table 3 is used for recording of the material to be cut in cuboid form on the Table surface 6, which extends perpendicular to the sheet plane.
- the good to be cut is in particular a pile of snowy goods formed from leaves. The good to be cut is not shown in the figure.
