Definitions
- the invention relates to an evergreen box as an alternative to fixed cardboard boxes. Such boxes are used for packaging of chocolates and other comparatively high quality Sweets.
- the manufactured in the manufacturing company of a folding box Boxes become a spatial structure for each Customers, i.e. sent to the filling company.
- Slip-up boxes regularly have a polygonal layout. A lying flat Shipping of the blanks for one Foldable box is not due to its construction possible.
- a generic folding box is from the US-A-2 077 174 previously known.
- the folding box has one pot-like cover part, on the other hand, in diameter slightly smaller, also pot-like bottom part can be.
- Bottom part and cover part each have one belt-like coat part.
- the cover part has a cover plate, the circumference several, spaced apart Has bending tabs. Even the belt-like part of the jacket, the together with the lid forms the lid part its edge facing the cover plate has several cantilevered edges Bending tabs that are also spaced apart.
- the invention is based on this prior art the task, an economically improved, Specify folding case that is as visually appealing as possible.
- the base surface is or cover surface like a hat brim.
- the base surface is or cover surface like a hat brim.
- an inverted folding box with at least partially rounded floor plan As a very essential The possibility also proves to be advantageous in the floor plan to be able to produce round boxes. In all cases the previously known, optically disturbing slots in the transition area of the jacket part and cover plate or base plate unavailable.
- the jacket part of the slip box according to the invention can either in the manufacturing company or at the customer's collar to be brought. That means that the jacket part on its opposite two ends with a locking device can be equipped that allows to connect the two ends firmly.
- An embodiment such a locking device is characteristic in the subclaims and in the exemplary embodiments specified.
- the arcuate outline shape of the slip box already mentioned and the related arcuate "bending shape" of the jacket part can be by one in the jacket part Make the cross grooves that are attached much easier. Thereby is the danger that surface parts of the jacket part bulge, practically no longer available.
- the jacket part can be blunt to the bottom part respectively Bump the lid part, but it is also possible that the bottom part or the cover part butt against the jacket part triggers. This allows the cover part or Bottom part in the manner of an eaves from the jacket part stand out, on the other hand, the jacket part as in enclose the lid part or base part of an attic.
- the bottom part and the cover part is also easily formed in two layers will.
- the flaps of the collar part can then the top layer of the bottom part and the lid part are visually appealing enclose. This can result in very rigid flat surfaces Formations are made.
- the folding box 10 shown in Fig. 1 consists of a cover part 12 and a base part 14.
- the cover part 12 has a flat cover 16 and a framing same Jacket 18.
- the bottom part is similar 14 built. This has a flat bottom 20 and also a jacket 22 which frames the bottom 20.
- Both cover part 12 and bottom part 14 are in plan octagonal.
- the cover part 12 is in diameter slightly larger than the bottom part 14, so that it is from above on the Bottom part 14 can be pushed.
- In the compound Condition is the jacket 18 of the cover part 12 from the outside the jacket 22 of the bottom part 14.
- Fig. 2 the items are shown, from which the Cover part 12 and the bottom part 14 are assembled. While the cover 16 made of a single-layer flat material there are 20 side areas on the bottom in the form of envelope flaps 24, 26 turned up on the floor 20 and attached there. This makes the side edge of the bottom 20 formed in the form of a bending edge 28. It means that the bending edge 28 and thus the visible side surface of the Soil 20 is formed in material as well as the surface area of the bottom 20. In contrast, with the lid 16 the side edge in the form of a cutting line 30. That is why it is not visually disturbing and impaired not the appearance of the cover part 12, since the cover 16 butt against the inside of the jacket 18, as shown in FIG. 1 clarifies. The cutting line 30 is therefore on the cover part 12 not recognizable. In contrast, the bottom part is 14 the side edge of the bottom 20, which is in the form of the bending edge 28 is trained to see optically.
- the jacket parts 18, 22 are made from a one-piece blank produced.
- the two cuts 32, 34, which the jacket 18, 22 form, are shown in section in Fig. 3.
- a further bending edge 50 lies on the surface part 48 a tab part 52 in one piece.
- This tab part 52 forms the support for the cover 16. Since the bending edge 50 of the tab part 52 is lower in cross section than that Bending edge 42, the cover 16 butts against the flat part 44 (Fig. 3).
- the blank 34 which forms the jacket 22, is also a central surface part 60 is present, on the one hand via a bending line 62 a surface part 64 and on the other hand over a bending line 66 each appends a surface part 68.
- a comparable to the cut 32 arises, however upside down cross-sectional shape.
- On the inner surface part 68 hangs over a bending edge 70 a tab part 72, the similar to the tab part 52 in the blank 32 a support for the floor 20 forms. Since the bending edge 70 of this tab part 72 is at the same height as the bending line 62, the bottom 20 can both on the tab part 72 and on of the bending line 62.
- the jacket 22 can therefore be fully Sit on the edge area of the base 20 (FIG. 3).
- the coat 22 sits on the envelope flaps 24 and 26 of the bottom 20.
- the bending edge 28 of the base 20 is visible from the side Cross section are both in the jacket 22 and in the lid 16 no optically unsightly cut lines, such as the section line 30, visible.
- Both the jacket 18 and the jacket 22, on the one hand frame the lid 16, on the other hand circumferentially the bottom 20, are each made from a one-piece blank.
- 4 is the blank 32 for the jacket 18 in Area of mutual attachment of its two ends shown in perspective.
- the last one is in the middle Surface parts 40.1 have a tab 71 on the end face, which is integral with the flat part via a bending edge 73 40.1 is connected (Fig. 5).
- the one opposite the bending edge 73 free edge 74 of the tab 71 is in its middle Area around a cutout 76 so that the edge 74 has a U-shaped plan shape in its central region.
- the tab 71 is on the inside of the Covered area 40.1 and glued there. Subsequently the surface part 44.1 is turned inwards and then the opposite surface part 48.1 on the Covered part 44.1 and glued there. That on then the tab part 52.1 attached to the flat part 48.1 stands approximately perpendicularly from the surface part 48.1.
- the tab part 52.1 attached to the flat part 48.1 stands approximately perpendicularly from the surface part 48.1.
- the end of the jacket 18 is the first on the surface part 40.8 Area part 44.8 and in turn the area part 48.8 turned over and fastened to the surface part 40.8. This one too Flat part 40.8, the tab part 52.8 is approximately at right angles away from area 48.8 inwards.
- the tongue piece 86 is then turned over onto the tab 80.
- the tab 80 is from the tab part 40.8 away from the front.
- the tab 80 is then inserted into the gap 88 inserted between the surface part 44.1 and the Area part 40.1 is present.
- the tongue piece 86 lies down with its free edge 89 against the U-shaped free edge 74 the tab 71.
- the tongue piece 86 thus abuts against the tab 71.
- tongue piece 86 and tab 71 are in the built-in State of the two surface parts 40.1, 40.8 in the same Level.
- the displacement of the tongue piece 86 in the tab 71 is illustrated in FIG. 4 by arrow 92.
- the blank 32 for the jacket 18 is shown in FIG. 6.
- the tab 71 On the face part 40.1 hangs on the end face via a bending edge 73, the tab 71 with its U-shaped in the central region molded free edge 74. On the opposite The side lies on the last surface part 40.8 over the bending edge 82 the tab 80 in one piece. Hangs on the tab 80 the tongue piece 86 in one piece via the bending edge 84.
- An adhesive layer 90 is present on each of the surface parts 48.
- An adhesive layer 93 is also applied to the tab 71.
- the blank 32 first flap 71 flipped onto surface part 40.1 and attached there by means of the adhesive layer 93. Subsequently the lateral surface parts 44.1 to 44.8 are on the middle Area parts 40.1 to 40.8 turned over and on these Parts of the surface then again the opposite others Flat parts 48.1 to 48.8 also turned over from above and attached over the adhesive layers 90.
- the cut 32 is then formed into the jacket 18, as can be seen in FIG. 4 is. Then the two surface parts 40.1, 40.8 are put together, as already described above is. Subsequent placement of the cover 16 results the cover part 12.
- the base part 14 is produced in a comparable manner.
- envelope flaps are used from the outside 24, 26 glued to the floor surface and then only the jacket 22 put on, as already mentioned above described and can be seen in Figures 2 and 3.
- the cover part 12a shown in FIG. 7 and the bottom part 14a are triangular in plan, with one-sided curved Outer wall.
- the construction is similar to the one above specified for the cover part 12 and the bottom part 14.
- the cover part 12a has a cover 16a, one has central cutout 96, which is optically transparent Slide 98 is closed. This is the inside the corresponding folding box in the closed state recognizable through the lid.
- the side frame framing the cover part 12a and bottom part 14a Sheath 18a or 22a is composed of three Coats together, of which the coat in area B (Fig. 8) has a transverse creasing 100.
- the transverse creasing 100 consists of parallel spaced apart transverse grooves 102 that the surface parts 68a are present, which are the surface parts 68 of the jacket 22 (Fig. 3) correspond. These parts of the area 68a hang over a bending line 66a on central surface parts 60a.
- the surface part 68a with its transverse grooves 102 is included available in one piece. Overhang on the surface part 68a a bending edge 70a several tab parts 72a.
- the transverse grooves 102 and 102.1 are included their domed, domed curvature on the inside of the bottom part 14a and thus on the inside of the jacket 22a present (Fig. 10).
- the visible outside of the jacket 22a is formed by the surface part 60a.
- the cross grooves 102 and 102.1 are therefore not visible from the outside.
- the line or strip-like protrusions of the transverse creasing 100 can be seen.
- Areas C and D are the blank shapes of the two coats there comparable to that in Fig. 6 cut shape shown.
- the closure of the three coats 22a takes place here For example, in the area of the three corners and thus each in the joint area between areas B, C and D. Die for example, bending edge 106 between areas C and D. corresponds in effect to the bending edge 82 of the casing 18 (Fig. 4).
- the bottom part 14b shown in FIG. 11 differs in particular of the box shapes described above due to its partially negative shape for its coat 18b. So is the one opposite to the tip 110 of the heart shape Arching an inward tip 112 available. In the area of this tip 112 has the circumferential Sheath 18b has an inward curvature. This Arching is pointed in the present case. Instead of which could have a positive peak 110 and a negative peak 112 with other shapes also several tips 110 and / or 112 be trained. In this way, largely any Outlines of boxes are created.
- the jacket 18b the cutting of which is shown schematically in FIG. 12 has the closure described above, that of an upper flap 80b with an attached tongue part 86b and an opposite one, a convex edge 74b has tab portion 71b.
- the index b should make it clear that the shape of the individual parts is not the same area to the corresponding parts, for example accordingly Fig.9, is formed.
- the transverse grooves 102 are shown in FIG the sheet underside is embossed into the surface parts 68b, so that the dome-like in the plan view shown in Fig. 12 Curvatures of these grooves 102 can be seen.
- flap parts 72b Between the two surface parts 64b and the in relation to the middle bending line 66b is adjacent flap parts 72b a gap 114, 116 is present in each case. These two columns 114, 116 serve the negative shown in Fig. 11 To be able to train tip 112. This prevents it as planned existing gap 114 that on the inside of the jacket Tear open surface parts 68b in the area of the negative tip 112. In the area of the negative tip 112, the inner layer of the coat overstretched. On the outside this tip 112 the outer layer is kinked by what stamping the bend line 66b between the surface parts 60b elegantly.
- the bottom part 14b shown in FIG. 11 can be provided with a corresponding one Cover part to be closed.
- This lid part would be then slightly larger in size than the base part, to enable mutual interlocking.
- Of the interior enclosed by the jacket 18b can be covered with a Bottom 20 or cover 16 are filled.
- This floor or The lid can then be glued to the tab parts 72b, so as this schematically with the tab parts 52 and 72 in Fig. 3 is shown.
- the largely contoured bottom part or The lid part can contain one or more coats.
- Several Coats can offer a longer outline to the individual coat not to be too long.
- Several coats can then be plugged together so that several Closures distributed circumferentially on the corresponding Bottom or lid part would be present.
