Claims (14)
- Faltschachtel (10.1, 10.2) miteiner Bodeneinheit,einer Deckeleinheit undeiner zwischen Bodeneinheit und Deckeleinheit vorhandenen Seitenwandeinheit,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassuntere Seitenwandelemente (20) vorhanden sind, die jeweils über eine erste Faltlinie (12) miteinander verbunden sind,an jedes Seitenwandelement (20) über eine untere Randfaltlinie (14) eine Bodenlasche (16) angeformt ist,an jedes Seitenwandelement (20) oberseitig eine Biegelasche (18) angeformt ist,an die Biegelasche (18) oberseitig über eine Innenfaltlinie (22) eine Deckelfaltlasche (24) angeformt ist,an die Deckelfaltlasche (24) über eine obere Randfaltlinie (26) ein oberes Seitenwandelement (30) angeformt ist,die oberen Seitenwandelemente (30) jeweils über eine zweite Faltlinie (28) miteinander verbunden sind,wobei die erste Faltlinie (12) und die zweite Faltlinie (28) auf einer gemeinsamen gedachten Geraden (42) liegen und im gefalteten Zustand der Faltschachtel (10)-- die oberen Seitenwandelemente (30) um ihre obere Randfaltlinie (26) nach außen umgefaltet sind und-- die oberen Seitenwandelemente (30) von oben her bereichsweise auf die unteren Seitenwandelemente (20) aufgeschoben sind, wodurch die Biegelaschen (18) konvex nach innen gekrümmt sind, die Deckelfaltlaschen (24) aufgefaltet sind und bereichsweise hintergreifend die Deckeleinheit der Faltschachtel (10) bilden. - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite (B1) des unteren Seitenwandelements (20) im Wesentlichen der Breite (B2) des oberen Seitenwandelements (30) entspricht,die obere Randfaltlinie (26) parallel zur Innenfaltlinie (22) angeordnet ist,die Höhe (H1) der Deckelfaltlasche (24), das heißt der Abstand zwischen der Innenfaltlinie (22) und der oberen Randfaltlinie (26), kleiner als oder gleich wie der Abstand zweier im gefalteten Zustand der Faltschachtel (10.1, 10.2) gegenüberliegenden Seitenwandelemente (30) ist,die Deckelfaltlasche (24) und die Biegelasche (18) im Wesentlichen eine trapezförmige Kontur mit gemeinsamer Innenfaltlinie (22) aufweisen. - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenfaltlinie (22) in einem Abstand (A) zu der gedachten gemeinsamen Geraden (42) beginnt, der im Wesentlichen der halben Breite (B2) des oberen Seitenwandelements (30) entspricht. - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 2 und/oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge (H3) der Biegelasche (18), das heißt der Abstand zwischen der Anformung an das untere Seitenwandelement (20) und der Innenfaltlinie (22), so groß ist, dass im gefalteten Zustand der Faltschachtel, das heißt bei konvex nach innen gekrümmter Biegelasche (18), die senkrecht auf das obere Seitenwandelement (30) projizierte Höhe (H3') der Biegelasche (18) kleiner ist als die Höhe (H2) des oberen Seitenwandelements (30). - Faltschachtel (10.1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden, Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberen und unteren Seitenwandelemente (20, 30) in gefaltetem Zustand eine quadratische Außenquerschnittskontur bilden. - Faltschachtel (10.1) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberen und unteren Seitenwandelemente (20, 30) in gefaltetem Zustand eine Außenquerschnittskontur entsprechend einem gleichseitigen Polygon, insbesondere Sechseck, bilden. - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Biegelasche (18) parallel zur Innenfaltlinie (22) angeformte Prägelinien (32) besitzt. - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Außenrand (36) der Biegelasche (18) eine konvex gekrümmte Außenkontur besitzt. - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche oder nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils zwei benachbarte Bodenlaschen (16.1, 16.2) über eine Klebelasche (38.1, 38.2) miteinander verbunden sind, derart, dass sie sich beim Auffalten der Seitenwandelemente (20, 30) automatisch auffalten und zwischen zwei Paaren benachbarter Bodenlaschen (16.2) mit Klebelasche (38.2) an ein unteres Seitenwandelement (20) eine Bodenkonturlasche (72) angeformt ist, deren Außenkontur geringfügig kleiner ist als die polygonale Innenkontur der Faltschachtel. - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenlaschen (16.1) sich im gefalteten Zustand hintergreifen und die Bodeneinheit bilden. - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 9 und/oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenkonturlasche (72) doppelwandig ausgebildet ist. - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenkonturlasche (72) innenseitig bereichsweise auf den Bodenlaschen (16.2) mit Klebelasche (38.2) aufliegt. - Faltschachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an ein unteres Seitenwandelement (20) eine Bodenstützlasche (74) angeformt ist, die außenseitig mit der Bodenkonturlasche (72) bereichsweise verbunden ist und im aufgefalteten Zustand der Faltschachtel zusammen mit den Bodenlaschen (16.2) mit Klebelasche (38.2) im Wesentlichen diesselbe Kontur wie die Bodenkonturlasche (72) bildet. - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faltschachtel aus einem einstückigen Kartonzuschnitt gebildet ist.
