Claims (10)
- Faltschachtel (10.1; 100) miteiner Bodeneinheit,einer Deckeleinheit undeiner zwischen Bodeneinheit und Deckeleinheit vorhandenen Seitenwandeinheit, wobeiuntere Seitenwandelemente (20; 120) vorhanden sind, die jeweils über eine erste Faltlinie (12) miteinander verbunden sind und seitlich eine erste Klebelasche (50,150) aufweisen,an jedes untere Seitenwandelement (20; 120) über eine untere Randfaltlinie (14) eine Bodenlasche (16.1; 116) angeformt ist,an jedes untere Seitenwandelement (20; 120) oberseitig, insbesondere über eine weitere Faltlinie (32,132), eine Faltlasche (18; 180) angeformt ist,an die Faltlasche (18; 180) oberseitig über eine Innenfaltlinie (22) eine Deckelfaltlasche (24) angeformt ist,an die Deckelfaltlasche (24) über eine obere Randfaltlinie (26) ein oberes Seitenwandelement (30; 130) angeformt ist,die oberen Seitenwandelemente (30; 130) jeweils über eine zweite Faltlinie (28) miteinander verbunden sind und seitlich eine zweite Klebelasche (60,160) vorhanden ist,wobei die erste Faltlinie (12) und die zweite Faltlinie (28) auf einer gemeinsamen gedachten Geraden (42) liegen und im gefalteten Zustand der Faltschachtel (10.1; 100)die Seitenwandelemente (20, 30; 120, 130) eine polygonale Umfangsstruktur bilden,die oberen Seitenwandelemente (30; 130) um ihre obere Randfaltlinie (26) nach außen umfaltbar sind unddie oberen Seitenwandelemente (30; 130) von oben her bereichsweise auf die unteren Seitenwandelemente (20; 120) aufschiebbar sind, wodurch die Faltlaschen (18; 180) nach innen gefaltet werden, die Deckelfaltlaschen (24) aufgefaltet werden und bereichsweise hintergreifend die Deckeleinheit der Faltschachtel (10.1; 100) bilden und wobei zumindest zwei im aufgefalteten Zustand gegenüberliegende obere Seitenwandelemente (30) eine zu ihrem Rand hin offene Ausnehmung (82) besitzen,
an zwei diesen oberen Seitenwandelementen (30) zugehörigen, im aufgefalteten Zustand gegenüberüberliegenden unteren Seitenwandelementen (20) links und rechts von dem oberen Anschlussbereich der Faltlasche (18) an dem Seitenwandelement (20) im Wesentlichen bereichsweise diagonal nach innen verlaufende Faltlinien (80) vorhanden sind. - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die diagonal verlaufenden Faltlinien (80) als Prägelinien ausgebildet sind. - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Ausnehmung (82) mittig am oberen Seitenrand angeordnet ist. - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die erste Klebelasche (150) und/oder die zweite Klebelasche (160) als Wandelement ausgebildet ist/sind, wobei die Umfangskontur und Fläche im Wesentlichen der Umfangskontur und der Fläche des benachbarten über eine erste Faltlinie (12) beziehungsweise zweite Faltlinie (28) angeschlossenen unteren beziehungsweise oberen Seitenwandelements (120, 130) entspricht. - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die unteren und oberen Seitenwandelemente (120, 130) als schmale Rechteckflächen ausgebildet sind, insbesondere mit sich geringfügig unterscheidenden Längen (L1, L2). - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Abstand (A1) der ersten Faltlinien (12) der unteren Seitenwandelemente (120) geringfügig kleiner ist als der Abstand (A2) der zweiten Faltlinien (28) der oberen Seitenwandelemente (130). - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die erste Klebelasche (150) diametral seitlich gegenüberliegend zur zweiten Klebelasche (160) angeordnet ist. - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie obere Randfaltlinie (26) parallel zur Innenfaltlinie (22) angeordnet ist,die Höhe (H1) der Deckelfaltlasche (24), das heißt der Abstand zwischen der Innenfaltlinie (22) und der oberen Randfaltlinie (26), kleiner als oder gleich wie der Abstand zweier im gefalteten Zustand der Faltschachtel (10.1, 100.2) gegenüberliegenden Seitenwandelemente (30) ist,die Deckelfaltlasche (24) und die Faltlasche (18) im Wesentlichen eine trapezförmige Kontur mit gemeinsamer Innenfaltlinie (22) aufweisen. - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 5 und/oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Länge (H3) der Faltlasche (18), das heißt der Abstand zwischen der Anformung an das untere Seitenwandelement (20) und der Innenfaltlinie (22), so groß ist, dass im gefalteten Zustand der Faltschachtel, das heißt bei nach innen gefalteter beziehungsweise nach innen konvex gekrümmter Faltlasche (18), die senkrecht auf das obere Seitenwandelement (30) projizierte Höhe (H3') der Biegelasche (18) kleiner ist als die Höhe (H2) des oberen Seitenwandelements (30). - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Faltschachtel aus einem einstückigen Kartonzuschnitt gebildet ist.
