Claims (6)
- Verstellvorrichtung für Schloßteile von Flachstrickmaschinen, insbesondere für die gegenläufige Verstellung der beiden Abzugsschloßteile eines Schloßsystemes des Maschinenschlittens, mit einem gemeinsamen, mit dem Maschinenschlitten mitbewegten Schrittschaltmotor (20), dessen Drehbewegung in eine Längsbewegung in Schlittenlaufrichtung übersetzt und über mindestens eine Steuerkurve auf die zu verstellenden Schloßteile (12, 13) übertragen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Abtriebsritzel (19) des Schrittschaltmotors (20) gleichzeitig und gegensinnig direkt auf zwei mit einer Zahnleiste (17) versehene, in der Schlittenlaufrichtung verstellbare erste Steuerschieber (15) einwirkt, die mit mindestens zwei und jeweils mit einem zu verstellenden Schloßteil (12) verbundenen zweiten Steuerschiebern (16) beide über eine Steuerkurve (25, 26) streckenweise antriebsmäßig gekoppelt sind.
- Verstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der direkt vom Schrittschaltmotor (12) angetriebenen beiden ersten Steuerschieber (15/1, 15/2) über mindestens ein Kupplungszahnritzel (18) mit mindestens einem weiteren und parallel zu den beiden anderen verstellbaren ersten Steuerschieber (15/1) antriebsmäßig gekoppelt ist.
- Verstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der ersten Steuerschieber (15/1, 15/2) mindestens eine Kulissenrolle (21, 22) trägt, die mit einer Steuerkurve (25.1, 26.1; 25.2, 26.2) eines zweiten Steuerschiebers (16/1; 16/2) mindestens streckenweise zusammenwirkt.
- Verstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der ersten Steuerschieber (15/3) mit mindestens einer Führungsbahn (24) versehen ist, in oder an welcher mindestens streckenweise eine auf einem zweiten Steuerschieber (16/3) angeordnete Kulissenrolle (23) geführt ist.
- Verstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweiten Steuerschieber (16/1, 16/2) mit mindestens zwei Steuerkurven (25.1, 26.1; 25.2, 26.2) versehen sind, die im gegenseitigen Abstand von zwei ersten Steuerschiebern (15/1, 15/2) ausgebildet sind und abweichend von der Schlittenlaufrichtung verlaufende Kurvenabschnitte (27, 28) aufweisen.
- Verstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, mit zwei spiegelbildlich schräg zur Schlittenlaufrichtung verschiebbar gelagerten und jeweils eines der beiden Abzugsschloßteile (12) eines Schloßsystemes tragenden zweiten Steuerschiebern (16/1, 16/2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden zweiten Steuerschieber (16/1, 16/2) im Abstand von zwei gegenläufig angetriebenen ersten Steuerschiebern (15/1, 15/2) jeweils zwei querverlaufende Steuerkurven (25, 26) aufweisen, die für den Einlauf und für den Auslauf einer Kulissenrolle (21, 22) beidendig offen sind und zwei in der Schlittenlaufrichtung gegeneinander vollständig versetzte Auflauf-Schrägflächen (27, 28) für die Kulissenrollen (21, 22) bilden.
