Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Faltschachtel zur Verpackung von wenigstens einem Produkt, wobei die Faltschachtel (100) aus einem Zuschnitt hergestellt ist. Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine Faltschachtel und einen Zuschnitt dafür zu schaffen, mit dem ein Produkt im Inneren der Faltschachtel gegen Bewegungen und damit gegen Beschädigungen gesichert ist, ohne dass ein zusätzliches Verpacken des Produkts erfolgen muss. Gleichzeitig soll der Innenraum der Faltschachtel über eine Zuschnittanpassung einfach auf unterschiedliche Produkte anpassbar sein. Der der Faltschachtel dabei zugrunde liegende Zuschnitt soll gleichzeitig bogenoptimal ausgeführt sein. Des Weiteren soll die Faltschachtel für Schüttgüter einsetzbar sein. Gelöst wird die Aufgabe dadurch, dass der Zuschnitt wenigstens ein Element (120) aufweist, das den von den Außenwänden (11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 17') umgebenen Raum der Faltschachtel (100) in wenigstens zwei getrennte Bereiche aufteilt.

Description

    Technisches Gebiet
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Faltschachtel zur Verpackung von wenigstens einem Produkt, wobei die Faltschachtel aus einem Zuschnitt hergestellt ist.
    • Stand der Technik
  • Faltschachteln zur Verpackung von Produkten sind bekannt. Sie werden aus einem Zuschnitt hergestellt und weisen häufig eine quaderförmige Form auf. In ihnen werden Produkte zum Verkauf verpackt. Häufiges Problem bei diesen Faltschachteln ist, dass das Produkt im Inneren der Faltschachtel gegen Bewegung gesichert werden muss, damit das Produkt beispielsweise beim Transport nicht beschädigt wird. Dieses erfolgt durch zusätzliches Einpacken des Produkts, was zusätzliche Produktionsschritte erforderlich macht, und damit die Kosten des Produkts erhöht. Problematisch ist auch, dass häufig Eurolöcher an der Faltschachtel vorgesehen sind, durch die, sofern sie durch den Innenraum der Faltschachtel gehen, das Produkt verschmutzen kann. Auch kann eine Faltschachtel bei derartigen Eurolöchern nicht mit Schüttgütern bestückt werden.
    • Darstellung der Erfindung
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine Faltschachtel und einen Zuschnitt dafür zu schaffen, mit dem ein Produkt im Inneren der Faltschachtel gegen Bewegungen und damit gegen Beschädigungen gesichert ist, ohne dass ein zusätzliches Verpacken des Produkts erfolgen muss. Gleichzeitig soll der Innenraum der Faltschachtel über eine Zuschnittanpassung einfach auf unterschiedliche Produkte anpassbar sein. Der der Faltschachtel dabei zugrunde liegende Zuschnitt soll gleichzeitig bogenoptimal ausgeführt sein. Des Weiteren soll die Faltschachtel für Schüttgüter einsetzbar sein.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die im Anspruch 1 genannten Merkmale gelöst.
  • Danach weist der Zuschnitt der erfindungsgemäßen Faltschachtel wenigstens ein Element auf, das den von der Außenwandfläche umgebenen Raum der Faltschachtel in wenigstens zwei getrennte Bereiche aufteilt, wobei es sich bei dem Element gemäß Anspruch 7 um ein Füllstück handelt, das im oberen Bereich oder im unteren Bereich oder im oberen und im unteren Bereich und zwar sowohl an der schmalen Seite oder der breiten Seite der Faltschachtel ausgebildet sein kann.
  • Vorteilhaft bei der Ausführung gemäß Anspruch 1 und vorteilhafter Weise Anspruch 7 ist, dass das Produkt ohne Zusatzverpackung in der Faltschachtel gesichert wird und die Zuschnittgeometrie bogenoptimal ausgeführt ist. Durch die getrennten Bereiche wird eine Produktverschmutzung durch die Eurolöcher vermieden. Das Füllstück, welches auch nur am Boden der Faltschachtel angebracht sein kann, dient nicht nur zur Sicherung des Produktgutes, sondern kann auch noch einen Podesteffekt haben, so dass das Produkt erhöht wird und somit z. B. in ein Sichtfenster in der Faltschachtelwand gehoben wird. Das Füllstück erfüllt somit auch noch einen präsentativen Zweck.
  • Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
  • Durch die in Anspruch 2 genannte Ausführung wird auf einfache Weise durch die Trennwand eine Bereichstrennung durchgeführt.
  • Die in Anspruch 3, 5 und 6 darstellte Ausführung ermöglicht auf einfache Weise eine sichere Anordnung der Trennwand und insbesondere des Elements selbst innerhalb der Faltschachtel.
  • Die Auslegung des Elements ermöglicht auf einfache Weise die Umsetzung der Forderung des Anspruchs 4.

    Ausführung der Erfindung
  • Nachfolgend wird die erfindungsgemäße Faltschachtel beispielhaft und detailliert Anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels beschrieben. In den unterschiedlichen Figuren ist Gleiches stets mit denselben Bezugszeichen versehen, weswegen diese in der Regel auch nur einmal beschrieben werden.
  • Ein erstes bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel ist dargestellt in den Fig. 1 bis Fig. 3. Ein weiteres bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel ist dargestellt in den Fig. 4 bis Fig. 6.
  • Ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Faltschachtel 100 ist in Fig. 1 als Zuschnitt 10 dieser Faltschachtel 100 dargestellt. Bei der Faltschachtel 100, 100' handelt es sich um einen längliche quaderförmige Verpackung. Die Faltschachtel 100, 100' weist im Bereich ihres oberen Endes so genannte Eurolöcher 30 auf, durch die eine Präsentation im Geschäft auf Displaywänden möglich ist.
  • Der Zuschnitt 10 der Faltschachtel 100 weist sich vertikal erstreckende Hauptwände 11 bis 14 auf. Es handelt sich dabei um eine linke Seitenwand 11, eine Rückwand 12, eine rechte Seitenwand 13 und eine Front 14. Die Wände sind jeweils an ihren längeren Seiten über Falzkanten A1 bis A3 mit einander verbunden. An der Front 14 ist an der der rechten Seitenwand 13 gegenüberliegenden Seite eine Frontlasche 15 vorgesehen, die mit der Front 14 über eine Falzkante A4 verbunden ist. Front 14 und Rückwand 12 weisen jeweils eine Euroöffnung 30 auf.
  • An den kürzeren Seiten der Rückwand 12 sind jeweils Boden 17 und Deckel 17' angeordnet, wobei diese mit einander über die Falzkanten B, B' verbunden sind. Die rechte und die linke Seite 11 und 13 weisen an ihren jeweiligen kürzeren Enden Seitenlaschen 16, 16', 18, 18' auf, die mit den Seitenwänden ebenfalls über die Falzkanten B, B' verbunden sind.
  • Der Deckel 17' bzw. der Boden 17 weisen jeweils an der der Rückwand 12 gegenüberliegenden Seite eine Lasche 19, 19' auf, die mit dem Boden/Deckel 17, 17' über die Falzkante C, C' miteinander verbunden sind. Die Deckellasche 19 weist analog zum Euroloch 30 der Front 14 eine mit dem Euroloch 30 abschnittsweise korrespondierende Kontur 30" auf.
  • Wie aus Fig. 1 und 2 ersichtlich, sind an der kürzeren oberen Seite der Front 14 Bestandteile eines Füllstücks 20 als Element 120 für den Innenraum der Faltschachtel 100 angeordnet. Direkt mit der Front 14 ist eine Füllwandfront 21 über die Falzkante B' verbunden. Diese weist ebenfalls ein Euroloch 30' auf. An der der Verbindungsseite der Front 14 mit der Füllstückfront 21 ist eine Füllstücktrennwand 22 vorgesehen. Die Verbindung erfolgt über die Falzkante D. An den kurzen Seiten der Füllstücktrennwand 22 ist jeweils eine Füllstücklasche 23, 24 vorgesehen. Die Verbindung erfolgt über die Falzkanten E, E'.
  • In Fig. 4 und 5 ist bei einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Faltschachtel 100' zusätzlich zum oberen Füllstück 20 ein weiteres unteres Füllstück 20' als Element 120', bestehend aus der Füllwandfront 21', der Füllstücktrennwand 22' und den Füllstücklaschen 23', 24', vorgesehen. Die Front 14 und die Füllwandfront 21' sind über eine Falzkante B, die Füllstücktrennwand 22' und die Füllstückfront 21' über die Falzkante D' verbunden. Die Laschen 23' und 24' sind über die Falzkanten E, E' mit der Füllstücktrennwand 22' verbunden.
  • Zur Montage der Faltschachtel 100, 100' werden die Falzkanten gebrochen, die Seiten und Laschen vorgefalzt und auf die Außenseiten der Laschen 16, 16', 18, 18', 19, 19' und 15 Klebstoff aufgebracht. Alternativ kann auch auf die Innenseite der Decke 17', des Bodens 17 und/oder jeweils einen Abschnitts der Seiten 11 und 14 Klebstoff aufgebracht werden. Zusätzlich wird auf die Innenseiten der Füllstückfront 21 und der Füllstücklaschen 23 und 24 Klebstoff aufgebracht oder wiederum alternativ auf Abschnitte der Seiten 11, 13 und 14.
  • Die linke Seite 11 wird in Pfeilrichtung um A1 aufgestellt, Decke 17' und Boden 17 werden um die Falzkante B in Pfeilrichtung aufgestellt und die linken Laschen 16, 16' mit Boden 17 und Decke 17' durch Zusammendrücken verklebt. Anschließend wird die rechte Seite 13 um die Falzkante A2 in Pfeilrichtung aufgestellt und die rechten Laschen 18, 18' mit Decke 17' und Boden 17 durch Zusammendrücken verklebt.
  • Anschließend werden die Laschen 19, 19' um die Falzkanten C, C' in Pfeilrichtung nach Innen gefaltet, so dass Sie parallel zur Rückwand 12 stehen. Darauf wird die Füllstückfront 21 um die Falzkante B' in Pfeilrichtung nach Innen auf die Rückseite der Front 14 gefaltet und durch Zusammendrücken verklebt. Die Füllstücktrennwand 22 wird in Pfeilrichtung um Falzkante D gefaltet, so dass sie Rechtwinklig zur Front 14 frei steht. Die Füllstücklaschen 23 und 24 werden in Pfeilrichtung um Falzkanten E und E' nach oben, wenn die Trennwand 22 bereits aufgerichtet ist, bzw. nach außen, wenn dieses nicht der Fall ist, gefaltet, so dass sie rechtwinklig zur Trennwand stehen. In Fig. 4 erfolgt dieses auch für die zweite Ausführungsform analog für das Füllstück 20'.
  • Anschließend wird die Front 14 um die Falzkante A3 in Pfeilrichtung auf die vorbereitete Faltschachtel 100 gefaltet und die Lasche 15 wird mit der Innenseite der linken Seitenwand 11 und die Füllstücklaschen 23, 23', 24, 24' mit den Innenseiten der Seitenwände 11 und 13 sowie die Laschen 19, 19' mit der Rückseite der Front 14 verklebt. Dadurch wird der Innenraum der Faltschachtel 100, 100' in mehrere Bereiche 40, 41, 41' unterteilt.
  • Der Zustand nach dem Herstellen der Faltschachtel vor Einfalten des Füllstücks 20 und Aufbringen der Front 14 zum Schließen der Faltschachtel 100 ist in Fig. 2 dargestellt. Fig. 3 und Fig. 5 zeigen die fertige Faltschachtel 100, 100' jeweils mit durchsichtiger Front 14. Zu sehen ist in Fig. 3 die Anordnung des einen oberen Füllstücks 20 in der Faltschachtel 100 bzw. in Fig. 5 die Anordnung des oberen Füllstücks 20 und des unteren Füllstücks 20' in der Faltschachtel 100'. Die Größe der Füllstücke 20, 20' kann durch Variieren der Höhe der Füllstückrückwand 21 erreicht werden. Dadurch lasen sich unterschiedlich große Innenbereiche 40, 41, 41' schaffen, die genau auf die zu verpackenden Produkte anpassbar sind. Es wird ein Innenbereich 40 geschaffen, der durch die Füllstücktrennwand 22 von den Eurolöchern 30, 30' getrennt ist, so dass keine Verschmutzung des Produkts durch die Eurolöcher auftreten kann.
  • Die Anordnung der Seiten 11 bis 14, 17, 17' und Laschen 15, 16, 16', 18, 18' zueinander, sowie das Aufbringen von Klebstoff für das Zusammensetzen der Faltschachtel 100, 100' auf Laschen oder Seiten und der Ablauf und die Reihenfolge des Brechens der Falzkanten A1 bis E' und des Inkontaktbringens der Laschen und Seiten zum Zusammensetzen der Faltschachtel sind vorliegend nur beispielhaft und nicht beschränkend dargestellt. Beispielsweise können die Füllstücke 20, 20' auch an einer der längeren Längsseiten der Hauptwände 11 bis 14 angeordnet sein. Claims (7)

  1. Faltschachtel zur Verpackung von wenigstens einem Produkt, wobei die Faltschachtel (100, 100') aus einem Zuschnitt (10, 10') hergestellt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuschnitt (10) wenigstens ein Element (120, 120') aufweist, das den von den Außenwänden (11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 17') umgebenen Raum der Faltschachtel (100, 100') in wenigstens zwei getrennte Bereiche (40, 41, 41') aufteilt.
  2. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (20, 20') eine Trennwand (21, 21') zu einem Produktaufnahmebereich (40) aufweist.
  3. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (20, 20') eine Front (22, 22') aufweist, wobei die Front (22, 22') mit wenigsten einer Seite (11, 12, 13, 14) der Faltschachtel (100,100') verbunden ist.
  4. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element 120, 120') so ausgelegt ist, dass das Produkt im Produktaufnahmebereich (40) im wesentlichen unbeweglich anordbar ist.
  5. Faltschachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennwand (21, 21') mit seitlichen Laschen (23, 23', 24, 24') verbunden ist.
  6. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, die Laschen (23, 23', 24, 24') die Trennwand (21, 21') an der Faltschachtel (100, 100') stabilisieren.
  7. Faltschachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Element (120, 120') um ein Füllstück (20, 20') handelt, das an der breiten Seite oder an der schmalen Seite der Faltschachtel (100, 100') ausgebildet ist.
