Definitions
- the present invention relates to a folding box for Storage, transport and presentation of goods, in particular of cosmetic or pharmaceutical products, with a convexly curved first wall element, an oppositely convex arched over a Folding line connected to the first wall element second Wall element, one corresponding to the curvature of the wall elements trained lid unit connected via a folding line and one corresponding to the curvature of the wall elements trained floor unit connected via a fold line.
- the present invention has the object or technical problem, a folding box at the beginning mentioned type so that a visually appealing Form can be implemented, simple manufacture high stability can be guaranteed easy positioning and decoration inside of shelves is possible.
- the folding box should unfolded in the simplest possible way and with Products can be filled.
- the folding box according to the invention is characterized by the features of independent claim 1. Advantageous configurations and further training are the subject of the dependent Expectations.
- the folding box according to the invention is accordingly distinguished characterized in that one over a parallel to the first fold line arranged second fold line connected first outer wall element is present, one over a parallel to the first Fold line arranged third fold line connected second outer wall element is present, the first outer wall element outside on the first wall element and the second Outside wall element on the outside of the second wall element folded and fastened there and the top and bottom Edge of the first outer wall element and / or the second Outer wall element runs straight.
- the invention Folding box high stability.
- the oval surface can due to the straight edge of the outer wall elements as Stand space can be used. So is a problem Positioning and decorating the folding box according to the invention with content on a store shelf or one other presentation area even when standing possible.
- a particularly preferred embodiment is another Increases the stability of the folding box is characterized in that the base unit has a first and has a second bottom folding element, each over the curved fold line to the first wall element or the second wall element is connected and one of the two Bottom folding elements have a substantially central fold line owns that in the area of the bottom folding element is folded inside, and the area folded in with the inside of the opposite bottom folding element is connected at least in certain areas, so that when Making the final folded form of the folding box Floor unit automatically unfolds and a double floor represents.
- the Design the folding box so that in the bottom edge area of the first and / or the second outer wall element via a Folding line is connected to a wall reinforcement tab is attached on the inside to the associated outer wall elements.
- first and / or the second lid folding element at least has a tab
- first lid folding element and / or the second lid folding element is preferred have at least one tab
- Providing a clearly defined stand area preferred embodiment is characterized by that in the unfolded state of the folding box the upper one and / or lower edge of the first outer wall element or second outer wall element via the cover unit or Floor unit protrudes. Due to this feature, the Bottom unit or lid unit set back inside, what also has a positive impact on design quality.
- a particularly preferred embodiment is distinguished characterized in that the first wall element and / or the second Wall element have at least one recess. Will the Recesses are arranged one above the other, at least the representation of the inside of the folding box in some areas located product possible.
- the folding box according to the invention is designed so that it is first pre-folded into a flat state and in this pre-folded flat state to the filling location is spent.
- this flat state of transport it is first wall element folded onto the second wall element, wherein the two bottom folding elements already have an adhesive connection are connected to each other in certain areas.
- the wall reinforcement tabs are also folded inwards and on glued the inside of the outer wall elements.
- the outer wall elements are in turn on the outside of the corresponding Folded wall elements, the second outer wall element is glued on the entire wall to the second wall element.
- a folding box 10 has an elongated first wall element 12 to which a second line 20 is folded Wall element 14 is integrally formed. On the second wall element 14 is over a second fold line 22 that is parallel to the first Fold line 20 is arranged, a first outer wall element 16 connected. To the first outer wall element 16 is over a third fold line 24, which is also parallel to the fold line 20 is arranged, a second outer wall element 18 formed.
- the two outer wall elements 16 and 18 have an essentially rectangular contour with a height, which runs over the entire height of the folding box 10.
- a base unit 40 is integrally formed, the base unit 40 from one to the first via a curved fold line 44
- Wall element 12 integrally formed bottom folding element 42.1 and one via a curved fold line 44 to the second wall element 14 formed bottom folding element 42.2.
- the two Floor folding elements 42.1, 42.2 have an oval shape Outer contour, which on the curvatures of the wall elements 12, 14th or outer wall elements 16, 18 in the unfolded state is adjusted.
- the bottom folding element 42.2 has in its axis of symmetry one essentially parallel to the lower edge Fold line 46, creating an area 47 on the bottom folding element 42.2 arises that can be folded inwards. This Area 47 also has an adhesive surface 48.
- a lid folding element in each case via a curved fold line 34 32.1 or 32.2 formed, which together form the lid unit 30 form.
- the lid folding element 32.1 has in its middle outer area is over a fold line 35 connected semicircular clip 36.1.
- the Lid folding element 32.2 has in its central area a semicircular recess 38 and in the subsequent outer edge area on both sides one over a fold line 33 molded plug-in tab 36.2.
- each a wall reinforcement tab 50 with a convex curved outer contour In the lower edge area of the first outer wall element 16 and of the second outer wall element 18 is over a fold line 54 each a wall reinforcement tab 50 with a convex curved outer contour. Both wall reinforcement tabs 50 have an adhesive surface 52, so that after turned inside and with the inside of the first outer wall element 16 or the second outer wall element 18 can be glued. In addition, both have wall reinforcement tabs arranged in a grid perpendicular to Scoring 56 running at the lower edge.
- the second wall element 14 has in the edge region towards the second fold line 22 a strip-shaped adhesive surface 62 on.
- the non-visible adhesive surfaces 52 are shown with dashed lines.
- the folding box 10 be pre-folded into a flat shape. In this condition it can be brought to the place of filling.
- the pre-folding process proceeds as follows. First, the inner area 47 of the bottom fold element 42.2 inwards, d. H. 1 away from the viewer fold line 46 folded. After that, the first wall element according to arrow direction I around the first fold line 20 the second wall element 14 folded, causing the adhesive surface 48 with the inside of the bottom folding element 42.1 combines. At the same time, the wall reinforcement tabs 50 inside, d. H. away from the viewer along their Folded lines 54 folded and with the inside of the corresponding outer wall elements 16 and 18 glued. In this state, the outer wall elements 16, 18 on the Wall elements 12, 14 folded (arrow II). Here comes the Inside of the first outer wall element 16 on the outside of the first wall element 12 for contact. The inside of the second outer wall element 18 comes with the outside of the second wall element 14 also to the plant, wherein at the same time a connection of the second outer wall element 18 with the second wall element 14 via the adhesive surface 62 he follows.
- the folding box 10 is located in a flat folded state, which is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is.
- To unfold the folding box 10 is on the opposite outer edges of the flat folding box 10 2 in the direction of arrow P exerted pressure, whereby the wall elements 12, 14, 16, 18 arch convexly outwards and the floor unit 40 automatically sets up.
- the Folding box 10 are filled.
- the lid folding element 32.1 after Fold over its tab 36.1 also inside folded over and you get that in Fig. 5 in cross section shown folding state or in Fig. 6 schematically in a folded state shown in perspective.
- the edge contours of the outer wall elements 16 and 18 are geometrically designed so that it over the floor unit 40th or cover unit 30 protrude in the unfolded state.
