Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung (1, 21) zum Erzeugen einer Sollrißstelle in einem Betonteil (2) mit einem vorbestimmten Querschnitt, die ein eine gewollte Schwächung des Querschnitts verursachendes, betonundurchlässiges Einbauteil (8, 8a, 8b) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einbauteil (8, 8a, 8b) an einer sich im wesentlichen über den Querschnitt des Betonteils (2) erstreckenden Schalungswandung (3, 3a, 3b) aus durchbrochenem Material derart angeordnet ist, daß das Einbauteil (8, 8a, 8b) die durchbrochene Schalungswandung (3, 3a, 3b) über einen der gewünschten Schwächung des Querschnitts entsprechenden Bereich (A) abdeckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ihre Ausbildung als Abschalelement zum Abschalen einer Grenzfläche zwischen zwei nacheinander zu betonierenden Betonierabschnitten (2a, 2b).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit der Schalungswandung (3a, 3b) eine Fugendichtung (22, 32) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fugendichtung ein elastisches Fugenband (22) ist, das in einer mit der Schalungswandung (3a, 3b) verbundenen Halterung (23) aufgenommen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fugendichtung ein Fugenblech (32) ist, das mit der aus Metall bestehenden Schalungswandung (3a, 3b) verschweißt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einbauteil (8, 8a, 8b) wenigstens einen ebenen Streifen des betonundurchlässigen Materials enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einbauteil (8, 8a, 8b) aus einer mit einer Kunststoff-Folie (11) beschrumpften Gittermatte (9, 10) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalungswandung (3, 3a, 3b) wenigstens einen ebenen Streifen des durchbrochenen Materials enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalungswandung (3, 3a, 3b) aus einem zwischen Quer- und Längsstäben (4, 5) einer Gittermatte eingeschweißten Streckmetallblech (6) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, gekennzeichnet durch ihre Ausbildung als ein in einer Einheit aus Schalungswandung (3, 3a, 3b) und Einbauteil (8, 8a, 8b) vorgefertigtes Schalungselement.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schalungselement eine streifenförmige Schalungswandung (3) und ein streifenförmiges Einbauteil (8) aufweist, das im wesentlichen mittig auf der Schalungswandung (3) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schalungselement zwei streifenförmige Schalungswandungen (3a, 3b), eine zwischen den Schalungswandungen befestigte Halterung (23) für eine Fugendichtung (22) und zwei streifenförmige Einbauteile (8a, 8b) enthält, die beidseitig der Halterung die jeweilige Schalungswandung (3a, 3b) bedecken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schalungselement zwei streifenförmige Schalungswandungen (3a, 3b) aus Metall, ein zwischen die Schalungswandungen eingeschweißtes Fugenblech (32) und zwei streifenförmige Einbauteile (8a, 8b) enthält, die beidseitig des Fugenblechs (32) die jeweilige Schalungswandung (3a, 3b) bedecken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schalungselement wenigstens eine mit einer der Langskanten einer Schalungswandung (3, 3a, 3b) fest verbundene Betondeckungsleiste (7) aufweist.
