Claims (7)
- Gleisgebundener Mobilkran mit einer auf dem Fahrzeugrahmen angeordneten höhenveränderbaren Tragvorrichtung, an der ein sich in Längsrichtung des Mobilkranes erstreckender, parallel zur Fahrzeuglängsachse (5) einstellbar geführter Führungsträger (8) mit daran längsverfahrbarer Laufkatze (10) eines Hubwerkes befestigt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Tragvorrichtung aus zwei an jedem Fahrzeugende (4) sich beidseitig der Fahrzeuglängsachse gegenüberliegend angeordneten, durch Querholme (7) miteinander verbunden höhenverstellbaren Säulen (6) besteht, an deren Querholmen (7) der Führungsträger (8) schräg zur Fahrzeuglängsachse (5) einstellbar geführt sowie durch die Höhenverstellbarkeit der Säulen (6) heb- und senkbar ist. - Gleisgebundener Mobilkran nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß beidseitig der Fahrzeuglängsachse (5) und in Transportstellung des Mobilkranes neben dem Führungsträger (8) je eine den Abmessungen des Führungsträgers entsprechende Führungsträgerverlängerung (12) auf dem Fahrzeugrahmen (1) abgelegt ist, die mit Hilfe des Führungsträgers (8) manipulierbar und montier- bzw. demontierbar ist. - Gleisgebundener Mobilkran nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Ablage der Führungsträgerverlängerungen (1 2) während des Transportes des Mobilkranes am Fahrzeugrahmen (1) freitragende Konsolen (1 3) vorgesehen sind, die im Bereich der Säulen (6) um senkrechte Achsen gelagert, aus einer Wirkstellung quer zur Fahrzeuglängsachse (5) in eine Ruheposition parallel zur Fahrzeuglängsachse (5) verschwenkbar sind. - Gleisgebundener Mobilkran nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Führungsträger (8) die Querholme (7) mit an seinen Endbereichen vorgesehenen fensterartigen Öffnungen (9) umgreift. - Gleisgebundener Mobilkran nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zum Querverschieben des Führungsträgers (8) Linearantriebsmittel zwischen den Querholmen (7) und dem Führungsträger (8) angelenkt sind. - Gleisgebundener Mobilkran nach Anspruch 1und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Linearantriebsmittel Kolben-Zylindereinheiten sind. - Arbeitsverfahren zum Montieren eines gleisgebundener Mobilkranes mit einer Tragvorrichtung, bestehend aus je zwei an jedem Fahrzeugende sich beidseitig der Fahrzeuglängsachse gegenüberliegend angeordneten, durch Querholme miteinander verbunden höhenverstellbaren Säulen und einem an den Querholmen parallel und schräg zur Fahrzeuglängsachse einstellbar geführten und mit den Säulen heb- und senkbaren Führungsträger mit daran längsverfahrbarer Laufkatze eines Hubwerkes, sowie in Transportstellung des Mobilkranes beidseitig der Fahrzeuglängsachse neben dem abgesenkten Führungsträger abgelegten, den Abmessungen des Führungsträgers entsprechende Führungsträgerverlängerung, die mit Hilfe des Führungsträgers manipulierbar und montier- bzw. demontierbar ist,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende Arbeitsschritte:a) die Querholme werden zusammen mit dem Führungsträger durch Höhenverstellen der Säulen in eine oberer Endlage angehoben,b) der Führungsträger wird an den Querholmen parallel zur Fahrzeuglängsachse in eine Position über eine der Führungsträgerverlängerungen querverschoben,c) die Führungsträgerverlängerung wird mit dem Führungsträger gekoppelt und durch Querverschieben des Führungsträgers an den Querholmen in die Mitte des Fahrzeugrahmens verschoben,d) mit Hilfe der an der Führungsträgerverlängerung angeschlagenen Laufkatze wird die Führungsträgerverlängerung in ihrer Längserstreckungsrichtung verfahren und auf ggf. fahrbaren Stützböcken aufgelegt,e) die Schritte a) bis d) werden mit der anderen Führungsträgerverlängerung wiederholt, wobei diese Führungsträgerverlängerung nach der der ersten Führungsträgerverlängerung entgegengesetzten Seite verfahren wird.f) die Stützböcke werden zurückgefahren und die Querholme werden zusammen mit dem Führungsträger durch Höhenverstellen der Säulen in eine Position abgesenkt, in der Hub- und Fahrseile der Laufkatze gekoppelt sowie die Stirnseiten von Führungsträgerverlängerung und Führungsträger verbolzt werden,
