Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung für die Zuführung von Montageteilen wie Nieten, Druckknöpfen oder dergleichen zu wenigstens einem Ober-oder Unterwerkzeug (2, 3) einer Montagemaschine (1) zur Be- oder Verarbeitung der Montageteile, wobei die Ober- und Unterwerkzeuge (2, 3) zwischen einer Arbeits- und einer Ruheposition relativ zueinander bewegbar sind und die Montageteile dem jeweiligen Werkzeug jeweils über einen Zuführkanal mittels eines Zuführstößels (19) zugeführt werden, der an einem Stößelwagen (20) angeordnet ist, der in Stößellängsrichtung mittels einer Schubkurbel hin- und herbewegbar ist, wobei die Schubkurbel eine zentrische angeordnete Schubkurbel (21) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubkurbel (21) unterhalb des Stößelwagens (20) zwischen den vorderen und hinteren Umkehrpunkten angeordnet ist, und die Verbindung zwischen der Schubkurbel (21) und dem Stößelwagen (20) durch eine in einer am Stößelwagen angeordneten Führungskurve (22) bewegbare an der Schubkurbel angeordnete Laufrolle (23) gebildet ist, wobei die Ausdehnung der Führungskurve (22) quer zur Bewegungsrichtung mindestens dem Durchmesser des Umlaufkreises der Laufrolle (23) entspricht, wobei die Führungskurve (22) in einem Radius verläuft, der ein Ablaufen der Laufrolle (23) in der Führungskurve (22) ermöglicht, und sich die Führungskurve (22) quer zu einer Mittellinie des hin- und herbewegbaren Stößelwagens (20) erstreckt, wobei eine Tangente im Zenit der Führungskurve, die im Schnittbereich der Führungskurve (22) mit der Mittellinie liegt, die Mittellinie im wesentlichen rechtwinklig schneidet, wobei die Führungskurve (22) derart ausgeführt ist, daß der Stößelwagen (20) beim Abrollen der Laufrolle (23) in einem Führungskurvenabschnitt innerhalb eines Winkels um die hintere Umbelrposition durch die Laufrolle (23) keine Schubkraftübertragung erfährt.
- Vorrichtung nach Ansprüch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Radiuslänge einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubkurbel (21) eine Scheibe ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubkurbel (21) auf einer Getriebescheibe angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößelwagen (20) ein Schlitten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Stößelwagen (20) zwei Zuführstößel (19) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stößel (19) am Stößelwagen (20) in Führungen (24) eingesetzt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführstößel (19) in den Führungen (24) mittels einer Rastverbindung fixiert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastverbindung durch einen federbelasteten Rastnocken (25) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Zuführstößel (19) eine Rastnut (28) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößelwagen (20) einen Schalteranschlag aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch den Schalteranschlag eine Montageteilsperre (32, 33) geschaltet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine aus mehreren Montageteilsperren (32, 33) auswählbar ist.
