Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour commander un processus automatisé de changement de plaque d'impression, dans une machine d'impression, en particulier une machine d'impression offset à feuilles, pour lequel une plaque d'impression utilisée est éloignée de la zone de prise ouverte d'un rail tendeur associé au début d'impression du cylindre porte-plaque, et ensuite une nouvelle plaque d'impression est introduite, par son bord avant, dans la zone de prise ouverte, et la zone de prise est fermée, et avant la fermeture de la zone de prise on vérifie si le bord avant de la nouvelle plaque d'impression prend une position conforme au registre relativement au cylindre porte-plaque,

    caractérisé en ce que la vérification pour savoir si le bord avant de la plaque d'impression prend ou ne prend pas une position conforme au registre, est réalisée à deux points du cylindre porte-plaque, écartés axialement l'un de l'autre.
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que la vérification pour savoir si le bord avant de la plaque d'impression prend ou ne prend pas une position conforme au registre, est réalisée durant un intervalle de temps déterminé.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'après la fermeture de la zone de prise, du rail tendeur associé au début d'impression du cylindre porte-plaque, on réalise une autre vérification pour savoir si la nouvelle plaque d'impression prend une position conforme au registre, et si cette condition n'est pas satisfaite, on réalise une ouverture de la zone de prise.
  5. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que la surveillance pour savoir si le bord avant de la plaque d'impression prend ou ne prend pas une position conforme au registre, est réalisée indépendamment aux deux zones écartées axialement l'une de l'autre.
  6. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, comportant une commande qui est en liaison active avec le rail tendeur réalisant l'ouverture et la fermeture de la zone de prise et associé au début d'impression du cylindre porte-plaque, et qui est reliée en outre à un dispositif de reconnaissance de position qui coopère avec le bord avant de la plaque d'impression,
    caractérisé en ce que par la commande par l'intermédiaire des moyens de réglage, la zone de prise est maintenue dans la position ouverte jusqu'à ce qu'a été vérifié au moins une fois que la plaque d'impression utilisée avec son bord avant n'est pas détectée par le dispositif de reconnaissance de position.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que la commande est en liaison active avec deux broches de registre, écartées axialement l'une de l'autre, agencées dans le rail tendeur associé au début d'impression du cylindre porte-plaque, et susceptibles d'être interrogées électriquement.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7,
    caractérisé en ce que les broches de registre, agencées dans le rail tendeur et susceptibles d'être interrogées électriquement, sont reliées individuellement à la commande.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que deux moyens d'affichage sont prévus, par lesquels on peut représenter, par l'intermédiaire de la commande, contre quelle broche de registre la plaque d'impression repose ou ne repose pas.
