Claims (12)
- Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung für Brennkraftmaschinen mit einer Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe (1), die Kraftstoff aus einem Niederdruckraum (5) in einen Hochdrucksammelraum (9) fördert, der über Hochdruckleitungen (13) mit in den Brennraum der zu versorgenden Brennkraftmaschine ragenden Einspritzventilen (15) verbunden ist, deren Öffnungs- und Schließbewegung jeweils von einem elektrisch angesteuerten, in der Hochdruckleitung (13) am Einspritzventil (15) angeordneten Steuerventil (17) mit einem Kolbenförmigen Ventilglied (29) gesteuert wird und mit einem weiteren Druckspeicherraum (19) an jedem Einspritzventil (15), der in die Hochdruckleitung (13) zwischen Hochdrucksammelraum (9) und Einspritzventil (15) integriert ist, wobei das Steuerventil (17) am Einspritzventil (15) die Verbindung des weiteren Druckspeicherraumes (19) mit einem, das Ventilglied (79) des Einspritzventils (15) in Öffnungsrichtung beaufschlagenden Druckraum (87) innerhalb des Einspritzventils (15) während der Einspritzpausen verschließt, wobei das Steuerventil (17) während der Einspritzpausen des Einspritzventils (15) eine Verbindung des Druckraumes (87) des Einspritzventils (15) mit einem Entlastungsraum (75) aufsteuert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das kolbenförmige Ventilglied (29) einen Ringsteg (39) aufweist, dessen eine Übergangsfläche zum im Durchmesser geringeren Ventilgliedschaft eine mit einem Ventilsitz (43) zusammenwirkende erste Ventildichtfläche (41) bildet, und dessen anderer Übergang zum im Durchmesser geringeren Ventilgliedschaft über einen Ringabsatz (53) erfolgt, an die sich dem Ringsteg (39) abgewandt ein vom Ringsteg (39) beabstandeter Führungskolbenteil (45) anschließt, dessen axiale, dem Ringsteg (39) abgewandte Ringstirnfläche eine zweite Ventildichtfläche (55) bildet, die mit einem gehäusefesten Ventilsitz (59) zusammenwirkt.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubbewegung des Ventilgliedes (29) des Steuerventils (17) jeweils durch die Anlage der Ventildichtflächen (41, 55) an einer der Ventilsitze (43, 59) begrenzt ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außendurchmesser des die flache Ventildichtfläche (55) tragenden Ringabsatzes (53) gleich groß dem Durchmesser eines Führungskolbens (45) des Ventilgliedes (29) in einer Führungsbohrung (49) ist, der sich an eine von der konischen Ventildichtfläche (41) ausgehende Ringnut (47) am Ventilglied (29) anschließt und dabei einen zwischen der Wand der Führungsbohrung (49) und des Ventilgliedes (29) im Bereich der Ringnut (47) gebildeten Druckraum (51) begrenzt.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringsteg (39) in einem, ständig mit einer zum Druckraum (87) des Einspritzventils (15) führenden Druckleitung (67) verbundenen Vorraum (65) angeordnet ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckraum (51) im Bereich der Ringnut (47) des Ventilgliedes (29) ständig mit einem vom Druckspeicherraum (19) abführenden Teil der Hochdruckleitung (13) verbunden ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung zwischen dem Vorraum (65) und dem Druckraum (51) durch Anlage der konischen Dichtfläche (41) des Ventilgliedes (29) am konischen Ventilsitz (43) verschließbar ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die Ausführung des sich an die flache Ventildichtfläche (55) anschließenden Ventilgliedschaftes mit einem kleineren Durchmesser als eine ihn aufnehmende Bohrung (57) ein Entlastungskanal (69) gebildet ist, der den Vorraum (65) bei geöffnetem Flachsitzventil mit dem Entlastungsraum (75) verbindet.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das kolbenförmige Ventilglied (29) des Steuerventils (17) eine axiale Durchgangsbohrung (71) und radial von dieser abführende Querbohrungen (73) im Bereich des Entlastungskanals (69) aufweist, über die der Kraftstoffdurchtritt des aus der Druckleitung (67) und dem Vorraum (65) bei geöffnetem Flachsitzventil abströmenden Kraftstoffes vom Entlastungskanal (69) in den Entlastungsraum (75) erfolgt.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerventil (17) als 3/2- Magnetventil ausgebildet ist, das mittels eines elektrischen Steuergerätes (11) angesteuert wird.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Speichervolumen des Druckspeicherraumes (19) etwa 5 bis 20 mal größer als die maximale Einspritzmenge am Einspritzventil (15) ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckspeicherraum (19) über zwei parallele Druckanschlüsse mit dem zum Hochdrucksammelraum (9) führenden Teil der Hochdruckleitung (13) verbunden ist, von denen ein erster Druckanschluß (21) ein in Richtung Druckspeicherraum (19) öffnendes Druckventil (23), vorzugsweise ein Rückschlagventil und ein zweiter Druckanschluß (25) eine Drosselstelle (27) aufweist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckspeicherraum (19) über einen Druckanschluß mit dem zum Hochdrucksammelraum (9) führenden Teil der Hochdruckleitung (13) verbunden ist, der ein in Richtung Druckspeicherraum (19) öffnendes Druckventil, vorzugsweise ein Rückschlagventil und eine mit diesem in Reihe geschaltete Drosselstelle aufweist.
