Claims (11)
- Faltschachtel (10) zur Aufbewahrung und zum Transport von Waren, insbesondere Kosmetika, miteinem Packungsmantel miteinem äußeren Vorderwandelement (12),einem Rückwandelement (14),einem inneren Vorderwandelement (16)einem zwischen dem äußeren Vorderwandelement (12) und dem Rückwandelement (14) bzw. dem Rückwandelement (14) und dem inneren Vorderwandelement (16) jeweils vorhandenen Seitenwandelement (18), das über Randfaltlinien (24) an die angrenzenden Elemente angeschlossen ist,einer über eine Faltlinie (22) angeschlossener Deckeleinheit (28) undeiner über eine Faltlinie (20) angeschlossene Bodeneinheit (30),
im Bereich zwischen den Randfaltlinien (24) eines und/oder beider Seitenwandelemente (18) zumindest mehrere parallel zu den Randfaltlinien (24) verlaufende Konturfaltlinien (26) vorhanden sind, so daß die Querschnittskontur des Seitenwandelements (18) einer nach außen konvex gekrümmten Querschnittskontur angepaßt ist,die Bodeneinheit (30) eine ersten Bodenlasche (30.1) besitzt, die an das innere Vorderwandelement (16) angeformt ist und eine zweite Bodenlasche (30.2) besitzt, die an das Rückwandelement (14) angeformt ist unddie erste Bodenlasche (30.1) eine Faltlinie (34) besitzt, so daß die Bodenlasche (30.1) einen inneren Laschenbereich (32.1.) und einen äußeren Laschenbereich (32.2) aufweist, wobei der innere Laschenbereich (32.1) nach innen gefaltet ist und der äußere Laschenbereich (32.2) um 360° (Altgrad) nach außen gefaltet ist und der äußere Laschenbereich (32.2) mit der zweiten Bodenlasche (30.2) verbunden ist oder umgekehrt die zweite Bodenlasche (30.2) eine Faltlinie mit entsprechender Faltung besitzt und mit der ersten Bodenlasche (30.1) verbunden ist. - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Bodeneinheit (30) mit ihren Bodenlaschen (30.1, 30.2) jeweils seitlich eine im wesentlichen der konvexen Faltung der Seitenwandelemente (18) entsprechende konvexe Außenkontur besitzt. - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Deckeleinheit (28) eine erste Deckellasche (28.1) besitzt, die an das Rückwandelement (14) angeformt ist und eine zweite Deckellasche (28.2) besitzt, die an das äußere Vorderwandelement (12) angeformt ist. - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Deckeleinheit (28) mit ihren Deckellaschen (28.1, 28.2) seitlich eine im wesentlichen entsprechend der konvexen Faltung der Seitenwandelemente (18) konvexe Außenkontur besitzt. - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Bodenlaschen (30.1, 30.2) jeweils über eine nach innen über die Faltlinie (20) gefaltete Zwischenlasche (40) mit einer Faltlinie (42) an das innere Vorderwandelement (16) bzw. das Rückwandelement (14) angeschlossen sind. - Faltschachtel nach einem der Ansprüchen 3 oder 4
dadurch gekenzeichnet, daß
die Deckellaschen (28.1, 28.2) jeweils über eine nach innen über die Faltlinie (22) gefaltete Zwischenlasche (60) mit einer Faltlinie (62) an das Rückwandelement (14) bzw. das äußere Vorderwandelement (12) angeschlossen sind - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anzahl der Konturfaltlinien (26) in jedem Seitenwandelement (18) ungerade ist, insbesondere fünf beträgt. - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
an die erste Bodenlasche (30.1) außenseitig über eine Faltlinie (44) eine Einstecklasche (46) angeformt ist, die bei aufgerichteter Faltschachtel (10) in eine Ausnehmung (48) eingreift, die an der inneren Vorderwand (16) vorhanden ist und im wesentlichen die Kontur der Einstecklasche (46) besitzt. - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
an die zweite Bodenlasche (30.2) außenseitig eine Vorsprungeinheit 49 angeformt ist, die bei aufgerichteter Faltschachtel (10) in eine in der Faltlinie (44) der Einstecklasche (46) vorhandene schlitzförmige Ausnehmung (50) eingreift. - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die nach innen gefalteten Zwischenlaschen (40) an das innere Vorderwandelement (16) bzw. an das Rückwandelement (14) angeklebt sind. - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Außenwandung des inneren Vorderwandelement (16) mit der Innenwandung des äußeren Vorderwandelements (12) verklebt ist.
