Description
Claims (7)
- Sicherheitsschalter mit einem Gehäuse (1), das mindestens eine Gehäuseöffnung (21) zum Einführen eines Betätigungsorgans (22) aufweist und in der eine Walze zur Betätigung eines im Gehäuse (1) beweglichen Kontaktträgers (9) drehbar angeordnet ist, wobei die Walze gegen Drehung gesperrt und durch das Einführen des Betätigungsorgans (22) entsperrbar und drehbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze mehrere, unabhängig voneinander um eine Achse (17) drehbar gelagerte Scheiben (18) umfaßt, die alle mit einer steuerkurvenartigen Ausnehmung (19) versehen sind, durch die ein zur Achse (17) parallel verlaufender, mit dem Kontaktträger (9) verbundener Stift (15) geführt ist, wobei die Scheiben (18) unterschiedliche, der mindestens einen Gehäuseöffnung (21) zugewandte Radialausnehmungen (20) zum Eingriff mit entsprechenden Betätigungsabschnitten (23) des Betätigungsorgangs (22) aufweisen.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheiben (18) axial verschiebbar auf der Achse (17) angeordnet sind und das Betätigungsorgan (22) Keilflächen (24) zum Verschieben der Scheiben (18) aufweist.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stift (15) in Bewegungsrichtung des Kontaktträgers (9) im Gehäuse (1) geführt ist.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktträger (9) eine bügelartige Halterung (14) für den Stift (15) aufweist.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze aus einer Kombination einer bestimmten Anzahl von Scheiben (18) aus einer bestimmten Anzahl von Scheibentypen mit unterschiedlich geformten Radialausnehmungen (20) und gegebenenfalls Scheibenstärken gebildet wird.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die steuerkurvenartige Ausnehmungen (19) jeweils zwei einen Hub des Kontaktträgers (9) bewirkende, symmetrisch zueinander angeordnete Kurvenzweige aufweisen.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Radialausnehmungen (20) jeweils mit einer Erweiterung ihres Eintrittsbereichs zur Einschiebbarkeit des Betätigungsorgans (22) aus zwei zueinander senkrechten Richtungen durch entsprechende Gehäuseöffnungen (21) versehen sind.
