Claims (31)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Verbindung zwischen zwei Rändern eines schlauchförmigen, herzustellenden Trikotageproduktes, insbesondere zum Schließen der Fußspitze eines Strumpfes, das folgende Phasen umfaßt: Herstellen des herzustellenden schlauchförmigen Trikotageproduktes beginnend beim elastischen Rand und endend auf der Seite der Fußspitze, die offen bleibt, mit einer Rundwirkmaschine und Übertragen der zuletzt gebildeten Maschen einer ersten Halbgruppe auf die Trikotagenadeln einer zweiten Halbgruppe durch ein Umwenden um 180° um eine diametrale Achse (a-a) des Nadelzylinders in der Weise, daß die sich auf den Nadeln der zweiten Halbgruppe ergebenden Maschenpaare sich in einer zurückgehaltenen Position befinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es der Reihe nach folgende Bearbeitungsphasen umfaßt:- Absenken der Nadeln (30) der zweiten Halbgruppe (y) mit geöffneten Maschinen-Platinen (6) in der Weise, daß die Paare der derart in einer zurückgehaltenen Position positionierten Maschen (8, 80) auf einem Niveau unterhalb des Schnabels (60) der Platinen (6) getragen werden,- Zurückführen der Verschiebeeinrichtungen für die Maschen (8) der ersten Halbgruppe auf die Nadeln (30) der zweiten Halbgruppe in die jeweilige Anfangsposition mit einer Umwendung um 180° um die oben erwähnte Achse (a-a) in der der oben erwähnten Richtung entgegengesetzten Richtung,- Anordnen der Verschiebeeinrichtungen entsprechend den Nadeln (30) der zweiten Halbgruppe (y) mit einer Drehung um 180° bezüglich des Zylinders (1) um dessen Achse,- Anheben der Nadeln (30) der zweiten Halbgruppe (y) mit geschlossenen Platinen (6) in der Weise, daß die entsprechenden Maschenpaare (8, 80) durch die Platinen (6) in einer vorbestimmten Position bezüglich der Stange der betreffenden Nadeln (30) zurückgehalten bleiben,- erneutes Anheben der Nadeln (30) der zweiten Halbgruppe (y) mit geöffneten Platinen (6) bis alle entsprechenden Maschenpaare (8, 80) auf der Arbeitshöhe der vorerwähnten Einrichtungen zum Verschieben der Maschen (8) der ersten Halbgruppe (x) in der Weise getragen werden, daß die sich ergebenden Maschenpaare (8, 80) von diesen ergriffen bleiben,- Absenken der Nadeln (30) der zweiten Halbgruppe (y) in der Weise, daß alle Maschenpaare (8, 80) von den erwähnten Verschiebeeinrichtungen abgehoben bleiben, so daß das herzustellende Produkt von den Nadeln (30) der zweiten Halbgruppe vollständig befreit ist,- Verschieben des herzustellenden Produktes mit den derart abgehobenen Maschen (8, 80) mit einer Drehung mit vorbestimmter Winkelamplitude um eine vertikale Achse (b-b) in der Weise, daß es in einem vorbestimmten Abstand vom Trikotagezylinder (1) in einer Kettel-Station (R) angeordnet wird,- Anordnen der derart verschobenen Maschenpaare (8, 80) längs eines Umfangsbogens mit konstantem Winkelabstand, wobei die Schrittweite in Abhängigkeit von der Feinheit der gewünschten Kettelung gewählt wird, in dem eine Bewegung der entsprechenden Abhebe-Mittel und eine Verschiebung in zentripetaler Richtung bezüglich der Halbgruppen (x, y) des zu kettelnden herzustellenden Produktes durchgeführt wird,- Ketteln der durch die entsprechenden Abhebe- und Verschiebeeinrichtungen plazierten und festgehaltenen entsprechenden Maschenpaare (8, 80) mit einer Kettel-Nadel (9) unter Bildung eines Kettenstichs und Ausführung von zwei oder mehr Abschlußknoten desselben,- Abschneiden des Kettelfadens (F),- Freigeben der verkettelten Maschenpaare (8, 80) und Abgeben des fertiggestellten herzustellenden Produktes.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das herzustellende Produkt von der Trikotagestation (T) zur Kettelstation (R) mit einer Drehung um die Achse des Nadelzylinders (1) mit einer Rotation mit einer vorbestimmten Winkelamplitude verschoben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es den Schritt umfaßt, das Endstück des Kettelfadens (F) in das Innere des hergestellten Produktes nach der Bildung der die Kettelung abschließenden Knoten und vor der Abgabe des fertig hergestellten Produktes einzuführen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es, was das Wirken des herzustellenden Produktes anbelangt, den Schritt umfaßt, die Platte (41) des Textilkopfes der Maschine wegzubewegen und daß während der Verschiebungsphase des herzustellenden Produktes von der Wirkstation (T) an die Kettelstation (R) den Schritt umfaßt, daß die Ansaugung unterbrochen wird, die im Nadelzylinder (1) während des Wirkvorganges durchgeführt wird und daß das betreffende Ansaugrohr (100) bis zu einem vorbestimmten Niveau angehoben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während der Phase des Kettelns des herzustellenden Produktes eine Luftansaugung in der Zone des herzustellenden Produktes bei durch die entsprechenden Abhebe- und Verschiebeeinrichtungen zurückgehaltenen Maschenpaaren (8, 80) aktiviert wird, um das herzustellende Produkt in elastischer Weise zu strecken.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Phase des Kettelns den Schritt umfaßt, daß die Nadel (9) in die einzelnen Paare von miteinander zu verbindenden Maschen (8, 80) in einer zur Richtung der gemeinsamen Achse der beiden Maschen (8, 80) schrägen Richtung eingeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kettelfaden (F) ohne Unterbrechung der Kontinuität der gleiche Faden ist, wie er auch für das Wirken des herzustellenden Produktes verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kettelfaden (F) von dem für das Wirken des Produktes verwendeten Faden getrennt ist und von einem entsprechenden Wickel her zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kettelphase in der Weise durchgeführt wird, daß die Paare von miteinander zu verbindenden Maschen (8, 80) von entsprechenden Kettelspitzen (91) gehalten werden, die auf einem halbkreisförmigen Wirkkopf montiert sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es nach dem Übernehmen der Maschen (8) der ersten Halbgruppe durch die Nadeln (30) der zweiten Halbgruppe die Durchführung folgender Arbeitsphasen umfaßt:- Freigeben der Maschen (8) der ersten Halbgruppe von den betreffenden Übertragungseinrichtungen,- Anheben der Nadeln (30) der zweiten Halbgruppe in der Weise, daß sich jede Masche (8) der ersten Halbgruppe in einer Rückhalteposition auf dem Hals der entsprechenden Nadel (30) der zweiten Halbgruppe befindet und jede Masche (80) der zweiten Halbgruppe in einer Abgabeposition, d.h. unterhalb des freien Endes der offenen Klappe der entsprechenden Nadel (30) angeordnet ist,- Zurückziehen der erwähnten Übertragungseinrichtungen,- Absenken der Nadeln (30) der zweiten Halbgruppe mit geöffneten Platinen (6) bis auf das Maschenbildungs-Niveau in der Weise, daß jede Masche (8) der ersten Halbgruppe in die entsprechende Masche (80) der zweiten Halbgruppe eingewirkt wird, die auf diese Weise von der entsprechenden Nadel (30) abgenommen wird,- Zurückbringen der Einrichtungen zum Abheben und Übertragen der Maschen (8) der ersten Halbgruppe in die betreffende Ausgangsposition mit einer Rückdrehung um 180° um eine zum Zylinder (1) diametrale Achse (a-a) in einer der vorausgehenden Drehung entgegengesetzten Richtung,- Anordnen der Übertragungseinrichtungen entsprechend den Nadeln (30) der zweiten Halbgruppe (y) mit einer Drehung um 180° bezüglich des Zylinders (1) um dessen Achse,- Anheben der Nadeln (30) der zweiten Halbgruppe mit geschlossenen Platinen (6) in der Weise, daß die entsprechenden Maschen (8) der ersten Halbgruppe von den Platinen (6) in einer vorbestimmten Position bezüglich ihrer Stange festgehalten werden,- neuerliches Anheben der Nadeln (30) der zweiten Halbgruppe mit geöffneten Platinen (6) bis zum Tragen aller entsprechenden Maschen (8) auf dem Arbeitsniveau der vorerwähnten Abhebe- und Übertragungseinrichtungen, und Ermöglichen ihres Ergreifens,- Absenken der Nadeln (30) der zweiten Halbgruppe in der Weise, daß das herzustellende Produkt von den Nadeln (30) freigegeben wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von zwei Rändern eines schlauchförmigen Trikotageproduktes, insbesondere der Spitze eines Strumpfes zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung folgende Bestandteile umfaßt:- Nockeneinrichtungen (31, 32) zum Steuern des Ansteigens bzw. Absteigens einer vorbestimmten Anzahl von Nadeln (3, 30) einer ersten und einer zweiten Halbgruppe von Maschen (8, 80), deren Einrichtungen sich in einem aktivierten Zustand befinden, wenn sich die Trikotage-Nocken im inaktiven Zustand befinden und umgekehrt,- Einrichtungen zum Abheben der Maschen (8) der besagten ersten Halbgruppe (x) und zum Umwenden dieser Maschen um 180° um eine zum Zylinder (1) der Nadeln (3, 30) diametrale Achse (a-a), mit einem Spangenpaar (2) für jede Masche (8) und wenigstens einen entsprechenden Riegel (20) zum Öffnen bzw. Schließen, die in verschieblicher Weise in radialen Rillen eines halbkreisförmigen Sektors (4) untergebracht sind, wobei der Sektor (4) so montiert ist, daß er sich mit einer Winkelamplitude in beiden Richtungen von 180° um eine zum Zylinder der Nadeln (3, 30) diametrale Achse (a-a) drehen kann, er sich in einer Position oberhalb der Platinen (6) der Maschine befindet, die das herzustellende Produkt fertigt, und der getragen ist von einem horizontalen Kranz (5), der seinerseits fest mit einem horizontalen Arm (51) verbunden ist, der sich um eine vertikale Achse (b-b) dreht und in vertikaler Richtung zwischen zwei Positionen hin und her bewegt, von denen die eine, untere Position (a) eine Einkoppelposition des Kranzes (5) mit dem Textilkopf der Maschine und den Einrichtungen der Kettelstation (R) ist, und von denen die andere, obere Position (B) eine Auskoppelposition des Kranzes (5) ist, um die Übertragung von einer Arbeitsstation zur anderen zu ermöglichen, und in der sich im übrigen der Kranz (5) in der Kettelphase der Spitze des herzustellenden Produktes in einer zur Achse des Zylinders (1) senkrechten Ebene vermittels einer Zahnriementransmission (50) und eines Getriebes (65, 66) oder einer ähnlichen Vorrichtung drehen kann, die mit einem entsprechenden Antriebsorgan (56) verbindbar ist, um auf diese Weise während des Kettelvorganges eine an die miteinander zu verbindenden Maschen (8, 80) angepaßte Bewegung bezüglich den entsprechenden Ketteleinrichtungen zu ermöglichen,- Nockeneinrichtungen (7) zum Steuern des Umwendens in die beiden Richtungen um 180° des halbkreisförmigen Sektors (4) um eine zum Zylinder (1) diametrale Achse (a-a),- Nockeneinrichtungen (201) für die Bewegung der besagten Spangen (2) und der entsprechenden Riegel (20) in der Wirk-Station (T) des herzustellenden Produktes,- Einrichtungen zum Steuern der horizontalen Drehung eines Armes (51) mit einem pneumatischen Zylinder (67), dessen Kolbenstange mit ihrem freien Ende mit einem Hebel (68) verbunden ist, der fest mit der unteren Basis einer Tragsäule (52) für den Arm (51) verbunden ist, wobei diese Säule (52) von der Kolbenstange eines Zylinders mit der Achse (b-b) in der Weise gebildet wird, daß sowohl die Drehung des Armes (51) um die Achse (b-b) der Säule (52) in der Übertragungsphase des herzustellenden Produktes von der Wirkstation (T) zur Kettelstation (R) als auch seine vertikale Translation entlang derselben Achse (b-b) in der Phase des Ein- bzw. Auskoppelns des Kranzes (5) mit dem Textilkopf der Maschine oder den Arbeitseinrichtungen der Kettel-station (R) ermöglicht wird,- Einrichtungen zum festen Verbinden des sich drehenden Kranzes (5) mit dem Zylinder (1) der Nadeln (3, 30) in der Anfangsphase des Schließzyklus des herzustellenden Produktes mit einem vertikalen Riegel (53), der mit dem Kranz (5) fest verbunden ist und sich winkelmäßig zwischen zwei Positionen hin und her bewegt, von denen die eine zum Einhaken des Kranzes (5) in ein mit dem Zylinder (1) fest verbundenes Element und die andere zum Einhaken des Kranzes (5) in eine feste Platte (200) der Maschine dient, um sein Anhalten in einer vorbestimmten Winkelposition zu ermöglichen,- Einrichtungen zum Blockieren des Platinengehäuses (11) der Maschine in einer festen und vorbestimmten Winkelposition mit einem Nocken (110), der frei um einen Riegel (111) oszillieren kann, der fest mit einem Träger (109) verbunden ist, dessen Winkelposition bezüglich des Nadelzylinders (1) veränderbar ist und der auf dem festen Teil (200) der Maschine montiert ist, wobei der Nocken (110) mit zwei gekrümmten, gemäß zwei entsprechenden Umfangsbogen abgewickelten Bahnen (112) versehen ist, von denen jede geeignet ist, ein Führungselement für einen entsprechenden Führungsstift (113) zu bilden, der fest mit dem Platinengehäuse (11) verbunden ist,- Nockeneinrichtungen (59) zum Steuern der Bewegung der Spangen (2) und der entsprechenden Riegel (20) vor der Durchführung der Verkettelung der Spitze des herzustellenden Produktes,- Nockeneinrichtungen (58) zum Steuern des Öffnens der Riegel (20) in der Auskoppelphase des fertiggestellten herzustellenden Produktes, und- eine Näh- und Kettelmaschine (130) zum Durchführen des Kettelvorgangs zum Verbinden der entsprechenden Maschenpaare (8, 80), die in einem vorbestimmten Abstand vom Wirkzylinder (1) für das herzustellende Produkt, d.h. in einer vorbestimmten Position der Kettelstation (R) angeordnet ist, sowie- Einrichtungen (95, 96, 97) zum abschließenden Abschneiden des Kettelfadens (F) und zum Festhalten des Endstückes des Fadens (F1), der von einem Versorgungswickel zugeführt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nocken (7) zum Verdrehen des Sektors (4) mit Hilfe von entsprechenden pneumatischen Zylindern (70) betätigbar sind, die von dem Haltearm (51) des Kranzes (5) getragen werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nocken (7) mit Hilfe von entsprechenden Pneumatikzylindern (40) betätigbar sind, die mit einem feststehenden Teil (200) der Maschine fest verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nocken (7) ein im wesentlichen helikoidales Profil besitzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sektor (4) mit zwei Walzen (41) versehen ist, die freilaufend auf entsprechenden Wellen (42) auf bezüglich der Symmetrieachse (d-d) des Sektors (4) befindlichen Seiten montiert und in der Lage sind, die besagten Nocken (7) abzutasten, um ein Umkehren zu ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine vertikale Antriebswelle besitzt, um eine Rotation des Kranzes (5) während der Schließphase der Spitze des herzustellenden Produktes zu ermöglichen, wobei die Eigendrehung dieser Welle von der Haupttransmission der Textilmaschine bewirkt wird und das obere Ende der Welle dazu bestimmt ist, mit den Antriebsmitteln der besagten Transmission (65, 66) in Eingriff zu treten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kranz (5) vom Arm (51) vermittels mehrerer Lager oder V-förmig angeordneter Walzen (54) getragen wird, die eine Kreisführung (57) parallel und koaxial zum Kranz (5) und oberhalb des letzteren angeordnet unterstützen, die von diesem einen geeigneten Abstand besitzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß jede der Spangen (2) mit zwei von gegenüberliegenden Seiten vorstehenden und in Längsrichtung versetzten Vorsprüngen (21) versehen ist, um eine alternative Translation im Inneren der entsprechenden Rillen des Sektors (4) durch die entsprechenden Bewegungsnocken in der Wirkstation (T) und der Verkettelungsstation (R) zu ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 11 und 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der Riegel (20) mit zwei von gegenüberliegenden Seiten vorspringenden und in Längsrichtung versetzten Vorsprüngen (22) versehen ist, um eine Bewegung in Schließ- bzw. Öffnungsrichtung der entsprechenden Spangen (2) in der Phase des Ergreifens bzw. des Freigebens der miteinander zu verbindenden Maschen (8, 80) zu ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 11, 18 und 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe und Länge der Vorsprünge (21, 22) in Relation zum Profil der entsprechenden Steuernocken gewählt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spangen (2) einen keilförmigen Kopf besitzen, um das Ergreifen bzw. Freigeben der Maschen (8, 80) zu erleichtern
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spangen (2) im Bereich des Kopfes eine seitlich und nach innen zur betreffenden Gleitrichtung hin umgebogene Spitze besitzen, um ihr Einführen in die entsprechenden Längs-Hohlräume der Nadeln (3, 30) und somit das Ergreifen der Maschen (8, 80) der ersten und zweiten Halbgruppe (x,y) zu ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kettelvorrichtung (130) folgende Bestandteile umfaßt:- einen Rahmen,- eine Nadel-Tragstange (90) zum Verketteln der Spitze des herzustellenden Produktes, wobei die Nadel (9) mit einer Abdeck-Gleitschiene (24) verbunden ist, und die Stange (90) mit einem Sitz für die Gleitschiene (24) versehen ist, die in einer normalerweise geöffneten Position vermittels einer Feder (19) blockiert ist, die in einer Rille der Stange (90) untergebracht ist, und deren Bewegungsbahn vermittels einer Einstellschraube (18) verstellbar ist, und wobei die Gleitschiene (24) mit einem Vorsprung (34) versehen ist, der mit einem entsprechenden Nocken (25) zusammenwirkt, der ihn in der Phase der Ausbildung einer Kettelspitze durch Verketteln für einen Schließvorgang steuert,- eine Haken-Tragstange (26), deren freies Ende an einem Haken (14) befestigt ist, der mit der Nadel (9) in der Phase der Spitzenbildung durch Verketteln zusammenwirkt,- einen Tastarm (15) für die Bewegung der Haken-Tragstange (26), wobei dieser Arm (15) von einem Nocken (16) betätigt wird, der mit einer abgewinkelten Welle (17) fest verbunden ist, wobei diese Welle (17) zur Nadel-Tragstange (90) senkrecht verläuft und mit letzterer vermittels einer Pleuelstange (23) in der Weise verbunden ist, daß ein Kurbelwellen-Mechanismus für die Bewegung der Stange (90) in der Kettelphase gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen (95) zum Abschneiden des Kettelfadens (F) in der Nähe der Spitze der Kettel-Nadel (9) auf derselben Seite der Kettelvorrichtung (130) wie die Kettellinie angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen (95) zum Abschneiden auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Ketteleinrichtung (130) bezüglich der Kettellinie angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel zum Einführen der Spitze des Kettelfadens (F) in das Innere des fertig hergestellten Produktes mit einer Gleitnadel (93) umfaßt, die sich gegenüber den Abschlußknoten befindet und die in der Lage ist, das Ende des Fadens (F) abzuheben und in den unteren Bereich des hergestellten Produktes aufgrund einer Translation einzuführen und es dort freizugeben.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 11 und 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß besagte Nadel (93) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Kettelnadel (9) bezüglich den Abschlußknoten angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel zum Entspannen der Maschen des herzustellenden Produktes in der Verkettelungsphase mit einem Rohr (92) umfaßt, das unterhalb der Ketteleinrichtungen angeordnet und mit einer entsprechenden Ansaugeinrichtung verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 11 und 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenfläche der Spitze eines jeden Riegels (20) der Innenfläche der entsprechenden Spange (2) benachbart, d.h. unmittelbar neben dieser angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 11, 18 und 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Riegel (20) mit einem quer verlaufenden Ansatz (27) versehen ist, der geeignet ist, ein Führungselement bezüglich der Spitze der entsprechenden Spange (2) zu bilden und im Zusammenwirken mit einer entsprechenden Ausnehmung (28) der Spange (2) einen Sitz (29) für die entsprechenden Maschen (8, 80) in der Kettel-Position zu umgrenzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faden-Führanordnung (47, 48) der Maschine, die das herzustellende Produkt fertigt, auf einem Flansch montiert ist, der mit der Säule (45) der betreffenden Platte (41) vermittels einer Klinke verbindbar ist.
