Claims (4)
- Einrichtung zum Reinigen eines Farbwerkes einer Offsetdruckmaschine mit einer in einen Farbkasten eintauchenden, separat angetriebenen Farbkastenwalze (1), einer gesteuerten Farbheberwalze (2), einem Farbwalzenzug mit Farbabnahmewalze (3) und einer Zuführeinrichtung für eine Reinigungsflüssigkeit sowie eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung für das Farb- / Reinigungsflüssigkeitgemisch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein die Farbheberwalze (2) tragender Hebel (7) in einer Exzenterlagerung (4) angeordnet ist, daß die Exzenterlagerung (4) mit einer angelenkten Koppel (9) und einem nachgeordneten Arbeitszylinder (8) gekoppelt ist, daß der eine Kurvenrolle (6) tragende Hebel (7) im Reinigungsbetrieb durch Betätigung der Exzenterlagerung (4) mittels des Arbeitszylinders (8) die Farbheberwalze (2) zur Farbkastenwalze (1) und zur Farbabnahmewalze (3) in Kontakt bringt und die Kurvenrolle (6) von einer Steuereinrichtung (5) trennbar ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Farbkastenwalze (1) antriebsseitig getrennt ist und mittels Friktion mit der Farbheberwalze (2) und der Farbabnahmewalze (3) bei Maschinengeschwindigkeit umläuft. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Farbkastenwalze (1) synchron zur Farbabnahmewalze (3) und dem nachgeordneten Farbwalzenzug angetrieben ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Farbkastenwalze (1) mit unterschiedlicher Umfangsgeschwindigkeit zur Farbabnahmewalze (3) und dem nachgeordneten Farbwalzenzug angetrieben ist.
