Description
Claims (11)
- Bewehrung, insbesondere aus Stahl, für Betonkonstruktionen an konstruktiven Fugen (28) in einem und/oder zwei Betonbauteil(en) (1, 2, 26, 27), welche Bewehrung zumindest eine Aufnahme (8, 21, 22, 32, 33) für ein Fugenband (9) aus Gummi, Kunststoff od. dgl. mit einer Vielzahl quer zur Längsrichtung des Fugenbandes an der Aufnahme anschließend angeordneten Bügeln (7, 19, 20, 31), die über in Längsrichtung des Fugenbandes orientierte weitere Bewehrungen (12) verbunden sind, aufweist, wobei beidseitig zur Aufnahme(8) Schalungselemente (13), welche insbesondere Perforationen aufweisen, z. B. aus Streckmetall, Lochplatten od. dgl., angeordnet sind, wobei die Bügel (7) unmittelbar und/oder über in Längsrichtung des Fugenbandes verlaufende weitere Bewehrungen (12), welche mit den Bügeln (7, 19, 20, 31) unmittelbar verbunden sind, die Schalungselemente (13) tragen und die Bügel (7, 19, 20, 31) mit der Aufnahme (8, 21, 22, 32, 33) und dem Bereich, der die Schalungselemente (13) und/oder die das/die Schalungselement(e) (13) tragende weitere Bewehrung (12) aufweist, einstückig ausgebildet sind.
- Bewehrung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (8, 21, 22) für das Fugenband (9) mit einem U- bzw. V-förmigen Bereich der Bügel (7, 19, 20) gebildet ist.
- Bewehrung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der U- bzw. V-förmige Bereich der Aufnahme (8) im wesentlichen der Quererstreckung des Fugenbandes entspricht.
- Bewehrung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bügel (7) beidseits zum U- bzw. V-förmigen Bereich (8) zumindest einen gegengleich zum U- bzw. V-orientierten weiteren U- bzw V-förmigen Bereich (10) mit einem weiteren Schenkel, der quer zu den Schenkeln (11) des U's bzw. V's verläuft, aufweist.
- Bewehrung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennezeichnet, daß die quer angeordneten Schenkel (11) die Schalungselemente (13) tragen.
- Bewehrung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die U- bzw. V-förmigen Bereiche nur einem Teil der Quererstreckung des Fugenbandes entsprechen und an den Enden des U's bzw. V's quer zum Fugenband verlaufende Schenkel (23, 24) aufweisen, welche die Schalungselemente (13) tragen.
- Bewehrung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der aus dem Bügel (19) herausragende Teil des Fugenbandes (9) seinerseits von einem U- bzw. V-förmigen Bereich (22) eines weiteren Bügels (20) umgeben ist, welcher Schenkel (24) aufweist, die quer zur Längserstreckung des Fugenbandes (9) angeordnet sind.
- Bewehrung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weiteren Bügel (20) über in Längsrichtung des Fugenbandes verlaufende weitere Bewehrungen (12) verbunden sind.
- Bewehrung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bügel mit etwa U- bzw. V-förmigen Bereichen (31) Schenkel (32, 33) aufweist, die im Inneren des U's bzw. V's angeordnet sind, wobei mit den beiden Schenkeln (32, 33) eine Aufnahme für das Fugenband gebildet ist.
- Bewehrung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Schenkel (34, 35) des U's bzw. V's die Schalungselemente (13) tragen.
- Bewehrung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (8, 21, 22, 32, 33) einen Klemmsitz für das Fugenband (9) bildet.
