Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Faltschachtelzuschnitt mit entlang Faltlinien faltbaren Wandeinheiten, einer um eine Deckelfaltlinie faltbaren Deckeleinheit, einer um eine Bodenfaltlinie faltbaren Bodeneinheit, wobei der Faltschachtelzuschnitt im Transportzustand zu einer flachen Faltschachtel gefaltet ist, die zum Befüllen aufgerichtet, befüllt und mit Deckel- und Bodeneinheit verschlossen wird, wobei an der Innenwandung der Wandeinheiten eine Wellkartoneinheit anliegt, die zumindest bereichsweise mit der Innenwandung des Faltschachtelzuschnitts verbunden ist, so dass der Faltschachtelzuschnitt und die Wellkartoneinheit zum Flachfalten/ Auffalten eine einstückig handhabbare Einheit bilden und die Wellkartoneinheit nach dem Aufrichten der flach gefalteten Faltschachtel an jeder Innenwandung der Faltschachtel zumindest bereichsweise an den Wandeinheiten, insbesondere umlaufend, vorhanden ist.
- Derartige Faltschachtelzuschnitte werden unter anderem dafür eingesetzt, eine Faltschachtel zu bilden, die beispielsweise eine Parfümflasche aufnehmen kann.
- Bei den bekannten Faltschachteln ist es so, dass diese zunächst flach gefaltet beim Befüller angeliefert werden, danach aufgerichtet werden, mit der jeweiligen Parfümflasche befüllt werden. Dabei wird entweder eine Wellkartoneinheit vor dem Einbringen eines Produkts oder zusammen mit dem Produkt eingeschoben, wobei diese Wellkartoneinheit dazu dient, die Parfümflasche vor Beschädigung zu schützen. Dieses Verfahren ist sehr aufwändig und zeitintensiv, wobei es mitunter vorkommt, dass auf Grund mangelnder Toleranzen das Einschieben der Wellkartoneinheit nicht oder nur unter sehr großem Aufwand möglich ist.
- Die
DE 20 2004 010 230 U1 offenbart eine Verpackung umfassend eine Faltschachtel mit Seitenwänden, einem Deckel und einen Boden, wobei auf der Innenseite beziehungsweise der Innenwandung der Wandeinheiten eine Innenzarge, die als Wellkartoneinheit ausgebildet ist, vorhanden ist, wobei diese Innenzarge eine gebrochene Kantenausbildung aufweist, die der gebrochenen Kantenausbildung der Faltschachtel außenseitig entspricht. Die Innenzarge beziehungsweise Wellkartoneinheit kann hierbei mit dem Faltschachtelzuschnitt verklebt sein und einen gemeinsamen Zuschnitt bilden. - Die
DE 20 2009 000 529 U1 offenbart eine Faltschachtel zur Aufnahme einer Gruppe von Behältern, wobei eine Umverpackung eingesetzt wird, die innenseitig mit einer Auskleidung versehen ist. Die Umverpackung besteht bevorzugt aus Kraftkarton. Eine derartige Faltschachtel wird bevorzugt für die Verpackung von Flaschen in sogenannten "Six-Packs" eingesetzt. Die Auskleidung besteht dabei bevorzugt aus Recyclingkarton. Die Auskleidung weist Seitenwände auf, die über kurze Faltlinien miteinander verbunden sind, wobei im Längsbereich der Faltlinien zusätzliche Materialausnehmungen (Schlitze) vorhanden sind und die Abmessungen der Wände der Auskleidung im Wesentlichen den Abmessungen der Seitenwände der Umverpackung entspricht. - Die
FR 1 410 362 A - Die
US 2009/286663 A1 offenbart eine robuste Kistenkonstruktion aus Faltkarton mit einer zusätzlichen Innenlage, die eine besonders hohe Festigkeit aufweist und darauf abzielt, dass eine Vielzahl von Kisten übereinander gestapelt werden können. Es kommen auch Inneneinsätze zum Einsatz, die im Eckbereich einen Hohlraum mit der Außenwandung der Wellkartoneinheit bilden. - Ausgehend von dem genannten Stand der Technik liegt der vorliegenden Erfindung die Aufgabe beziehungsweise das technische Problem zugrunde einen Faltschachtelzuschnitt der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, der wirtschaftlich hergestellt werden kann und darüber hinaus einen problemlosen gegenüber den bekannten Lösungen zeitsparenden Handhabungs- und Befüllungsvorgang ermöglicht.
- Der erfindungsgemäße Faltschachtelzuschnitt ist durch die Merkmale des unabhängigen Anspruchs 1 gegeben. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung und Weiterbildungen sind durch die Merkmale der von dem unabhängigen Anspruch 1 abhängigen Ansprüche gegeben.
- Der erfindungsgemäße Faltschachtelzuschnitt zeichnet sich demgemäß dadurch aus, dass die Wellkartoneinheit im Längsrandbereich derjenigen Faltlinien deren angrenzende Bereiche beim Falten in den flachen Transportzustand um 180° gefaltet werden, einen in Längsrichtung verlaufenen, komprimierten Randbereich das heißt einen Randbereich mit verringerter Querschnittsdicke, aufweisen.
- Der erfindungsgemäße Faltschachtelzuschnitt ermöglicht, dass nachdem eine Auffaltung erfolgt ist, das Produkt problemlos befüllt werden kann, da die Wellkartoneinheit bereits in diesem Zustand an der Innenwandung der jeweiligen Wandeinheiten anliegt, so dass keine zusätzlichen Einschubarbeiten bezüglich der Wellkartoneinheit vorgenommen werden müssen, und somit die Faltschachtel in einem Arbeitsgang befüllt werden kann. Bisher war immer nur die Lösung, dass die Wellkartoneinheit separat in die aufgefaltete Faltschachtel vor oder mit dem Produkt eingeführt wird, was die im Stand der Technik genannten Probleme nach sich führt.
- Eine besonders bevorzugte Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Faltschachtelzuschnitts zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Wellkartoneinheit einstückig ausgebildet ist und im Bereich der von ihr überdeckten Längsfaltlinien der Wandeinheiten ebenfalls Faltlinien aufweist. Diese Ausgestaltung erlaubt eine besonders einfache und vorteilhafte Auffaltung.
- Eine besonders bevorzugte Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Faltschachtelzuschnitts zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Wellkartoneinheit über Boden- und/oder Deckel- und/oder Seitenwellkartonlascheneinheiten auch an der Innenwandung der Deckel-und Bodeneinheit anliegt, wobei die Wellkartoneinheit jeweils eine parallel über der Deckelfaltlinie beziehungsweise der Bodenfaltlinie beziehungsweise über dem oberen oder unteren Rand verlaufende Faltlinie aufweist.
- Eine hinsichtlich einer rationalen Herstellung beziehungsweise einer Faltung für den Transport in einen flachgefalteten Zustand zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Wellkartoneinheit an zumindest einer Wandeinheit fest angeschlossen, insbesondere verklebt, ist.
- Eine hinsichtlich der praktischen Auffaltung besonders vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Querschnittsdicke der Wellkartoneinheit im Bereich zwischen 1 bis 3 mm (Millimeter) liegt, und insbesondere als so genannte E- oder F-Wellentyp ausgebildet ist. Größere oder kleinere Querschnittsdicken sind problemlos möglich.
- Eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Faltschachtelzuschnitts zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass in dem Innenwandbereich, der im geschlossenen Zustand der aufgefalteten Faltschachtel benachbart zu einer eingesteckten Deckel- oder Bodenlasche angeordnet ist, kein Wellkartonmaterial der Wellkartoneinheit vorhanden ist, das heißt die Wellkartoneinheit jeweils eine nach außen offene Ausnehmung aufweist. Dadurch, dass im Bereich der Deckel- oder Bodenlasche im eingesteckten Bereich kein Wellkartonmaterial vorhanden ist, gestaltet sich der Einsteckvorgang der Boden- und Deckeleinstecklasche beim Auffaltvorgang und Verschließen besonders einfach.
- In einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung, die eine besonders wirtschaftliche Herstellung gewährleistet und gleichzeitig einen besonders einfachen Fertigungsvorgang bezüglich der Flachfaltung und der Auffaltung ermöglicht, zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die einstückige Wellkartoneinheit nur an einer einzigen Wandeinheit angeschlossen, insbesondere angeklebt, ist.
- Weitere Vorteile und Merkmale der Erfindung sind den in den Ansprüchen ferner angegebenen Merkmalen sowie den nachstehenden Ausführungsbeispielen zu entnehmen.

Der Faltschachtelzuschnitt weist eine 1. Seitenwandeinheit 12 auf, die über eine Längsfaltlinie 30 mit einer Vorderwandeinheit 14 verbunden ist, wobei die Vorderwandeinheit 14 über eine 2. Längsfaltlinie 32 mit einer 2. Seitenwandeinheit 16 verbunden ist, die 2. Seitenwandeinheit 16 über eine 3. Längsfaltlinie 34 mit einer Rückwandeinheit 18 verbunden ist und an dem freien Rand der Rückwandeinheit 18 über eine 4. Längsfaltlinie eine Längsrandklebelasche 20 angeschlossen ist.
- Die Wandeinheiten besitzen die selbe Höhe und weisen lediglich unterschiedliche Breiten auf.
- An der 1. Seitenwandeinheit 12 ist über eine obere Seitenlaschenfaltlinie 46 oberseitige eine obere Seitenlasche 26 und unterseitig über eine untere Seitenlaschenfaltlinie 48 eine untere Seitenlasche 28 angeschlossen.
- An der Vorderwandeinheit 14 ist oberseitig über eine Deckelfaltlinie 38 eine Deckeleinheit 22 angeschlossen, an deren freien Rand oberseitig über eine Deckeleinstecklaschenfaltlinie 50 eine Deckeleinstecklasche 24 angeschlossen ist.
- An die 2. Seitenwandeinheit 16 ist oberseitig über eine obere Seitenlaschenfaltlinie 46 oberseitig eine obere Seitenlasche 26 und unterseitig über eine untere Seitenlaschenfaltlinie 48 eine untere Seitenlasche 28 angeschlossen.
- An die Rückwandeinheit 18 ist unterseitig über eine Bodenfaltlinie 44 eine Bodeneinheit 40 angeschlossen, die in ihrem unteren freien Endbereich eine über eine Bodeneinstecklaschenfaltlinie 52 angeschlossene Bodeneinstecklasche 42 aufweist.
- Die Längsrandklebelasche 20 besitzt auf dem den Betrachter von
Figur 1 abgewandten Unterseite einen im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge durchgehenden Klebebereich, der dazu geeignet ist, bereichsweise mit dem Randbereich der Innenwandung der 1. Seitenwandeinheit 12 verbunden zu werden, damit eine flach gefaltete Faltschachtel erzeugt werden kann, die in einfacher Art und Weise aufgefaltet werden kann. - Der erfindungsgemäße Faltschachtelzuschnitt 10 zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass an der Innenwandung der Wandeinheiten eine Wellkartoneinheit 60 vorhanden ist, die zumindest bereichsweise mit der Innenwandung verbunden ist und so eine einstückig handhabbare Einheit zum Falten in den flachen Transportzustand und zum Falten in den aufgestellten Zustand einer Faltschachtel gewährleistet, ohne dass wie im Stand der Technik üblich, nach Auffaltung der Faltschachtel zusätzlich eine Wellkartoneinheit mit den Produkt eingeschoben werden muss. Mit anderen Worten bedeutet dies, dass der aufwändige Vorgang des zusätzlichen vorherigen Einschiebens einer Wellkartoneinheit, nachdem die Faltschachtel aufgefaltet, und anschließender Einbringung des Produkts oder das Einbringen einer Wellkartoneinheit zusammen mit dem Produkt, entfallen kann und auch die damit verbundenen Probleme nicht mehr auftreten. Es muss lediglich das Produkt noch eingebracht werden.
- Die Wellkartoneinheit 60 weist einen 1. Bereich 64 auf, der den Innenwandbereich der Vorderwandeinheit 14 bedeckt mit Ausnahme eines unterseitigen Rücksprungs H2, der geringfügig größer ist als die Höhe H1 der Bodeneinstecklasche 42. Der 1. Bereich 64 ist über eine 1. Wellkartonfaltlinie 86 mit einem 2. Bereich 66 gekoppelt, der im Wesentlichen die Fläche der 2. Seitenwandeinheit 16 aufweist. Dieser 2. Bereich 66 ist über eine Klebefläche 62 mit der Innenwandung der 2. Seitenwandeinheit 16 verbunden. Im Bereich der 2. Längsfaltlinie 32 weist die Wellkartoneinheit 60 zwischen dem 1. Bereich 64 und dem 2. Bereich 66 eine 1. Schlitzausnehmung 74 auf, die sich über weite Bereiche der 2. Längsfaltlinie 32 erstreckt, jedoch noch eine Verbindung zwischen 1. Bereich 64 und 2. Bereich 66 über die 1. Wellkartonfaltlinie 86 im oberen und unteren Randbereich gewährleistet.
- Der 2. Bereich 66 der Wellkartoneinheit 6 ist über eine 2. Wellkartonfaltlinie 88 mit einem 3. Bereich 68 der Wellkartoneinheit verbunden, wobei auch hier eine 2. geschlossene Schlitzausnehmung 76 auf Höhe der 3. Längsfaltlinie 34 vorhanden ist und der Anschluss des 3. Bereiches 68 an den 2. Bereich 66 über eine oberseitig beziehungsweise unterseitig an der Wellkartoneinheit 60 vorhandenen 2. Wellkartonfaltlinie 88 erfolgt.
- Im in
Figur 1 rechten Seitenlängsbereich des 3. Bereiches 68 der Wellkartoneinheit 60 ist eine weitere 3. geschlossene Schlitzausnehmung 68 vorhanden, die parallel zur 4. Längsfaltlinie 36 in deren unmittelbaren Nähe verläuft, wobei an den 3. Bereich 68 ein 4. Bereich 69 über eine 3. Wellkartonfaltlinie 89 angeschlossen ist. - Der 3. Bereich 68 der Wellkartoneinheit 60 weist oberseitig einen Rücksprung in der Höhe H2 im Bezug zu dem oberen Rand der Rückwandeinheit 18 auf, wobei die Höhe H2 geringfügig größer ist als die Höhe H1 der Deckeleinstecklasche 50.
- Die beschriebene Wellkartoneinheit 60 ist somit über die Klebefläche 62 einstückig mit dem Faltschachtelzuschnitt 10 verbunden, wobei deren einzelne Bereiche 64, 66, 68, 69 flächenmäßig so ausgestaltet sind, dass sie größtenteils die Innenwandung, der Vorderwandeinheit 14, auf der 1. Seitenwandeinheit 12, der Vorderwandeinheit 14, der 2. Seitenwandeinheit 16 der Rückwandeinheit 18 im gefalteten Zustand abdecken.
- Der Rücksprungbereich des 1. Bereiches 64 der Wellkartoneinheit 60 beziehungsweise des 3. Bereiches 68 der Wellkartoneinheit 60 gegenüber der freien Randkante des Faltschachtelzuschnitts H2 ist in
Figur 1 als untere Ausnehmung 72 beziehungsweise obere Ausnehmüng 70 bezeichnet. - Die geschlossenen Schlitzausnehmungen 74, 76, 78 dienen dazu, einen erleichterten Faltvorgang in den flach gefalteten Transportzustand zu gewährleisten, ohne dass der flachgefaltete Faltschachtelzuschnitt 10 eine vergrößerte Aufbauhöhe aufweist. In dieselbe Zielrichtung gehen an der Wellkartoneinheit 60 vorhandene Komprimierungsbereiche 80, 82,84, die gewährleisten, dass der Faltschachtelzuschnitt 10 im zusammen gefalteten flachen Transportzustand eine geringe Querschnittshöhe aufweist. Die komprimierten Bereiche sind dabei in einem Bereich parallel zu den Längsrändern der Wellkartoneinheit 60 angeordnet, und zwar bei den Längsrändern, die bei Faltung um 180 Grad (Transportzustand) betroffen sind. So weist der 1. Bereich 64 in
Figur 1 in seinem linken Randbereich einen 1. Komprimierungsbereich 80 auf, der auf seinem gesamten Längsrand verläuft - wie auch die übrigen Komprimierungsbereiche - und eine Querschnittsreduzierung des Faltschachtelzuschnitts 10 im flach gefalteten Transportzustand mit sich bringt. Des Weiteren ist parallel längsseitig durchgehend zu der geschlossenen 2. Schlitzausnehmung 76 , jeweils rechts und links neben der selben, ein 2. Komprimierungsbereich 82 vorhanden, der die Querschnittsdicke der Wellkartoneinheit 60 in diesem Bereich vermindert, wobei der Faltschachtelzuschnitt 10 im flach gefalteten Zustand entlang der 3. Längsfaltlinie 34 um 180 Grad gefaltet wird. - Schließlich ist in
Figur 1 rechten freien Längsrandbereich der Wellkartoneinheit 60 des 3. Bereiches 68 ein 3. Komprimierungsbereich 84 vorhanden, der im flach gefalteten Zustand des Faltschachtelzuschnitts 10 im Bereich des 1. Komprimierungsbereichs 80 beziehungsweise der 1. Längsfaltlinie 30 zur Anlage kommt, um auch hierbei eine geringe Querschnittshöhe im flach gefalteten Zustand zu ermöglichen. - Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Faltschachtelzuschnitt 10 mit einstückig handhabbarer Wellkartoneinheit 60 ist es problemlos möglich, ohne zusätzlichen Aufwand, eine Faltschachtel zu erstellen, die innenseitig umlaufend eine Wellkartoneinheit 60 zum zusätzlichen Schutz des eingebrachten Produktes ermöglicht, wobei einerseits eine Faltung im flachen Transportzustand gewährleistet ist und andererseits auf das zusätzliche Einschieben einer Wellkartoneinheit 60 verzichtet werden kann.

Figur 2 zeigt einen ersten Schritt zum Falten des Faltschachtelzuschnitts 10 in einen flachen Transportzustand. Hierzu wird die Rückwandeinheit 18 in einfacher Art und Weise um die 3. Längsfaltlinie 34 um 180 Grad umgefaltet, welcher Zustand inFigur 2 dargestellt ist. - Daran anschließend wird die 1. Seitenwandeinheit 12 um die 1. Längsfaltlinie 30 um 180 Grad umgefaltet, wobei die Innenseite der 1. Seitenwandeinheit 12 mit der an der Längswandklebelasche 20 vorhanden Klebefläche in Kontakt kommt und eine kompakt flach gefaltete Faltschachtel vorliegt (siehe
Figur 3 und4 ). - Der flach gefaltete Faltschachtelzuschnitt 10 gemäß
Figur 3 wird beim Befüller in einfacher Art und Weise aufgerichtet, zum Beispiel durch Druckausübung auf die 1. Längsfaltlinie 30 und die 3. Längsfaltlinie 34 und erreicht so den inFigur 5 und6 im Querschnitt dargestellten aufgefalteten Zustand. Danach kann in einfacher Art und Weise das zu befüllende Produkt, zum Beispiel eine Parfümflasche, eingebracht werden, welche dann aufgrund der vorhandenen Wellkartoneinheit 60 relativ geschützt gegen mechanische Beanspruchung innerhalb der Faltschachtel ist. - Die erfinderische Idee, einen Faltschachtelzuschnitt mit einer Well-kartoneinheit zu verbinden, die beim Faltvorgang einstückig handhabbar ist, um den Faltschachtelzuschnitt in einen flachen Transportzustand und in einen aufgefalteten Zustand zu falten, findet im Stand der Technik keinerlei Vorbild. Durch diese erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung wird ermöglicht, dass eine einerseits wirtschaftliche Herstellung derartiger Faltschachteln mit zusätzlichem Schutz für das zu befüllende Produkt gewährleistet wird und zusätzlich beim Befüller kostenintensive Maßnahme zum Einbringen eines derartigen Schutzes vollständig entfallen.
- In nicht dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen ist es auch möglich, die Innenwandung der Seitenwandeinheit, der Vorderwandeinheit, der Rückenwandeinheit, der Deckeleinheit oder der Bodeneinheit direkt jeweils mit separaten Wellkartoneinheiten zu verbinden, so dass auch in diesem Fall eine einstückig handhabbare Einheit entsteht.
- In den
Figuren 5 bis 10 sind drei weitere Ausführungsvarianten eines Faltschachtelzuschnitts 10.1 (Fig. 5 ,6 ), 10.2 (Fig. 9 ,10 ), 10.3 (Fig. 7 ,8 ) dargestellt. Sie unterscheiden sich von dem oben beschriebenen Faltschachtelzuschnitt darin, dass auch im gefalteten Zustand an der Innenwandung der Deckeleinheit 22 und Bodeneinheit 40 die Wellkartoneinheit 60 anliegt. Gleiche Bauteile tragen das gleiche Bezugszeichen und werden nicht nochmals erläutert. - Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß den
Fig. 5 und6 ist am 2. Bereich 66 oberseitig über eine 4. Wellkärtonfaltlinie 53 eine Seitenwellkartonlascheneinheit 58.1 angeformt, deren Länge im Wesentlichen der Breite der Deckeleinheit 22 entspricht. An dem 4. Bereich 69 ist unterseitig über eine 4. Wellkartonfaltlinie 53 eine Seitenwellkartonlascheneinheit 58.2 angeformt, die eine Länge aufweist, die der Breite der Deckeleinheit 22 entspricht. - Die zweite Ausführungsvariante gemäß den
Fig. 7 und8 weist sowohl am 2. Bereich 66 als auch am 4. Bereich 69 oberseitig über eine 5. Wellkartonfaltlinie 55 angeschlossene Seitenwellkartonlascheneinheit 59.1 beziehungsweise 59.2 auf, deren Länge etwa der halben Breite der Deckeleinheit 22 beziehungsweise der Bodeneinheit 40 entspricht. - In den
Figuren 9 und10 ist schließlich eine 3. Ausführungsvariante dargestellt, bei der im 1. Bereich 64 der Wellkartoneinheit 60 oberseitig über eine 6. Wellkartonfaltlinie 57 eine Deckelwellkartonlascheneinheit 56 angeschlossen ist, deren Fläche im Wesentlichen der Fläche der Deckeleinheit 22 entspricht. An dem 3. Bereich 68 der Wellkartoneinheit 60 ist unterseitig über eine 7. Wellkartonfaltlinie 61 eine Bodenwellkartonlascheneinheit 54 angeformt, deren Fläche im Wesentlichen der Fläche der Bodeneinheit 40 entspricht.
Claims (9)
- Faltschachtelzuschnitt (10) mit- entlang der Faltlinien (30, 32, 34, 36) faltbaren Wandeinheiten (12, 14, 16, 18),- einer um eine Deckelfaltlinie (38) faltbaren Deckeleinheit (22),- einer um eine Bodenfaltlinie (44) faltbaren Bodeneinheit (40),- wobei der Faltschachtelzuschnitt (10) im Transportzustand zu einer flachen Faltschachtel gefaltet ist, die zum Befüllen aufgerichtet, befüllt und mit Deckel- und Bodeneinheit (22, 40) verschlossen wird, wobei- an der Innenwandung der Wandeinheiten (12,14,16,18) eine Wellkartoneinheit (60) anliegt, die zumindest bereichsweise mit der Innenwandung des Faltschachtelzuschnitts (10) verbunden ist, so dass der Faltschachtelzuschnitt (10) und die Wellkartoneinheit (60) zum Flachfalten/ Auffalten eine einstückig handhabbare Einheit bilden und die Wellkartoneinheit (60) nach dem Aufrichten der flach gefalteten Faltschachtel an jeder Innenwandung der Wandeinheiten (12,14,16,18) zumindest bereichsweise an den Wandeinheiten (12,14,16,18), insbesondere umlaufend, vorhanden ist,- dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- die Wellkartoneinheit (60) im Längsrandbereich derjenigen Faltlinien (30, 34), deren angrenzende Bereiche beim Falten in den flachen Transportzustand um 180° (Altgrad) gefaltet werden, einen in Längsrichtung verlaufenden, komprimierten Randbereich (80,82,84), das heißt einen Randbereich (80,82, 84) mit verringerter Querschnittsdicke, aufweisen.
- Faltschachtelzuschnitt nach Anspruch 1,- dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- die Wellkartoneinheit (60) einstückig ausgebildet ist und im Bereich der von ihr überdeckten Längsfaltlinien (32, 34, 36) der Wandeinheiten (12, 14, 16, 18) ebenfalls Faltlinien aufweist.
- Faltschachtelzuschnitt nach Anspruch 2,- dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- die Wellkartoneinheit über Boden- und/oder Deckel- und/ oder Seitenwellkartonlascheneinheiten (54, 56, 58) auch an der Innenwandung der Deckel- und Bodeneinheit (22, 40) anliegt,- wobei die Wellkartoneinheit (60) jeweils eine parallel über der Deckelfaltlinie (38) beziehungsweise der Bodenfaltlinie (44) beziehungsweise über dem oberen oder unteren Rand verlaufende Faltlinie aufweist.
- Faltschachtelzuschnitt nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,- dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- die Wellkartoneinheit(60) an zumindest einer Wandeinheit (16) fest angeschlossen, insbesondere zumindest bereichsweise verklebt, ist.
- Faltschachtelzuschnitt nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,- dadurch gekennzeichnet sein, dass- die Querschnittsdicke der Wellkartoneinheit(60) im Bereich zwischen 1 bis 3 mm (Millimeter) liegt.
- Faltschachtelzuschnitt nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,- dadurch gekennzeicht, dass- in dem Innenwandbereich, der im geschlossenen Zustand der aufgefalteten Faltschachtel benachbart zu einer eingesteckten Deckel- oder Bodenlasche (22, 40) angeordnet ist, kein Wellkartonmaterial der Wellkartoneinheit (60) vorhanden ist, das heißt die Wellkartoneinheit (60) jeweils eine nach außen offene Ausnehmung (70, 72) aufweist.
- Faltschachtelzuschnitt nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,- dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- die einstückige Wellkartoneinheit (60) nur an einer einzigen Wandeinheit (16) angeschlossen, insbesondere angeklebt, ist.
- Faltschachtelzuschnitt nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,- dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- die Wellkartoneinheit (60) als kaschierte Welleinheit gemäß E- oder F-Typ ausgebildet ist.
- Faltschachtelzuschnitt nach Anspruch 1 bis 8,- dadurch gekennzeicht, dass- der Faltschachtelzuschnitt (10) eine erste Seitenwandeinheit(12), eine Vorderwandeinheit (14), eine zweite Seitenwandeinheit (16) und eine Rückwandeinheit (18) aufweist und die Wellkartoneinheit einen 1. Wandbereich (64) aufweist, der an der Innenwandung der Vorderwandeinheit (14) anliegt, einen anschließenden 2. Wandbereich (66) aufweist, der an der Innenwandung der 2. Seitenwandeinheit (16) angeschlossen, insbesondere verklebt, ist, einen anschließenden 3. Wandbereich (68) aufweist, der an der Innenwand der Rückwandeinheit (18) anliegt, und einen anschließenden 4. Wandbereich (69) aufweist, der im gefalteten Zustand an der Innenwandung der 1. Seitenwandeinheit (12) anliegt.
