Claims (7)
- Fugenschalungselement für Betonkonstruktionen mit zwei flächigen Schalungsteilen und einer dazwischenliegenden an den Schalungsteilen befestigten Halterung für ein Fugenband, wobei die Halterung eine korbartige Bügelkonstruktion (3) mit einer offenen Wandung zum Einbetten des Fugenbandes (7) in Beton und mit zwei sich quer zu den Schaltungsteilen (2a, 2b) erstreckenden miteinander und mit jeweils einem der Schalungsteile (2a, 2b) verbundenen Schenkeln (3a, 3b) aufweist, wobei das Bügelteil derart mit den Schalungsteilen (2a, 2b) verschweißt ist, dass die Schalungsteile (2a, 2b) senkrecht und etwa in der Mitte der Schenkel (3a bzw. 3b) des Bügelteiles auftreffen.
- Fugenschalungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bügelkonstruktion (3) ein Bügelteil in Form einer U-förmig gebogenen Gittermatte aufweist.
- Fugenschalungselement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Fugenband (7) enthält und die Breite der Bügelkonstruktion (3) derart auf die Breite des Fugenbandes (7) abgestimmt ist, dass das Fugenband (7) durch Reibung in der Bügelkonstruktion (3) gehalten ist.
- Fugenschalungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schalungsteile (2a, 2b) jeweils aus einer auf beiden Oberflächen mit Metallstäben (5, 6) unterschiedlicher Verlaufsrichtung versehenen Streckmetalltafel (4) bestehen, wobei die Metallstäbe (6) einer Oberfläche quer und die Metallstäbe (5) der anderen Oberfläche parallel zur Bügelkonstruktion (3) verlaufen.
- Fugenschalungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Befestigen der Schalungsteile (2a, 2b) an der Bügelkonstruktion (3) Winkelstäbe (8a, 8b) vorgesehen sind.
- Fugenschalungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Schenkel (3a, 3b) der Bügelkonstruktion (3) gleich oder größer ist als die Breite des Fugenbandes (7).
- Fugenschalungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schenkel (3a, 3b) aus einem biegbaren Material bestehen und nach dem Einlegen des Fugenbandes (7) unter Einschluss des Fugenbandes (7) zusammenbiegbar sind.
